I started working at The Reserve in April and couldnt be happier with my decision to join this amazing team. I am blown away by our care staff, nurses and our specialized SPARK programming each and every day. So lucky to be apart of The Reserve Team!

My mother has been living here for almost a year. The staff has been great, and I couldn’t be happier with their communication. It’s a beautiful community and looks brand new. I’d highly recommend to anyone else who finds themselves looking for a trustworthy place for your loved one to live and receive care.

My company has been in partnership with this facility for several years. We provide Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapy for the residents who are in need of such services. The clinicians, caregivers, dietary, housekeeping and the management of the facility are true heroes of healthcare. They are very proactive in planning for resident’s plan of care that impacts their quality of life. They are experts in utilizing resources to achieve excellent outcomes.I highly respect the work that they do for Alzheimer / Dementia population.

My 90-year-old father was lucky enough to take up residence at The Reserve shortly before the pandemic struck. While it has been hard for our family not to see him on a regular basis, the staff at The Reserve is like his second family, and one that has kept him safe and happy during this unprecedented time. Their strict compliance with COVID rules has been beyond impressive. And at any chance they could facilitate visits with family members, they were sending emails and encouraging us to sign up. They have provided consistent, safe visitation scenarios (outdoors, indoors with plexiglass and distanced) whenever it was possible.I am struck not just by how well they have taken care of him, but how they are always thinking of us-- his family-- and our desire to stay connected with him. They facilitate face time calls, family Zoom sessions-- even a drive by water balloon event this summer! The small size of The Reserve and its committed, caring staff make it an ideal place for our dad. He even likes the food-- and he is as picky as they come! Our dad is an avid golfer, so they had us bring in a putting return game so he could play, In no time they had him teaching others how to do it! This is a small but important example of how the staff at The Reserve goes the extra mile to embrace the interests of its residents and expand the wonderful sense of community that already exists there.Like many families, we grappled with the decision to move our dad from his home to a memory care facility. His six children unanimously agree that it was best decision we could have made. He is happy and thriving during a pandemic-- thats quite a testament to The Reserve.Thank you, Lora and the amazing staff at The Reserve!

The staff at Autumn Leaves is warm, compassionate, and efficient. The caregivers are quick to notice if the residents need any help. The facility is very clean and pleasantly decorated. The residents are all encouraged to take part in the daily activities. When I had lunch there, the food was very good. It is a relief to have my stepmother here where she is well taken care of.

I believe the Lovely reviewer may have this Autumn Leaves location confused with another. At the Arlington Heights facility, the staff directors are Lora and Teri and the head chef is a man, in fact a gentleman. This Autumn Leaves in Arlington Heights has been very good to and for my mother. We switched her here from another facility (not an Autumn Leaves) after the poor care she received resulted in a toe amputation. But the amazing, wonderful part of the story is that after a few months at Autumn Leaves she had lost weight, was walking more than ever and even remembered some names again! With the change in facility came a change in doctors. The doctors and staff at Autumn Leaves suggested changes in my moms medication and they work with her on daily living skills. What a difference! For those of you on the Alzheimer journey, you can appreciate all the little moments when your parent actually remembers your name or lights up when you enter the room. Thats what we got back at Autumn Leaves. We know its temporary, but to learn she was not as far along in her disease as we thought was a gift back to us. No place is perfect but this Autumn Leaves has caring and competent people and we are glad we found them.

My brothers and sister moved my mom here. It has been a breath of fresh air after moving her from another place. The staff is very attentive and kind. It also is clean and well kept which is such an improvement from the last place she was at. She is so much happier now and we feel so much better that she is at a nice place.

I don’t typically take the time to write reviews, but I felt it necessary to do so in this case. Both my parents live in this community and I can not express how much better I sleep at night knowing they are receiving such exceptional care. They have an amazing team of people who truly care about the residents and their quality of life. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for Memory Care!

This facility stole money owed to my mother and has filed for bankruptcy. My mother left the facility in December of 2018 and was owed a refund of around $3000.00. After several calls and e-mails the company kept pushing off the payment. Finally, in May they filed for bankruptcy. Do not go here. They do not have enough funds to care for everything. The food is as cheap as is gets, one day they had no butter for toast. They dont take the residents out. So happy we left, but so sad they lied to me for months. Save yourself the headache and look for a new facilty, because this one may not be around!!!

I don’t understand the reason for the negative reviews. The food is great, there are activities for my mother to partake in and the care is great. I am happy with my choice to bring my mother here.

This place is not what it seems the staff are either under trained or just plain lazy the management sucks I went to visit a family member and the cookchefwas outside smoking What I know was marijuana😡I mentioned it to a managerChrisshe looked upset about what I had brought to her attention and said that she would handle the problem I later found out the chefs name was Angela Thomasand upon visiting again the cookchefwas still employed at Autumn Leaves my family member was not taken care of properly by the nurses and management obviously never checks on or has anyone overseeing their staff so I had my family member removed from that zoo....I feel bad for the residents at this placechefs tableis a joke its just a cover-up on whats really going on in this place if you have a family members there I strongly suggest that you pay special attention to how their being treated and pay attention to the staff because this place stinks this review is minor compared to the task that I have on hand ifChriswhich is the name that she gave me cant her job correctly Im going to make sure that someone does😡😡😡
