Wonderful and kind staff. Dr. Rabinowitz knocked out all of the allergy testing in one session, unlike doctors who have you come for multiple visits and charge you a copay each time. Once results were in, a full and thorough explanation of everything was provided without me having to ask 100 questions.By far one of the BEST experiences Ive had in a doctors office.20 out of 10 WOULD recommend to any one who has asthma, other lung concerns, and sinus issues.

Dr. Rabinowitz’s office was the best Dr.‘s office I have been too in a long time. Not only did they fit me into their already packed schedule the day of, but I waited less than 15 minutes in the waiting room, was attending to immediately by the sweetest nurse ever and immediately by Dr. Rabinowitz after that. All tests were carried out efficiently and my severe asthma and allergy complications were alleviated within an hour of leaving their office. Recommend them to everyone and anyone!

This is the second bad experience I had with Dr. Rabinowitz. I was a long-time patient at this practice with a doctor who is now retired. I took a ten-year hiatus, and came back because of continuing and worsening allergies. Now I felt like I was not a partner in my own health decisions and that my only value to Dr. R was how many drugs he could prescribe me and how much he could milk my insurance company.

I was the first appointment of the day and Dr. Rabinowitz didnt arrive at the office until an hour later. I was told I would have time to go over my symptoms with the doctor. After testing was complete, he came in with a voice recorder and talked into it virtually the entire time and I literally had to interrupt him to ask questions and talk. I couldnt believe his rudeness. He left the room without even saying anything. I didnt know if I was supposed to stay in the room or leave. I had to ask a staff member what was going on after 5 minutes of just sitting there. I dont know if he was having a bad day, but his bedside manner and the way he treated his staff that day was awful. Will not be returning.

This was my 15 yo sons first visit and I was very impressed. The front office was great when making the appointment and confirming my insurance, the nurse and Dr. Rabinowitz were extremely knowledgable. They explained everything in detail and made both me and my son very comfortable with the testing they were going to do. We didnt wait in the waiting room more than 5 minutes. We left understanding the results of my sons testing. One of the best things to come out of our visit was finding out he was not allergic to penicillin/amoxicillin which he has been labeled as having an allergy to since he was 9. Everyone was kind, professional and respective of our time. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I chose to see Dr. Rabinowitz because of the great Google reviews of his professionalism and practice. Boy, were they wrong. After finally coming into my room 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, he informed me that I smelled like mildew and didnt let me talk for at least 5 whole minutes while he hypothesized about what could be wrong before actually even taking time to ask about my symptoms or hear from me. At one point -- after falsely assuming I was a nurse just because I am a female who works at a hospital and after talking down to me for some time -- he told me to just talk to one of my doctor friends to get a prescription. He then left the room, loudly discussing my condition with the PA (I could hear it all in the next room) and proceeded to present me with allergy tests that I didnt order and specifically asked not to have. I am not sure why others had an opposite experience, but this doctor is rude, mansplains, has no bedside manner or respect and is just generally everything a doctor should NOT be. PAs were nice and I appreciated their kindness but it wasnt enough to keep me from wanting to sprint out of there and never return. Do not go here if you value professionalism and respect.

Dr.Rabinowitz..is delightful,but his office staff are bullies and ignorant. My insurance changed and wasnt billed correctly and I was told until it is, to go to urgent care or my primary. I have extreme Asthma and Seizures, I had a appointment for the next morning and they canceled it.I explained that I need to get a treatment machine or medication because I cant catch my breathe, I was told that isnt there concern until my insurance is corrected.Thanks for letting me know,my breathing doesnt matter to you because of the insurance company .Once again money,insurance means more than someones life..

Everything was fine. However, when I’ve gone to the pharmacy to pick my medicine up, they have nothing from the clinic. It was on Friday, I called them and nobody received the call; my mom didn’t have medicine in the weekend. I was very okay. I didn’t say anything and called them again on Monday. They said they would make sure with the pharmacy again. And again, the pharmacy didn’t receive anything from them.... I called them back and let them do it again. Unbelievable, I could pick medicine up in the fourth time. Hope people in this clinic work more slowly and more carefully.

