Very unorganized. I was told to call them after my bp was high on medicine. I call them and they say they will call me back after talking to the doctor. They do not call me back and prescribe me medication I do not know anything about and they did not call me to tell me this information. I take it and have side effects so I call them to tell them the next day. The nurse said to stop taking it so I ask her do I take the old medicine again and she informs me I was supposed to keep taking it. No one called to tell me any of this information. The doctors do not listen to what the patient has to say. Would not recommend. I am moving to a new primary

Dr Lee is tremendous. Office staff is some of the worst Ive ever seen.I have lived in three states with frequent doctor visits and have seen more than my fair share of office staffs.They are unprofessional, rude, unorganized, terrible at follow ups, lack knowledge, and shouldnt be working in a customer facing job.I dont want to change doctors but if they cant serve the basic purpose of their jobs, i may be forced to consider something else.

I got tired of getting called Obese every time I turned around it’s like every issue I had going on was because I was considered obese in their eyes.Dr. Stephanie was my Primary care doctor. Over a few visits for some reason she cannot see me I had to get Dr. Gretchen to talk to me which she’s not even my doctor. unprofessional they are all over the place I had to switch doctors.
