I confirmed my appointment for my children via text which was highly convenient. Their facilities are always clean and staff always courteous... except for one man. I get there 15 minutes early after driving an hour from McDonough. I greet him and tell him their names. He informs me that their mother cancelled the appointment yesterday. This is a whole separate issue and doesnt concern Intown. (Divorced for many years). However, I say, I apologize, Im not quite certain why she did that, theyre with me this week. He said they might still be able to get one of the two children in. I say thank you, and he goes to the back to talk to one of the dentists I assume. He comes back to the front and then asks me what my mothers name is. I ask why he needs to know my deceased mothers name. He says, Your Mothers deceased? I didnt know. What is your fathers name? I said, Im sorry why are you asking for my parents names? He said, Are you their brother? What is your relationship to (mothers name)? I said, Im their father I made the appointment. Thats my ex-wife. I understand if you cant get them in since it was cancelled by their mother but whats with the questions? He said, We have (mothers name) on the phone and I didnt know who you were, and since she was the one who cancelled the appointment... I said, So why arent you talking to me? He said, I dont know why youre getting such an attitude. So I said, come on kids, lets go.I dont even know what to say about such a strange and unprofessional exchange. Everyone else Ive dealt with has been courteous and respectful but that guy had me completely confused and a little insulted that he felt he needed to call their mother instead of dealing with me in the lobby, their father, who only came to get their teeth cleaned.

This place is AMAZING!!! It’s real grown n sexy! Laid back environment, not to mention, the staff are so friendly and prompt. Some places will have you waiting for a while. As soon as I was done with my app, I went straight to the back in less than 2 minutes. Not to mention that you can watch tv as you Are sitting up and once they have you lie back, there’s another tv on the ceiling. Highly recommended.

Long overdue review but this office made a great impression on my first visit! Charro and Sieeda were both pleasant and made my visit safe and comfortable back in April. Dr. Green was very thorough with her evaluation and addressed my specific concerns and questions. Im looking forward to attending this office again for my routine care and highly recommended in the Atlanta area. Thank you all for your professional service!

First off, I’ve been here before with my first experience very pleasant, subsequent visits not as much. Staff seems more difficult to deal with, very smart-alecky to almost arrogant - especially over the phone. Yet, I still had some work done on a couple returns. So, I scheduled a cleaning and to my astonishment once in the chair I was quoted $471.00 all in price (x-rays, exams, cleaning, rinse)!!They wanted to see me every 3 to 4 months for this price on a basic cleaning . . . not deep a cleaning, but basic . . . without any warm and fuzzy or sizzle or stake!! Hygienist did offer me a tooth brush at the end. LOL!Ask questions and Shop Around!! I already booked my next cleaning 8 minutes away. A (Healthy Mouth) basic cleaning - all in price (x-rays, exams, cleaning, rinse) $239.00!!EXCEPTIONALLY OVERPRICED!!

Dont pay them in advance. They wont finish the work, address your concerns once theyve been paid, treat you decently, schedule you in a timely manner, or refund you.

Don’t pay a large amount in advance they will not complete their work after purchase. They only care about revenue not patients

By far the most comprehensive dental experience Ive ever had in my life. They really care and think about dentistry as part of an all encompassing view of wellness. Warm, caring and inviting are the best ways to describe the staff and all the little extras like the TVs in the ceiling really do make you feel more relaxed and comfortable.

Y’all, I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 10 years...I know, I’m not at all proud to admit that but it’s necessary for the review. I was understandably nervous since I had been putting it off for so long, afraid of what they would tell me, the judgments i would face, and the impending doom that all of my teeth were about to fall out. But that’s not at all what my reality was. From the phone call with the receptionist scheduling my appointment to the end of my diagnosis, I felt completely comforted and taken care of. Tiffany was my dental hygienist and she seriously couldn’t have been sweeter or more understanding. I literally didn’t feel judged once. She was caring and nurturing and was as gentle as possible and I appreciated it so much. And then of course, there’s Dr. Susan Estep. She was absolutely amazing, so incredibly knowledgeable and clearly has a lot of love and care for her patients and her profession. She made me feel 100% at ease and I would honestly let her deliver my baby, I trust her that much. I have a few procedures to get done, but I’m actually shockingly looking forward to them because I know I will be in the best care possible and they will do everything they can to keep me comfortable. Honestly can not recommend this place enough!