All the staff at the clinic were great. I had just been in urgent care over the weekend, and they worked me in for a same-day appointment when I called the very next Monday. I was feeling anxious and uncertain about what my body was doing, and everyone was compassionate and caring. Dr. Rabinowitz took a detailed history, and when I told him about a reaction I had to a new medication, he had me take half a dose and monitored me in the clinic for an hour and a half. Based on my tolerance, he mapped out an 8-day revised dosing schedule that worked great. Wonderful experience considering how miserable I was feeling.

Dr. R is very nice and down to earth, the nurses at both the Roswell and Sandy Springs/Dunwoody location are too. However, when I got the allergy test and expressed to Dr. R that I was interested in treating my allergies with immunotherapy, there was no explanation as to the time or financial commitment that was to come. I would have much more appreciated knowing what I was getting into AHEAD of time. In addition to this, I found one woman in particular that works at the front desk at the Dunwoody location to be pretty rude...she always made these condescending comments about how high my bill was and how it was going to get reported to collections, even though i was told that as long as I paid 25% of the bill each month that I was fine—I didn’t even finish my therapy because I didn’t want to deal with her anymore. Either way, the facility is nice and MOST of the people that work here are nice. As long as you’re willing to put in the time, I would recommend.

Brought my son in because he had some bad reactions to shell fish. First everyone from front of office to the back is curtious & greet you with a smile. Doctor R cause I forgot how to spell his last name was full of information for my familys needs. I had questions about my own allergies & he took care of me as well as my son. Im writing for my daughter, Erin, who has had an amazing experience with Dr. R. She came in as mouth breather with constant stuffiness in her nose. Shes breathing much easier these days and is a much happier, closed mouth camper. Dr. Rabinowitz is a delight. He spends lots of time with us and listens very carefully. (Hes also a really funny guy!) A great experience - so much that Im going in for allergy shots now, too. Thanks to Dr. R. and his staff!

For some reason the doctor likes to shares his political views. They differ from mine greatly. I dont feel comfortable listening to him opine about these things. I am there for his medical skills and not for his politics. It was inappropriate and I had to ask him to stop. Second time I had this experience. The office is well run, but life is too short to have my own physician push this trash in my face.

Dr. Rab is RabFantastic! He takes his time to assess your issues and is very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get two appointments almost immediately upon my request. The office that I visited was very busy so maybe the staff in itself was a bit overwhelmed for that, perhaps they can make some adjustments in accommodating the staff so that they can handle the workload - otherwise I’m still very impressed with Dr. Rab and have indeed forwarded his information to others that are in need of asthma and allergy concerns.

I saw Dr. Rabinowitz due to hives that came back every 2,3 yrs in the last 15 yrs. He was the first MD who took time to listen to the OTC, Rx & various tests Ive tried. His Rx calmed my skin & he gave me contact info of someone who only handled difficult cases like mine. I sincerely appreciated his honesty and caring manners.

I transferred to Dr. Rabinowitz from another allergy doctor in the Atlanta area that had very inconvenient hours to get allergy shots. Dr. Rabinowitz re-tested me and spent a lot of up-front time with me to determine a good treatment plan moving forward. His offices shot clinic hours are MUCH better than some other doctors in the area, making it ideal for busy working professionals. He is very knowledgeable and helpful; I would highly recommend him and his practice.

Dr. did not come to see my daughter until almost 3 hours after her appointment was scheduled to begin. As bad as that is in general, its even worse when you are trying to entertain a 4 year old. Dr. also didnt seem to put much thought into her problem and had no real answers. Would not go back.

I have been a patient with Dr. Rabinowitz for over seven years. He and his staff are professionals who care about their patients. They listened to my concerns and then wouldnt stop until a solution was found for my problem.He recently prescribed Dupixient for my Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyposis. It took only 3 days and I felt 100% better. My sense of smell returned, my asthma is greatly improved and my nasal polys have shrunk. I am also doing the immunotherapy shots once a month which will hopefully help my immune system fight against what Im allergic to. Thank you Dr. Rabinowitz and Team!

