THEY ONLY CARE TO SCAM YOUR MONEY! The WORST dentist ever. I came and told the doctor that I have pain on my tooth and it’s inside the nerves. Also been in dentistry for sometime. So I thought that they would be doing a root canal to remove my pain. Instead they covered it with a crown and sent me off. THREE days after I told them whatever they did was not right and I’m still pain. And I paid over 2000$ For this procedure. The are more concerned about your FUNDS then your well-being. After taking my money they told me they can’t not refund me and I need to go else where for evaluation. I went to endo specialist and they confirmed I was diagnosed wrong and I have to pay 2000.00 again to get a root canal. I contacted this dentist to reimburse me and they refused. WORST PLACE TO GO. They will tell you anything to get your money. They’re expensive and under-qualified. Don’t let the looks and the nice talking people fool you. It’s part of their act!!!

So if you’re looking for a dentist, you don’t need to look anywhere else!! This is by far the BEST DENTIST I’VE EVER BEEN TOO AND IT’S WORTH EVERY DOLLAR! I suffered from overcrowding due to my wisdom teeth growing in impacted, which is hereditary in my family. Due to finances, braces wasn’t an option growing up, and I didn’t want to be 32 walking around for two years with braces.Anyways, I was in a crunch. I just got married July 11th and we were going on our honeymoon to Dubai mid October. I reached out to them the last week of September and I was in the chair to get my temps within 2 weeks a couple of days before my flight! All 28 teeth done in 5-6 hours!! Once we returned from our trip, it was maybe 1 week before I went back in for a checkup, then came back the following week to get my permanent veneers for all 28 teeth!!I can honestly say I have finally found a dental home and will bringing my family here from now on! Their quality of work is unmatched in Atlanta. So if you’re looking for a the perfect smile with a matching atmosphere, this IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! Hands down the best Dental Office in Atlanta. I had my teeth cleaned by Dorina and wow she was amazing! I wish I could give this first class business 100 stars which is what they deserve! Starting with fabulous Kate, the Patient Relationship Coordinator to Jessika my wonderful Treatment Coordinator to the fantastic, patient and extremely talented Dr. Reeve, EVERY interaction with ACCD was a positive, easy, joyful experience!I had my veneers done by my regular dentist and wasn’t totally happy with them. My dentist re-did some of them but something was still off even though my dentist swore they were perfect. I did some research and learned that I should have gone to someone certified in Cosmetic Dentistry and not just my regular dentist (even though he has experience w veneers).My research took me to Atlanta Center for Cosmetic Dentistry which is where I wish I would have started. I contacted them to see if they could help me.I wasn’t sure what to expect since they knew they wouldn’t be getting my “veneers business” but Kate was so sweet and heard the panic in my voice and set up a consultation w Jessika, one of the Treatment Coordinators who was wonderful! I was able to explain my concerns and she even shared my story with Dr Reeve who joined in to take a look! They confirmed my concerns were valid and gave me some sound suggestions to take back to my dentist (who is not a Cosmetic Dentist) as to how we could improve the issue. Their validation gave me the confidence to go back to my dentist and show him what was “off” and make a suggestion (given to me by ACCD) on how to correct which he did.I just want to say between the way I was treated and the gorgeous pictures in their Smile Gallery, I wish I’d gone to Atlanta Center for Cosmetic Dentistry up front. I learned too late that there is a HUGE difference in a dentist who does cosmetic dentistry and an actual Cosmetic Dentist. Don’t make the mistake I did. I have severe anxiety when it comes to the Dentist. I get very anxious when I take my nieces to their dental appointments. But the staff at ACCD was stellar! They not only helped to alleviate my anxiety with reassurances, a relaxing environment and excellent customer service, but let me know step by step what was going to happen BEFORE it happened. It felt like a Spa day and not an appointment at the Dentist.

