I have been with Dr Schultz since moving to NC in 1996 and have never had anything less than perfect bedside manner, knowledgeable care, and utmost professionalism.

We love the office staff and we think that Dr. Schultz is the best. In person visits always go well. Some of the staff have terrible telephone skills. No pleasantries, no “thank you”, no greeting when they answer, usually “hello” ( not sure you even got the office). “Uh-huh” instead of yes and sometimes I’m not sure if this means yes or no.

The staff is very nice. The lady who drew my blood was excellent. I told her how I have the fear of needles and she was excellent at keeping me calm!! I was also in and out in a matter of minutes.

My Dr retired and had to make a decision of where to go. My nurse took a position with Dr Shultz so after speaking with her, I made the switch. So happy with this office! From Crystal at check-in, to Ashley my nurse all the way to Dr Shultz. So friendly and make me feel like family!Highly recommend this office!

Was dismissed due to non compliance of drug test policy.. Said I failed for Suboxone and didnt take Suboxone, matter fact all I took was what they gave me,,, I asked them to send to actual lab because test was wrong and they told me it was fine just needed to be clean next time... A week later get a letter for dismissal... Total BS!!!! Need to have their tests checked for accuracy or at least send to a real lab to prevent false positives

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. My wife had an appointment at 2:15, but wasnt called back till 2:45. People that came in after us were being seen before her! Also, they changed the price of the appointment from $200 to $325! If that wasnt bad enough, they made my wife wait in the exam room for 40 minutes by herself!! There is no excuse for that!!We will never go back here and will always tell people to never go.

I had made an appointment over two weeks ago to been seen, I was a new patient. I got a message a few days before my appointment saying the Dr that was going to see me was taking that day off! Ive been having headaches for weeks so Ive been really worried so Ive waited patiently to been seen!!! I called the office after I got the message to see if there was any other Dr I could see ,the lady checked but no Drs had anything! She gave me another appointment but that was another week away. I didnt want to want another week, Ive already waited weeks, so I asked the lady what was I suppose to do she said I dont know what to tell you! I just thought that they would try to work a new patient in somewhere instead of making me feel like my health doesnt matter!!!

This place sucks. Wives dont let your husbands go here alone. The lab tech that was taking my husbands blood come on to him rubbing his arm and he told her he was married, but that didnt stop her,she wanted to watch him pee which doesnt make sense to me why on the first visit the lab tech would want to stand 1 foot away staring at his penis. He asked her did she mind but apparently she thought nothing was wrong with what she did.

I see Greta OBuch at Randolph Medical so I requested a blood panel to see if I may have Rheumatoid Arthritis. A week later I receive a call from the nurse informing that my Rheumatoid factor was very high and Greta OBuch is referring me to a Rheumatologist. I asked who is the doctor shes referring me to and once given the name of a doctor in Greensboro, NC I informed the nurse I do not want to be seen at the office so please dont send a referral. I told the nurse I would like to be seen in High Point, NC at Cornerstone by the Rheumatologist at that location so the nurse asked for the doctors name because its required, which I understood, I said I would have to call back with the doctors name to go with the phone number and address I had. So I call back with the doctors name and all other information that was needed. After a week goes by I call the office of Greta OBuch at Randolph Medical and asked if the referral was sent and I was told it was. So I contact Cornerstone in High Point, NC to see if they received the referral and when could Dr. Z. get me in her office. The lady told me the earliest would be in October of 2018. I never knew it would take so long to be seen but in the meantime Im in severe pain and need assistance getting up out of bed, getting up from a chair basically it feels like my joints are locked in place and to take a step is very painful. I was devastated because the doctor I requested can not see me asap, so I called around to find a good Rheumatologist that can see me asap before I called back to request the referral be sent to another Rheumatologist and Greta OBuch said she will not do another referral for me because Ive had two. From the moment I received a call from her office with my results I said do not send the referral to the doctor you picked out I would call back with the actual name of the doctor I would like to see since giving the name of the office and the address wasnt sufficient. After several messages she is still refusing to send a referral to a doctor that can see me asap and refuses to call me back personally. I had a cervical spine fusion April 5, 2018 and I just got out of my neckbrace June 11, 2018 and the issues Im experiencing revolving around arthritis is affecting my recovery and I cant take certain medications over the counter or prescribed that may help with the arthritis because it will prevent me from healing and will prevent my bones from fussing back together. Im the patient Im the person suffering and in pain and your a so called doctor refusing to help me get medical attention I need now. Greta OBuch is not a doctor that cares about patients needs.
