My mom was driving to the funeral of her niece located in Sulphuric Springs, Tc and was involved in a single vehicle incident rendering her automobile inoperable. My mom is 74 and contacted the office at 4:30 pm today and was told that they would not provide her a rental vehicle. My mom would have been stranded by the highway and if it had not been for the kindness of the state trooper on a local citizen. The trooper facilitated transportation to a local truck stop and my mom has been there since 5:30 pm and family is in route to pick her up and get her to lodging for tonight. It is 10:30 Pm and my mom is in Nash, Tx and her immediate family members reside in Alabama and Mississippi. I do not understand the actions portrayed today to an elderly policy holder and the callus approach to her request and misinformation related to her.

Coy and the girls here have always went above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Absolutely great service.

Really upset with you all.....my parents lost ALL their food.....been paying yall for YEARS and your gonna charge a $500 deductible to help with food!!! IF THEY HAD $500 THEY WOULDNT BE CALLING YOU!!!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!! ITS FOOD NOT A ROOF!!!!!