They have 1st class service... I cannot compare them to any dentist office I have ever been to! Kimberly, my Treatment Coordinator, helped me feel at ease from the get-go and comfortable with the process. Dorina, my Dental Hygienist, was outstanding in assessing each and every single one of my teeth, gums, and overall mouth health, potential issues and in helping me understand how to better take care of my teeth and to foresee possible outcomes. Dr. Reeve was very nice, explained the state of my teeth and gums in detail and gave me options for treatment. Lizeth, Hygiene Assistant, was super nice with me and very helpful to Dorina. All the personnel I came in contact with, from the Receptionist to Dr. Reeve, were exceptional in their service and super knowledgeable about best practices in Dental Care. I really like the doctors and dental hygienist (shoutout to Dorina!) here but the treatment coordinators drop the ball TOO OFTEN for me to give this review any higher stars.I was getting invisalign done and they had me come in to take 3 different sets of impressions on 3 separate occasions, (while aware I lived out of town), in order to get additional trays made to continue my treatment, which only delayed the actual process of moving the teeth.Also, I didnt even find out about the additional impressions needed, until i had to call to ask why i hadnt received my trays and why there was a delay.Loved the place but not a good experience.

I was treated like a queen the entire time. I went in for a consultation and was able to have a cleaning and whitening too! One word: WOW!! The entire experience was amazing!! From the very start, the reception area was beautiful, my treatment coordinator (Jessika, I think) was incredibly knowledgable and was able to answer all of my questions. My heigenist, Chrissy was so gentle, I literally didnt feel a thing. And then, the assistant, Kayla explained the whole whitening process so thoroughly and completely before we even started. I even got a hand massage while I was getting my teeth cleaned!! They gave me a free water bottle (really nice one too! ) just for coming in! I am so happy I went here for my cleaning and everything. Ill never go anywhere else again!

The dentist is one of my least favorite places to go to, but this place has managed to perfect the dental experience. I’m blown away every time I go in there - the service, attention, quality people, great dental work. The entire staff was accommodating prior to my cleaning and after. The Dental Hygienist was obviously experienced, competent, friendly and forthcoming with the steps to be followed in order to complete my cleaning. She gave hints and instructions on techniques I could use to assist with continued dental cleanliness.The Massuse was a joy, warm neck supports were comforting.Dentist gave input for future planning. Complemented me on my up keep.All in all I was a “Happy Camper” as I returned to my car.with a bright white smile.

Brandi was able to answer all of my questions before coming in and once I got there, Aline was amazing at getting everything line up for me. Chrissy and Dr. King were wonderfully attentive. They made me feel relaxed and kept the atmosphere at a 10. I love that they give back to the community as well and keep a current social media platform to make you feel connected. Price wise everything was phenomenal. I cannot say enough good things about every experience I have there.

I had an absolutely incredible experience shadowing the dental hygienists in this office.First of all, this office is the most beautiful dental spa I have ever seen. They go above and beyond to a create a truly unforgettable experience for their clients. Lindsey, the treatment coordinator, was so helpful in setting me up to come in and making sure I was well taken care of. The hygienists Chrissy, Becca and Tiffany were so knowledgable and professional at what they do to give a top notch experience to their clients. Everyone in the office was so welcoming and helpful to give me the tips I needed to move forward with my dream of becoming a dental hygienist. I am in the process of having multiple implants and all new crowns put on my upper teeth. Atlanta Center for Cosmetic Dentistry has been wonderful to work with. Anytime I have had any concerns with my temporary bridges, Dr. Reeve has always been available within a moment’s notice. I can’t wait to see my final crowns. This place is amazing! Becca goes above and beyond during all her cleaning appointments with me, and my teeth feel so fresh every time I leave! Dr. Reeve is always very thorough when checking my teeth and x-rays and I really appreciate the time he takes! Every experience here is a fun and positive one. I can relax with the music, warm neck pillow, and the massage therapists do an amazing hand an arm massage! ACCD is the absolute best dentistry experience I have had in 5 decades! My experience was much more like going to a spa than having dental work done! The staff is professional, talented, knowledgeable, and incredibly courteous. Such an amazing dentist office! Everybody here is so nice and Dr. Cooper is AMAZING. I had gum contouring and bonding done and it was the best experience. He and his assistant did everything to make me comfortable and to calm my nerves (gum contouring = laser!) and the result was a smile more beautiful than I could have hoped for. Highly recommend this office - more specifically Dr. Cooper - for any dental work you need done or are thinking of having done.
