The advantage of seeing Doc Z for dental care goes far beyond his education, training and experience as a dental pro. He genuinely cares about his patients, and he always spends the needed time to make sure I understand my options so I can make an informed decision. I am thankful for his commitment to me as a patient, and for his respect for his trade.

Everyone was very friendly. Seemed as a family oriented environment. Considering be a part of the Rifkin Group as a returning client. They have brought the importance of brushing twice daily and Flossing is essential to low tarter build up.Looking forward to my next visits.

My Husband has been coming to Rifkin for 5+ years so after moving to Atlanta, I decided to make them my new dentist too. For a first time visit, it was thorough to say the least! The hygienist who cleaned my teeth, the techs who took the X-rays and Dr. Zach were professional and made me feel very welcome.

Ive been going to Dr. Rifkins office since I moved to Atlanta 2 years ago- I can say with utmost certainty that their office, service, and bedside manner is top notch! Ive been there for cleanings, fillings, and Im currently conducting a sleep test for possible sleep apnea. I visited Dr Rifkin’s office on the recommendation of family members who are current patients. The recommendations were accurate. Dr Rifkin is very thorough, professional and personable. The staff is friendly, professional and there was virtually no wait upon arrival. In fact, I arrived early and was in the exam room almost exactly at my scheduled time. I highly recommend Dr Rifkin.

Dr Zachary Rifkin fitted me with a mouth apparatus for my snoring. In the past I had a over the counter non customized apparatus but it never fit or worked as claimed. This mouth piece is molded to fit my mouth perfectly and is comfortable. It has totally changed my sleeping quality and my snoring has stopped. Not only am I waking up from a better sleep but my wife is sleeping better. Thank you Dr Zachary Rifkin this is life changing!

Dr. Zach Rifkin was great! The hygienists and assistants are also very kind and caring. They are out of network when it comes to my insurance but I chose to go here because of Dr. Rifkin and the hygienists.The cleaning/safety procedures, impeccable! They do charge you for the extra sanitizing, but that’s okay. Overall I’d recommend coming here.So why 2 stars? Billing is a mess! If you go online they don’t tell you specific insurance they take, they don’t go over how much procures cost before they take you back, and instead just decide to tell you afterwards but still expect you to pay. Also... the system they use to give you your invoice is clearly outdated and very confusing. When asking for an explanation, all you get is, “just don’t look at that part” so then why is it on the invoice? I would suggest taking a step back and looking at the clerical portion of the clinic because it clearly lacks updated tools and educated billing staff. My husband has been with this office for years and it was my first visit here, unfortunately we will not be returning.

Great service for a filling I needed, and Dr. Rifkin did a great job of explaining what was involved in the process. Virtually pain-free, and I was out of there in an hour!
