Convenient location. you can walk, bike or drive. the place is very clean and front desk ppl are very nice. the team explained the procedures and costs appropriately. easy to check in (I did it online the day before) and easy to check out.

Everything about Ponce Dental is amazing. The staff is wonderful, helpful and honest. Ive been looking for a new dentist in Atlanta for a long time and Ill never go anywhere else! They are also honest and straightforward. I highly recommend this group.

Dr. Singh has a great vibe and does a great job of going over his review or the dental staff, and Napoleon was best hygienist I’ve had in LONG time. I never made it in the door. From the day I called I was able to make an appointment for a month after. I was fine with that because it would be very convenient for me to come to this location.3 days before my appointment I received a call informing me I would have to reschedule.Then I was told I couldnt get in till the next month. Really 2 months wait 😬 Ill pass.

Ponce Dental Group did an amazing job of making me feel comfortable as a patient who has been scared of dentists for a long time. On my first visit for my dental surgery, I could not be made numb from the anesthetic and the providers happily worked with me to reschedule for another day so we could try anesthetic again. On the second visit, it was successful and the procedures went great! Dr. Sconion and Dr. Miller did a fantastic job of appropriately guiding and discussing my treatment options, and all of the assistants and hygienists made me feel very comfortable. Being able to knock my crown out same day was a big plus, and for once I am actually excited for my routine checkup in the future.

I finally can say I have found a dental home; Dr. Sconion has been so amazing from my first visit !! He is very very gentle and makes sure your comfortable along side your comfortably he makes sure you fully aware of what’s going on and what’s needs to be done ! He breaks down step by step what he doing and makes sure everything goes smoothly.. Now going to the first desk Josh is absolutely amazing 😉 he is polite and efficient from the second you walk in to when your appointment has come to end and your checking out. Last but not least the tech Angel who did my temporary bridge !! Was amazing and did such a good job making it feel as real as possible and making sure I was ready for pictures the next week which I loved !!! Thank you all very such for being amazing people working towards an even greater purpose !!

Ive finally hit my year mark with Ponce Dental Group! Its been long over due writing this review but I highly recommend anyone looking for a dentistry to come here. I was nervous when I first visited but everyone really made me feel at ease and welcomed. Even when I had an emergency root canal, Dr. Sconion and the team walked me through the process and made sure I was okay and comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Not only that but they have affordable payment plans with 0% interest making it financially feasible for me. As a patient, I really appreciate the staff addressing all my concerns and explaining any treatment needed. Again, I highly recommend Ponce Dental Group to everyone.

I can’t speak for anyone else, but Danielle (is an AWESOME dental hygienist) and explained everything she was going to do. She was sweet, gentle, and well mannered.In fact, everyone that works here seemed extremely happy to be there and went about their business in a professional way.No loud inter office gossip, no bad attitudes, no unanticipated financial surprises, and no rushing.I did not feel rushed through the process. Everything was coordinated well and timed efficiently.Aesthetically, the practice is bright and well lit. It is clean, modern, and inviting.Dr. Sconion is well appointed, and easy to understand. Wow! I finally found a dental practice that has the best customer service experience ever. They treat you like a VIP and not just a number. The receptionist keep you up to date on every step of the way for your appointments. I had an extraction and that was the best chair side manor ever thank you guys.

First time in a long time, I got x-rays and a cleaning for 59.99! It had been over 5 years since my last cleaning, and they got a stain off my front teeth that my old dentist said I was stuck with. Went for a 2-hour initial appointment that covered x-rays and a quick chat with the dentist, after that was left waiting 45 minutes for the hygienist to perform the cleaning and had to leave because I would be late to work at this point.Came back for another appointment a couple of days later, and again waited nearly an hour to be seen by the hygienist. I understand that things get busy but I would highly recommend that this practice improves its scheduling. Had a couple of friends searching for a new dentist and unfortunately could not recommend this place. Will be going back to my previous dentist.

Was hoping to be a new patient based on the average Google reviews. Booked an appointment online, got a phone call that day explaining that it would have to be afternoon instead of morning - the website was wrong. Waited a month, got a phone call the week of explaining that due to staff shortage, would have to wait another month. Not a great scheduling experience. They might be great dentists, but Ill never know, finding a new dentist.

This offfice was wonderful! I had a dental emergency on Sunday and they were able to get me an emergency appointment the next day🙏🏽. From the first encounter with the scheduler, to the front desk as well as the back office staff, totally awesome!! Dr. Sconion was great and not to mention, PAINLESS!! I would recommend anyone.. OMG! This place is awesomeness squared!!! I had a difficult situation with many twists and turns. The staff and doctors went above and beyond for me. I am so very appreciative and grateful for their care and kindness. Dr. Park is a incredible dentist and took very good care of me and the staff and management are exemplary. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and was a bit worried walking into my appointment. I was nothing but 100% pleased with my experience here. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and highly professional. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, and I was given a clear understanding of all charges and procedures. Dr. Sconion had great bedside manner, and his offices are very high-tech and immaculately clean. Amazing office, everyone was so kind and so welcoming. This was my husband and I’s first time here because our old dentist was out of network. Now I’m glad they were out of network allowing us to stumble upon Ponce Dental Group. Also I’m used to going to places where they surprise you with a bill out of nowhere. Not here, the manager came and discussed all costs before doing a thing. Also I saw the dentist before anything was done by the hygienist. I’m used to seeing the dentist after all is said and done, but here he came right in and made us feel warm and welcomed. Our visit was a little lengthy but it was because they were very thorough and informative and who’s mad at that! Great office, great staff!!!

I found Ponce Dental Group through my insurance. I havent been to the dentist in a couple of years, so I was really nervous about the appointment and being at the dentist in general. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant upon my arrival! They were both so welcoming. I also love that everything was paperless. Barbara and Angel were the two dental assistants that helped me during my visit. Both were kind and enjoyable to talk with. Each took different x-rays, and some x-rays I could even see on the tv in front of me, which was really cool. Everything was extremely clean and high-tech. Also, no surprise fees or bills. A manager from billing went over in depth each cost BEFORE performing any services. I loved that! This is the first time Ive ever seen a doctor of any sort where I wasnt surprised about any costs. Dr. Sconion then came in to go over my x-rays and to address any concerns I may have. Ive never had a dentist go over my x-rays with me in the in-depth manner that Dr. Sconion did. I really appreciated his time. On top of that, he was so easy to talk to, with wonderful bedside manner. To my surprise, he then performed my cleaning! A painless and professional cleaning. Everything ran on time for my appointment. For a brand new patient who needed x-rays + cleaning and all, it took about 1.5 hours. This is exactly what I expected going into the appointment. I will be back and will recommend this dental group to all my friends.
