Horizon has become the only place I think of for any medical needs for the past couple years. My first appointment was with Dr. Haque, who was very thorough and polite. Not a typical doctor in a hurry, but friendly and kind. He looked me in the eye when we spoke, and that means a lot to me. He was 100% devoted to our conversation at that time. I knew I wanted him to be my doctor because he cares about others. Of course he can’t see everyone, so I’ve seen people who work with him.I’m currently cared for by Dr. Robert George, who is actually a NP but titles belittle in this situation is my opinion. Dr. Robert has given me proper care for more than a year now, treating my multiple disabilities. Nobody knows much about Parkinson’s anywhere, but Dr. Robert George and I are learning as we go. I appreciate his patience :)The entire staff is as a family to me is why I can’t imagine going anywhere else for medical care. Always friendly and cheerful atmosphere. I’m grateful to everyone at Horizon for the laughs and kindness.

Dr. Haque is very compassionate and understanding. He takes time to talk, check in on how things are going, and listens. He’s very dependable and truly cares about your health and well being. Best doctor hands down.

Ive been going here for years. I was never fully satisfied throughout my years here until I started seeing Emily and having Melissa as my nurse. I love both of them very much. Emily is the best NP Ive ever encountered. So humble, sweet, and caring. She literally goes above and beyond to help you even when its not something she necessarily knows about. Shes been so great with helping and treating my autoimmune disease. Melissa has been my nurse for a while and I can say the same for her. So nice, humble and caring. Neither have ever been rude or dismissed my health or concerns. I hope neither of them ever leave the practice and if they do, I plan to go where they go. Lol.

Hands down the best medical staff around. They treat you like family and not just a number. I dont know what I would do without these wonderful people!

Called to schedule an appointment for a Covid test and off the bat the lady on the phone told me they didnt have enough test. I ask her when would you have more test and she said sometime next week. I asked her what day next week so I could make an appointment and she said any day. I asked her if I could make an appointment for Monday and she said I have to call you back I have a patient at my window. I told her I was a patient as well and she processed to ignore me. This is very unprofessional and certainly not the 1st time treated like this.

I love Melissa and the other sweet nurse with short dark hair. She can give a shot and you dont feel a thing! The Phlebotomist in the office is wonderful and always in a great mood Dr. Haque will listen and answer any questions you have about your health. Very upset I wasnt informed Erica was gone. After scheduling the appointment and being seen by another doctor. I asked when Erica would be back and then I was informed she was no longer there. No mention of it prior to being seen by a stranger. Very unhappy.

Dr. Haque may be good if you can see him. His PA, ANKITA, is worthless!! I complained to her 3 months about pain and irregular cycles. She said Just take some OTC Estroven!!I finally went to a REAL doctor two months ago....Im having a hysterectomy next week!! Im also getting billed now for unnecessary urine screens, $1200, and bloodwork they said I was Self Pay on and my insurance was never filed!!!! I disputed the bills and got them done away with but if you need medical care I suggest going anywhere but this joke of a doctors office!!! Ankita has no clue and no business in the medical field!!!!