Literally the greatest dentist office I’ve been in since my pediatric dentist. I voiced my concerns because the last dentist I went to destroyed my mouth and they took amazing care of me. Went for a cleaning. Tiffany (the hygienist) was great! And Dr. Looper was very thorough with her exam & very nice! She puts anyone at ease in the dental chair. Can’t wait to go back!

One of my crowns came off on my upper front teeth and I needed it fixed the same day. I called Intown Smile Studio and although they were pretty booked they did get me in and my smile looks great again. I appreciate so much that they got me in last minute. By the way, my crowns are 20 years old so I guess I cant complain too much !

This place was amazing!!! I’ve never had a visit like this before. There was a minor hiccup with my insurance but I was seen anyway and they handled the insurance after the appointment. Everyone was so nice and friendly. This visit wasn’t just clean and go, everything was checked from my head to the lymph nodes in my throat and explained a way I could understand. I will always go back. Now if they offered in-house insurance they wouldn’t be able to get rid of me

This place is amazing. Dentistry meets luxury without murdering your pockets!! The service is phenomenal! Facilities are top-notch! Dr. Estep has excellent bedside manner and is very thorough! Katie Dean is overseeing my Invisalign treatment and has been a heaven-sent!! She takes time to go over my treatment progress during my checkups and makes sure to address any questions or concerns I may have. I actually look forward to my appointments!! Dr. Estep has saved my teeth – numerous times over the years. There is so much I could say but there is only space for a few things so... 1. Solid, stable, long-lasting results: I have had problems with my teeth forever. For 2 decades, I went to different doctors but almost every bit of work done always resulted in re-work / redo in a short period – it never stuck. Dr. Estep is literally the only dentist I have confidence in to do work on my teeth and that I won’t have to worry about that tooth ever again. 2. Superior knowledge and solutions of unique dental issues and needs: I also have had a few weird issues that other docs shrugged at or said to just extract the tooth. Dr. Estep always knows the science and exactly the best solution. 3. Cosmetic artistic skill: All of my front teeth have now been crafted by Dr. Estep. I get compliments constantly, and I mean all the time. Everyone loves my teeth and smile!

Dr.Estep and her team are now considered family after all they have done for us. My fiance has had numerous surgeries over the years because of a bad wreck years back. Since then hes had work done that ended badly and could have killed him. He opened up to Dr.Estep and her assistant, Miranda, about all that had happened. Since his wreck he has not smiled. He was so self-conscious of his teeth because of what had happened to them in the wreck that he would never smile. That has always been a burden on him. I will say this, Ive never met more compassionate individuals from whom we had just met 30 minutes prior. Knowing the urgency of the situation, they were already working on the best solution for us. By the end of our visit we knew we were in the best hands we could find. Im not sure if it was their compassion, the fact that they made us feel more like family, or how hard they have worked for us, but I cannot think of a better doctor and team. From our first visit to our post op, we always felt like family. They always kept us in the loop and made sure we were comfortable with everything. As my fiance was having his hundredth surgery, Dr.Estep and Miranda would constantly update me on how he was doing and calm my nerves the best way they could. After his surgery he looked at me and gave me a big SMILE! Dr.Estep, Miranda, and their whole team are responsible for making my fiances dream come true. They cared that much to save him and make his dream come true before our wedding day. Now he smiles all the time and I cannot tell you the joy that brings me. To Dr.Estep, Miranda, and the entire staff, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you all have done. We couldnt be happier with the results and we are so glad to call you family.
