Everyone on office staff is super nice, attentive, very informative, and very caring. Dr Richmond had an emergency pop up for a patient. The staff let me know what was going on and offered to reschedule. They even came into the room and checked on me periodically to make sure I was okay and if I needed anything. I waited and I am so glad I did. Dr Richmond was a very wonderful man. He came in and listen to all of my issues and handled them individually. Explained so much to me and helped me understand why my body was doing this. I would recommend anyone who has infertility issue to also see him. I wasnt even being seen for that issue in his office that day but he wanted to go ahead and handle it. This doctor is definitely one in a million and cares about your individual needs. You are not just a body in his office.*Also I would like to say the front desk lady was super nice. You dont see that in many offices especially at the end of the day when everyone is tired and ready to go home. She did not skip a beat and was very nice and helpful.

Way too much to type. But when my last doctor didn’t care much for my concerns, Dr.Richmond stepped up, found the problem & fixed the problem. He is God sent & a true blessing. I hope that soon he can help me have baby #2 as well as deliver baby #2!!

Dr. Richmond is a wonderful, caring and thorough Christian doctor. Not only do I recommend him to anyone I also use him for my 14 year old daughter as well. I couldnt ask for a better educated and overall awesome doctor.

Dr. Richmond and his staff are amazing. Staff is very nice and helpful. Dr. Richmond seen me through my first pregnancy. He was very good at answering and addressing all of my questions and concerns. I ended up having a c-section and Dr. Richmond delivered my beautiful baby boy without any complications. Im absolutely glad to have chosen Dr. Richmond and his staff and I would recommend anytime.

Dr Richmond has been my dr for a long time now and will always be hands down the best, most caring dr I’ve ever had. He spends time with me really listening and prays with me because he really cares and knows God is the one who really holds us in His hands.

I Love Dr. Richmond dearly! He is caring and compassionate. He saved my life and I will forever be grateful to him. I had a watermelon sized cyst on my ovary that he removed, which was a very complicated surgery. He also delivered 2 of my grandchildren! He’s one in a million! ❤️

The best OB/GYN. I am always made to feel confident about the medical decisions we make together. He is not pushy about one treatment or the next and really encourages your own active research and decision making before any treatments begin. He is great at providing medical research data, citing studies and giving info that is pertinent to your situation. I always leave feeling reassured about my health. Great personality, great staff. I have never had to wait long, usually in and out. So glad I made the switch to Dr. Richmond!

Wonderful experience. Dr. Richmond didnt speak to me like I went to Medical School. He took his time and answered every question I had and ones I didnt think of. Awesome Dr. No wonder why he has so many awards. If your lucky enough to get him as a Dr then you will be in great hands...

I absolutely love Dr. Richmond!!! He is such a personable physician that makes me feel comfortable talking about my feminine needs. However, the young lady that’s the receptionist at the front desk could be friendlier. She called me up and said I need your co-pay... No smile, no hello, no how are you today, just I need your copay. It’s $30!!! She’s the first face you see in this office so it should be welcoming and friendly!!!

Dr Richmond is the best! He has helped me so much since going to him from another well known Dr. during a pregnancy at 35 weeks. His staff is the best. I’m usually in and out in an hour. His office is so clean and tidy. Never overbooked. He thoroughly looks over your chart and takes his time to speak with you. I Am so lucky to have found him , I wish it would’ve been much sooner. This is my 3rd pregnancy. But my 1 time outta Arizona Dr Richmond made me feel so welcomed as a new patient and was very concerned about all my health issues. He even went into detail about many different things that most obgyns dont glad I chose him for this pregancy.

I recently had my first CO2RE rejuvenation treatment with Dr Richmond. It was painless. It is recommended to have three treatments for this best results. I have noticed results after the first treatment but I do believe I would benefit from having the other two. The pricing on this service with Dr. Richmond is extremely competitive. It really works. I am extremely happy with the results and it can only improve from here.I have been going to Dr. Richmond for several years now. He has such an upbeat, energetic personality. He is always open and honest with me. I may schedule my visit for one particular issue but he always takes the time to question me about any other issues I may be experiencing. He genuinely cares and he actually listens to what I say. Ten out of ten times he has been spot on in his diagnosis and treatment plan. He does all the necessary testing but he has always known what I needed even before the test come back and he has always been right. The staff are always kind, friendly and professional. Dr. Richmond has been my physician for more than 20 years. I first began seeing him when he was practicing in the Shoals area. When he moved his practice to Anniston, I followed him. He is caring, compassionate and always attentive to my needs. He delivered 4 of my 5 children, and now my 20 year old sees him as well. Dr. Richmond is one of my favorite people in the world. Thankful to have him as my gynecologist!!

Dr. Braden Richmond is an outstanding OBGYN physician. I recommend him to any person is looking for a good doctor. The staff in his office is courteous and professional. They don’t have you waiting for hours.

When I was 17 I was pregnant with my first child. I was young and wasnt the brightest crayon in the box. Dr. Richmond was kind and encouraging. I called probably once a week with one question or another. He never made me uncomfortable or even act like he was ever bothered. 13 years later I had my second child (and then another a year later!) and lived in another and I was not as blessed with such a good doctor. Dr. Richmond gave me a book when my first daughter was born, Raising Them Right, and I cherish it to this day! I felt he truly cared for my daughter because he was concerned for her salvation and mine, but was not pushy with it. If I ever move back to Alabama, Ill definitely be his patient again.

Dr. Richmond delivered my daughter, and he was so kind! His staff is friendly, and they make sure you are comfortable. I recommend him to all of my pregnant friends!

This man thinks he can do what he wants to people. He has denied medical records, claiming they are his property! He is a money hungry Dr who wants to charge for a Drs visit when it was part of a wellness check and when you question this his true personality comes out. There is something very wrong with this man. I do not recommend this man to anyone. He is a drama queen and seems like if you question anything he wants to become irate and unreasonable!

This Dr. is very rude and unprofessional. He will be nice as long as you are handing money to him. He does not care about the patient. He also violated HIPPA laws and is being reported. I do not recommend this Dr to anyone.Update: Now it seems just a couple of hours after posting this review that a Faye Richmond has went on my business page and left a bad rating ( his wifes name is Linda Faye Richmond). Coincidence! I have never serviced a Faye Richmond. I do have proof that she is the one that posted the review on my business page and it is being reported to administration at RMC.

I understand that a Physician takes time with each patient, but I must say that I was not happy with my wait. I sat in a room waiting to be seen for an hour and fifteen minutes and I would have been waiting longer if I hadnt have walked out. I scheduled an early appointment because I have to work in the morning. I woke up early to drive 45 minutes for my appointment and ended up having to walk out and being late to my job by twenty minutes. I was the third person in that office and was not pleased that I had to wait so long and waste a drive out to my appointment that was not carried through. I even explained when I made the appointment to schedule it early so I can get in and out before their busy hours and so I can get to work.

I have been going to him for 10 years he is the greatest.
