I have been a patient of Dr. Ballard’s for years. He is so kind and a fantastic dentist. His front desk staff are always professional and welcoming, which creates a calming atmosphere. Dawn is my hygienist and she is like an old friend at this point! She does an excellent job cleaning and polishing my teeth and keeping me smiling. Highly recommend!

Have been going to Buckhead Dental Partners for almost 20 years even though they are not in my insurance network. The staff is incredibly kind and the experience is so good, its worth it. I have routine cleanings and have had fillings, crowns and a bridge performed by Dr. Ballard over the years. Experience has always been top notch. State of the art equipment, and pain management during those procedures was incredible. Never felt a thing...even the shot of Novocain. Cmon, thats what its really all about. Everyone there has been there the 20 years Ive been going so its like a big family.

The first word that immediately comes to mind concerning my experience with Dr. Ballard is simply “incredible”!My initial call to make an appointment was met with sincere concern for my plight. I had broken portions of my two front teeth, and I was new in Atlanta. I was told that they would try to work me in for consultation that very day. They did! Despite his full schedule, Dr. Ballard was able to repair my teeth within the hour! They now look better than they ever did!!! Impressive!

I broke a tooth, which I thought would need extensive dental work. It was easy to get an appointment. The office staff is very professional. Dr. Ballard was able to repair my tooth with a filling instead of a cap. It all took about 45 minutes. It was the best dental experience I’ve had!

As with many people my age, in my 50 years of kicking around on the planet I have experienced my fair share of dental trauma. From having had the old cement-banded-key-tightened braces to having wisdom teeth out through now-arcane methods, I will be the first to say that sliding into a dentist’s chair hasn’t always been my favorite thing. What a completely different experience with Dr. Ballard, Monica, Julie, and Maria!!! An amazing, warm, and thoroughly competent team, who made what could have been a very uncomfortable procedure a quick and easy one. Julie, the dental x-ray technician, made getting x-rays a swift and painless process. After Dr. Ballard’s assessment of my x-rays (which were instantly available for review), it was determined that I needed some very deep-level debridement. Monica is a meticulous “Jedi” with the hypersonic dental saber that gets rid of any build-up on the enamel. Maria makes the process of checking-in, checking-out, and rescheduling an easy process as well. To conclude, I had begun to experience bleeding of the gums when flossing and brushing before going to Dr. Ballard’s office. Two days after my first appointment, I have none. I’m a convert of this dental team.

After one pretty unfortunate [and not sanitized] experience with a dentist in the Buckhead area, I was referred to Dr. Ballard and have since been referring him & his team to anyone who will listen. The staff is wonderful—informative, personable, respectful, and always willing to help. I can’t speak highly enough about this dental practice.

When I moved to Atl 5 years ago, a friend recommended Buckhead Dental Partners. A dentist is a dentist to me and I hadnt been to the dentist in many, many, many years.Immediately, everyone was so nice. Not just good customer service, but nice. The first hygienist to clean my teeth was never judgemental, asked questions about how my teeth felt, and I left feeling great about it (which was never the case with previous dentists). Same with Dr. Ballard. Never judgemental about not seeing a dentist in years and was genuine in recommending next steps knowing I couldnt do everything at once.Im moving and not looking forward to finding a new dentist because Im not sure anyone will match up.10/10 highly recommend. They are out of network for insurance, but still worth every single visit.

I met Dr. Ballard as an emergency patient while travelling with family from Miami Beach. He and his staff couldnt have been nicer and accomodated me as a walk in patient at 7:50am. While where I come from this would have been an opportunity to gouge me, his fee after taking xrays and thoroughly checking my teeth was very reasonable. If I lived in Atlanta, I definitely would make Dr. Ballard our familys dentist.
