I had a full body deep tissue massage and loved every minute of it. They had a wait so I enjoyed 15 minutes in the massage chair too. This is a clean and nice location. The staff was excellent and I’ll look forward to coming here again soon. $140 for 60 minutes was a fair price especially in an airport.

This was a quick business class manicure so its not as long or as detailed as one might be used to, but it was thorough and clean! Ebony was great, fun to talk to, and after my manicure she sang Happy Birthday to me, she has the voice of an angel. So special and fun to get my nails done during our layover.

Third visit to this location. The chairs are starting to wear out. The seated massage chairs are squeaky. The service is the only stand out point of the visit. The front desk and greater were the show winners. Mid range rating for the actual massage. Its a great way to break up a long layover. Just cant give full five stars.

I have had many massages in my life. Some were good, some were good, some not so good. This was among the worst EVER. For all those massage therapists out there, the method for success in chair massage, in my opinion, is simple:1. Make sure your hands are always running an actual muscle. Not my bones.2. Give a care about how it feels. Ask for feedback BEFORE it is over.3. I almost always appreciate the use of thumbs. The use of your elbows almost always hurts, the use of your for arms hurts my skin, and flipping the underside of my arms with your fingertips is just weird.4. Scraping your palm across my back, where my shirt bunches up and rocking me back and forth so I have to steady myself, is annoying, and irritates my skin.5. Grabbing a handful of skin, and squeezing it for thirty seconds while you talk to your coworkers about lunch isnt a massage, and I shouldnt have to pay $50.00 for you to do it.6. Making me feel worse than when I came in should never be an option for you.

Id spent a couple weeks traveling for work and this was just what I needed. I thought prices were a bit high, but it is in an airport and the service and massage were really nice. I also had a long layover so the complementary massage chair was a good deal.

After a long flight from the west coast I was so excited and eager to get a massage. I stopped by this location and was approached by Nathan. He was eager to sell me service but could only offer limited service due to them closing early. He stated he could do a 15 min massage but I told him the least I would do is 20min due to the cost being more fair at the 20 minute time. What’s frustrating is the manager didn’t feel like waiting an extra 5 minutes to accommodate my massage. I give them a 1 star review due to poor leadership and the unwillingness to accommodate a client.

(Terminal A’s Xpress Spa review) We had 5 hours of layover time to kill (heading to a tropical getaway) and headed to Terminal A’s spa for pedicures. They had 2 regular polish and 2 gel polish options for just a few dollars more than we normally pay, which was a nice surprise. We were told we had a 30-40 minute wait which we had no issue with. They have a dozen or more employees and they were doing manicures, pedicures, massages and more. They suggested we wait inside the salon on the loungers. MASSAGE LOUNGERS!! We spent the next 30 minutes or so reclined and testing the multiple massage offerings. We wouldn’t have minded if we had to wait even longer. The pedicures were great, the technicians friendly and proffered and we even got a great recommendation for a wonderful restaurant for lunch. No complaints!

I had about 4 hours to wait on my flight. I was nervous at first about using an airport spa, but I had such a wonderful time. Lily Do was my manacurist. She was so sweet, engaged in conversation, and did a great job. The only thing I would say could improve is adding a greater selection of colors for the gel polish. I would definitely spend any time waiting on a flight here. The massage chairs were a plus and I never felt like I was being kicked out. They allowed me to stay as long as I liked (there were only about three guests present at this time).

I went to two of their locations in two different concourses and walked away with nothing. I was trying to get a basic manicure, and the first place didnt have any nail techs in. The second place told me both of their nail techs were on break. I questioned it and asked why they would send both on break at the same time, and she didnt really have an answer. The only reason why Id pay up to get my nails done at the airport is if I didnt have time to get them done beforehand and needed a quick service. I didnt feel like they lived up to their name of XpresSpa. I was going to have to wait 20-30 minutes for them to get off break to then do a 45 minute service or so. They need to better manage this for it to be a good fit for customers.

Great pedicure. Waited a while but I was on a 6 hour layover so I was in no rush. They actually let (and encouraged) me sit and enjoy the massage chair for much longer than it took my toes to dry. I considered getting more services bc the pedi was so good and I had more time to kill but they seemed busy and unable to accommodate the amount of people coming in. Staff was friendly. Good way to spend some time on a layover!

