My visit there was for a chipped tooth and 2 replaced I was informed that they couldnt remove the 2. I was asked to leave my denture there on my return they removed the chipped tooth and replaced it. My question was why you couldnt remove the 2 I asked for like you did the chipped one. I was going to purchase a new denture but after the LIE I cancel that. So my visit there is a 1 star.

This was my 1st visit, and I was truly impressed.The whole team was kind , courteous, informative, extremely friendly and welcoming.There was no long wait for anything and even though we had discussed that this apt was just to see how they could help me and work on a plan, I had a sharp edge on a tooth that had lost a filling and ask if they could take the point off while I as there . Without hesitation or second thought, Dr Wallace took care of it immediately. Very friendly staff and Dr. Price was very thorough in explaining options for my particular situation. I was very satisfied with my experience. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 was because they are not a network provider of my BCBS insurance.

The dentist was on but the secretaries are incompetent. They can’t add smh, they don’t call back when they say they do. And most importantly they had me down on the wrong date of the appointment for my tooth extraction then tried to reschedule me for two weeks later. Equipment is was outdated too one of the X-ray machines didn’t work so they tried to charge me to use their more expensive one that’s not covered through my insurance. Unless you just want a cleaning please go to the many other places here in Calhoun county

I’ve seen Dr. Price a few times and he’s always been amazing! One time I was pregnant and had to have 2 wisdom teeth surgically removed and he did his best to make me feel comfortable and that nothing would bother the baby!!!! Very great dentist and his staff is just as great!

I would not recommend anyone going to this unprofessional dentist!! my wife left there crying. He was very rude to her. Beating on the wall for his nurses yelling at my wife and left her teeth unfinished.

I have been using Dr. Price for all my dental needs for the past 10 years. I have never once had a bad experience at his office. His easy going manner is very relaxing. I also find his pricing very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

The experience I had at Dr. Prices was great. The staff was very nice and was very helpful. They explained everything about what I was having done and how much my insurance would cover for that service. They were very attentive to my appointment time and Dr. Price took time to talk to me about my procedure and ensured me that he wanted to make sure I would be pleased with the final results of replacing my dentures since I have had such a hard time with the ones he was replacing. I feel like they really showed interest in making sure I would be pleased with their service I highly recommend Dr. Price and his great staff for your dental needs. Great experience.

In my experience, (several visits) they evidently don’t like filing insurance, they have always told me my insurance wld refund me the amount I paid, ( full price out of pocket) and I have never received any checks from my insurance co. BC/BS of AL for reimbursement. I had an emergency, face swollen severe pain, so I called 1st thing on Monday am, she told me he could see me on Thursday 10 am, I said ma’am, I have an infection she said sorry, Monday 10 am. So fine!!!!! Then, I have a friend that had the same issue that called them on Tuesday am, they seen him the next morning. They have NO insurance!!!! So they paid Cash, which I have always done with insurance, soooo, I’m very upset about this whole ordeal, money is money. I have had to suffer for 4 days in pain with this infection and someone else got an appt the next day after they called. He is a very nice Dr. and his staff has been amazing until this point. I am at a loss, so I will be asking questions when I go for my appt tomorrow.

Dr. Price and his staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with having multiple extractions and a lower denture put in. They did it all in one day, and I could not be happier with my experience there. Dr. Price cares about his patients and it shines through. I highly reccomend seeing him for your denture needs.

I was told about Dr. Price by a co-worker and booked an appointment to review and discuss what I need. I was very pleased and today started my timeline to a healthier mouth!

Im not from here so I have been calling around trying to find a dentist. I told he lady on the phone my insurance, no problem. Well I get here to my appointment and the lady at the front desk sees my insurance tells me they dont take it and acted like she just wanted me to leave, Even though they do free consultations. Havent even seen the dentist yet to see what I need to have done and already feels like they dont want me here. Hopefully the rest of the staff isnt like this

My review is pending. So far it has been a nightmare. Top and bottom denture different shades. Redid top to match bottom. Now bite is way off and top denture itself has really bad appearance. Gums look terrible, teeth are bucked out. I took pics throughout this processe.I paid for the super deluxe package.Hoping for a happy ending. Go back next week. The staff has been great and assures me everything will be fine.
