Im now on my 3rd baby with Dr. Lawrence Jones. I would never go see anyone else for any pregnancy or anything else related OB-GYN. My first pregnancy I was scared and worried about everything of course being a new mother, no questions went unanswered. He made the experience comfortable (not only with me but with my husband) with all his jokes, and bed side manner. My second baby I was pregnant with a few months after my first, we had a few health scares and still he was professional with the situation. With his experience and amazing bed side manner we had a healthy baby 9 months later. Now on our third I couldnt trust anyone else. Hes an amazing Dr. who loves his job and loves to help people. I recommend him and his office (full of like minded amazing people) to everyone.

My girlfriend called today and was trying to explain some problems she has going on and they wouldn’t even listen to her. Just gave her excuses so they could get off the phone. Terrible service. The on call or whoever it was, was very rude and didn’t want to listen to anything she had to say.

Wasnt given the healthcare I needed because I havent been vaccinated. My whole visit was about that and NOT my other concerns. Very dissatisfied

Would not recommend this doctor or RMC everytime i go i wait for hours in the waiting room and have to wear a mask i cant wear a mask for hours without migraine due to asthma currently sitting in the waiting room with a migraine! Came in feeling fine tho plus all the nurses/techs act inconvenienced that youre even there 😒 definitely not returning after i have my baby

I was told the wrong due date causing doctors to deliver my baby early. They said he was super small for how far along I was and it was concerns involved. So now he has been in NICU for over a week because he wasn’t able to finish getting everything from me and wasn’t ready to come out just yet. He is having multiple complications. Everything affiliated with RMC is trash.

Dr. Cater delivered my daughter two years ago and about to deliver my son in February. I highly recommend this office. They are all very sweet and caring! Since COVID the waits have been longer but worth it. I know Dr. Cater is doing hospital rounds as well as appointments so I’m patient !

I loved Dr. Ballard but she needs some new staff. They always act inconvenienced that you even call and god forbid you have any pregnancy concerns their gonna make you feel stupid and not even gonna check it out. Then I was real bad sick with nausea and I needed a certain kind of medicine that dr Ballard told me she would prescribe me and nothing was ever sent in so I called up there to see what was going on and the nurse said she would send it so I go to pick it up and it’s the wrong kind so I call back and told her and she says we don’t usually prescribe that to new People even though dr Ballard said it was okay and she told me she would ask ballards nurse about it and that “she would call me back”! And hung up on me! It’s been a month later and I still haven’t received a call back.

Doctor fletcher saw my niece for a uti, in lots of pain, knowing she already has kidney problems. Also had a miscarriage 2 weeks before.. Instead of giving her pain meds & antibiotics to actually cure the infection before it spread to her kidneys... she only prescribed something to treat the pain so she ended up in the Er days later so she could get antibiotics. Unprofessional. Also the day the hurricane come through instead of calling to let her know they decided to close.. all they did was put a sign on the door!!! Wouldn’t recommend!!!!

Dr. Fletcher has been seeing me since 33 weeks *I transferred doctors*.She is so kind and caring. She makes me feel welcomed and comfortable. Any questions I have or any concerns she is reassuring and helpful. Definitely reccomend her!! 💙

Went here to see Dr Cater for my first appointment for my first pregnancy. I was there for about 2 hours, but not much time was spent waiting. All of the staff were very sweet and happily answered any question I had. I was very nervous at first since this is all new to me, I know I made the right decision choosing this office for my prenatal care.

I dont think any woman enjoys this yearly visit but they make it as pleasant as possible.

Seeing her for my first pregnancy... SHE IS AMAZING! The whole staff is wonderful. They are thorough and kind, and they made sure to answer any questions I had. The receptionist team is warm and inviting, they make you feel confident in the office you chose. If you’re picky (like I am) and wanted to be sure to pick a Drs office to meet all of your needs, I’d definitely start here.

Ive been seeing Dr. Ballard for over 15 years. I drive from Madison county every year. Most of the staff are very pleasant, but there is one older tech that has the personality of a potato. Im giving 4 stars because I always have to wait at least an hour and a half to see the doctor.