Had the BEST experience with the lovely staff at the Xpress spa in concourse D with Renee, Tanzy, and Laura. Renee gave me an amazing massage (back, neck, and feet) and it was truly heavenly. I’m sensitive to other people’s energy and as soon as I walked in I could tell it was really good energy and that they have a great vibe in the spa- you can tell they have a positive genuine culture. I hope their manager recognizes they have quality people working here that deserve to be acknowledged! Thank you for making my 4 hour layover such an enjoyable experience at the Atlanta airport (words I never thought I would say about being in an airport)!

Asked for a gel remove and new regular manicure. Host failed to inform me that this would cost more than just getting a gel manicure. I had one nail the gel had come off already, but the technician who I couldn’t understand peeled half of another one off with the edge of clippers, asking if she wanted me to have all my gel ripped off this way to avoid charges. Who wants their fingernails peeled off like that? Now I have multiple fingers with partial nail color on one hand, look completely unprofessional, and refused to take any services there. Wildly unhappy with service.

I missed my connecting flight and had a 2 hour wait. I thought a nice express mani would lift my spirts. I really needed it too. Jasmine did a great job. Except.....I missed my connection a second time (by a few minutes). That added another 2 hour wait for a third flight. XpressSpa asked about my flight as I scheduled the appointment: my gate, the flight time....but they dont make sure you are out on time to catch your flight. They ask you not to use your phone... So I put it away. I trusted them to keep me appraised of the time. I should have kept my phone out anyway with an alarm. My EXPRESS service took much longer than I imagined. They offer lots of different services: massage, facials, longer nail services. But they dont care if you miss your flight. The space is kept clean but many of the massage chairs and pedicure chairs are looking well worn with cracked and peeling upholstery.

On a positive note the pedicure the first time was great however the massage left my back and neck aching the second visit. Stick to the pedicures.

The very worst experience. I am a repeat customer and have always looked forward to, and even planned ,layovers in Atlanta so I could get a massage at Express. Yes, it costs a little more but I have always left feeling that my expectations were exceeded. In the past they have given me some of the best, most relaxing, and theraputic massages during what could have been very stressful or uncomfortable travel situations. I have recommended their services and therapists , especially Maurice, to family and friends who travel through Atlanta.Yesterday, however, was just awful. I arrived at the Terminal A location, haggard and sore after a very long day of flight cancellations and delays, looking forward to relief from Express. With limited time I asked the manager who greeted me, for a 30 minute table massage. I was taken to a room with very little introduction to the therapist, Kimberly. She left the room, I disrobed and got under the covers, as usual. She returned, aghast , saying this was a “clothing on”service. I told her this is what I had always gotten , should I have asked for something else? She looked at me with distain, and said they no longer offered full body massages without clothing. I said I had no idea, I wasn’t informed of that, and I would re-dress quickly so I could still get my time in. Kimberly re-entered the room but left the door wide open. I asked her to shut it but was curtly told it would stay open as per new rules. I really wanted some relief for my aching back, so I went along with it but I should have left right then. I was so uncomfortable with the door open into the middle of the spa, with very loud patrons and employees discussing personal matters (including MY circumstances!)laughing and yelling back and forth, I could not relax at all. Kimberly acted very awkward and impersonal . She applied very little pressure and ignored my request to focus on my lower back and hips. I finally just asked her to stop. I complained to the manager, something I have never ever done, and was lamely told the owners had recently changed the rules for clothing only and NO PRIVACY, massages. I suggested that he should have informed me of that when he first signed me in, he offered no excuse or apology for this or anything else. I was very upset from the conversation I had overheard outside my room and the lack of professionalism he and his staff showed. I should have left it at that and not paid anything for the lousy service , but I did give him $20 before leaving in tears.I will never again step foot in or recommend that spa again.

Beware and Check Your Bill. Today I got the 20 minute Tension massage they have posted. Turns out it’s really more of a shoulder massage with very limited time on the face and head as they state. When I went to pay the gentleman said it will be $62 to which I said the sign says $52. He said you got an extra 5 minutes thus it’s $10 more. I very sternly stated I had only gotten 20 minutes. He went back and asked the therapist to which she confirmed i only received 20 minutes. I really was not happy with this location trying to overcharge me and ask me to pay for a service I did not receive

(C terminal) wow, what a great experience! After a terrible day yesterday at the Orlando airport and having to spend the night in Atlanta, I found this place while waiting for my rebooked flight. What a lifesaver! I got right in at about noon, and Laura did a table massage for me. My shoulders were a knotted mess, and she helped me greatly. Then Telisa did my pedicure with the same care and attention. The whole staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional.