I have a chronic sinusitis condition which has left me dealing with bronchial asthma condition. Dr Rabinowitz and his staff are very attentive to my personal problems related to this illness. He and his team carefully monitor and make medical adjustments as needed. Also I like that Dr. Rabinowitz will keep me appraised of newest available Medicines and nasal inhaler delivery systems. Though I would certainly prefer not to have a chronic condition, I am glad to have the doctor and his staff on my “team” as it were. Friendly Caring healthcare professionals.

Too often now a visit to the Doctor is a minimally impersonal experience, but not at this practice. The staff is genuinely friendly and communicative. Dr. Rabinowitz has treated my allergies for many years and I would (and have) recommend him for anyone needlessly suffering from allergy symptoms. No question is too unimportant or any symptom too minor for care.

I have seen Dr. Rabinowitz and Ive taken my infant daughter to see Dr. Nadel. Both doctors are wonderful - thorough, kind, and patient. I appreciated that, in both cases, they were concerned about the big picture and didnt try to create problems or alarm. The staff is also amazing, and they run on time - no waiting endlessly for your appointment. I highly recommend this practice!

I am not sure why my experience was so drastically different to everyone else’s. I really was excited to meet this doctor, because the reviews are amazing. However, we were kept waiting about an hour and a half in the room (the consult was for my eight year old son) and then the doctor came in and rushed through what he wanted to say, which was borderline rude. He asked questions and before I could finish an answer, he would move on to say something else. To top it all off, he said he would be right back and left the room and didn’t come back. The nurse/medical assistant came in and finished the visit and when I questioned if he would be back, she said she could ask him to come back if I wanted. Truly not a great experience and I won’t return. However, everyone is entitled to a bad day. I just wish it hadn’t been the day I visited. Maybe he was busy or preoccupied with something else, but the two hours total that I was there and my co-pay are two things I won’t get back. I will say that my pediatrician did warn me that the experience there could be hit or miss. I just don’t know how they have so many good reviews. The only thing I can think of is that they ask google to remove bad reviews??? I don’t know.

My daughters both love Dr. R and we have always been pleased with the office as a whole. The nurses have been great and we have always had a pleasant experience. Dr. R is GREAT with kids! We are very happy with Dr. R and his whole team!!!

Dr. Rabinowitz and the staff make going to the doctor a pleasure. They are always prompt and courteous (I have NEVER had a wait, unsure how they manage to always run on time), Dr. R spends way more time with me as a patient than most doctors today, making sure he has a full understanding of my circumstances, and does not over prescribe but offers viable, cost effective solutions. Doctor is very good, but the people who work in front of desk are not nice.

I tried calling and speaking to the staff. They put me on hold 3 times, and on the 3rd time they didnt tell me they were putting me on hold and just left me there for 5 minutes until I hung up. I cant attest to their doctors but I can say their staff was not accomodating

We saw dr. Nadel and absolutely loved him. He was very thorough with our 10 month old. Felt like he should also be her pediatrician because he literally covered and went over everything.The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They showed us empathy and compassion as well was super friendly and respectful. We loved everyone from the front desk to the Cherie in the back office, the nurses and dr. The kindness and Patience they showed us made the 2 hour drive in the rain with a screaming baby worth it.

Dr. Paul is a great doctor and a crafty sleuth...He keeps at a problem until he solves it. Been with him about three years trying to find out why I developed Chronic Idiopathic Uticiara (aka Hives). Although never found out exactly why, narrowed it down to stress, heat and/or sun. My case is/was serious in that every week I had a severe outbreak...for three long years. Lately he recommended a new med with which I have finally found relief...Xolair.

Dr Rabinowitz is funny and personable. In this age of assemble-line medicine it is nice to have a doctor who actually takes the time to talk to you so that he can learn about your challenges with allergies. Dr Rabinowitz does not just throw medicine at you, but rather finds out what method will work for you. The office is a nice place to visit. This is important because if you elect to do immunology therapy that requires you to come get shots regularly, so you better enjoy coming to the office. I would recommend Dr Rabinowitz to my friends with allergy or asthma problems.
