Do not recommend this place to anyone . And crazy paper work that didnt make any sense . Its like a freaking book , you dont even fill out that much paper work at the doctor . NO CHILD SHOULD BE ALONE ON ANY VISIT PERIOD COVID OR NO COVID !!!!

This is the worst, and most unprofessional place I have ever been. My child will not ever come back here! He’s been going here for 2 years, and they were wonderful . Staff obviously changed, because these are the most unprofessional, rude bunch of trash I have ever seen in the dentalField !! Do NOT let your child go back there alone , please!

I have taken my children here for about 12 years and it was always a good experience. But now something has changed and I wouldn’t take my dog to these people!!! If you care about how you are treated, go somewhere else!

I was having pain for a few weeks with a tooth and finally broke down yesterday to have it seen about and possibly removed (it ended up being removed 😞)I called around to a few place and ended up going with this one, the staff at Sarrell Dental really made me feel at ease about the whole situation. I have severe anxiety and with all the COVID-19 procedures in place my husband wasn’t allowed to go to the back with me, the nurses were wonderful one even held my hand when she could tell I was uneasy. I would recommend them ☺️

The staff is Awesome and the dentist is great with kids. I have a 8 year old thats been traumatize from a different place and he loves it here. He goes in with no problem and they make sure he is very comfortable and not scared at all. And the 4 year old loves going here also. I would recommend this dental office to anyone wanting a caring, compassionate, very competent dentist office. Sometimes the wait is alittle long but they keep you updated and its worth it.

I understand that everyone is taking precautions with this Covid-19. I took my 14yr old son for an eye exam today. They checked our temps and had us go back to my truck and fill out paperwork. Ok thats understandable. But they REFUSED to allow me in because they dont consider him a minor. When they have a sign that clearly states only 1 parent per minor child. So because he can sign his name on a piece of paper at 14yrs old, they consider him grown. News flash.....he can sign all day but without my signature its NOT a legal document. So I signed and they still refused. So they sent out I guess the office manager and said they had to follow the rules of the ADA. Excuse me thats for dental not vision. Then she proceeded to show me messages on her phone from other dentists. Again EYE EXAM!!!! At 14yrs old he cant even sign paperwork at school, get a job, get a license, join the military, vote, etc. So please tell me how my son is not considered a minor. I am his mother and I want to know whats going on with my child at ALL times. Vision, dental or anything else. Even hospitals consider a legal adult at age 19 not 14. Not only that we waited 2 hours for them just to take a look at his eyes with a machine. He got back in the truck and told me thats all they did. Exam hadnt even been done yet. I will NEVER take him back and they need to get a better system on how they see patients and also move faster. Appt was at 9:30 and at 11:30 still nothing. We left and I got better appts and guess what, Im allowed to go back with him so the doctor can explain to me any issues that are going on.

I have had no problem from them, even with both boys. All the staff was professional and the doctors make the process as easy as possible. The only down side is the waiting room. They could use a new building, so many people make it crowded, they need more space.

Horrible experience with my 4 year old she done awesome at 2 years old went back at 4 and all BC they wouldnt let her pick out what color gas mask she wanted they tied her down didnt give her gas and it took 6 people to do 1 cavity. A year later shes still having trouble from it and terrified of the dentist. She flips out if you mention one. Dentist Rasberry was awesome now that hes retired we will never go to the one in Aniston again. Not to mention she was the only child in there that didnt get a bag with a toothbrush in it or anything when we left there. Very upset mom. This place has traumatized my child and believe me Id rather hundreds of dollars than for them to hurt her or make her hate the dentist. So all you moms out there believe me when I say theres plenty of dentist that take Medicaid you do not have to use this place. Ive found several in velocity Anniston Bham. Dont let this place traumatize your baby its not worth it. I wish I knew the ladies name that performed it BC she needs to be fired. Seriously never have I been more upset in my life. Talladega office was great. Aniston not kid friendly at all and definitely dont know how to comfort them. Its a joke. Your pediatrician can tell you other dentist that accept Medicaid. Its worth it.PS Dentist Rasberry is needed back or shut that place down.

My son has been treated here since his first dental checkups and I have always had excellent care from all of them, I totally agree with the security measures they are taking is for the benefit of my son (our children) but this time we did to our appointment, not without first mentioning that my son did not appear that you saw an appointment, since they themselves spoke to schedule, I arrived before 12:30 and the person who attended us told him we were leaving and he rolled his eyes at me very ugly she did not say anything offensive to me but if I felt quite uncomfortable this had never happened to me on her part I did not know it was time for them to go out to eat
