Maryam is amazing. She came recommended to me though friends and does not disappoint. Im a pretty extreme off road bike racer, ex tennis pro and her sports massage was on point. She knows how to find and work the tight and over extended muscles and get you back on track. Shes one of the best Ive experienced and Ive been to many. I visited Maryam based on a recommendation from my barber. I am so glad I did. Her work was outstanding. Great ability to use pressure but very conscientious of your comfort. Professional comfortable studio, amazing service and treatment. It had been a while since my last massage, and she let me know where my problem areas where as she worked through them. Alleviated all pain in my back, neck, and in my knees which have had several traumatic injuries. Post massage I felt better than I had in years and immediately noticed an increase in energy and focus. Amazing.

But Maryam spent the first 10 minutes discussing what brought me in to get a massage, what parts of my body were feeling discomfort and what skin care products I use on my face. I received a signature massage from Maryam on 6/15/21 as part of a Fathers Day gift. Maryam is an excellent communicator and she easily identified areas of my body where my muscles were in need of adjustment.I have nothing but good things to say. Some of the work she did on my muscles was painful because the muscles were tense and out of whack. The pain during work on those problem areas was well worth it.Today is the first day after the massage and I feel so much better. My low back pain is gone and my legs feel so much better. I have had massages at other facilities in the past where the massage therapist did not know how to do deep tissue work. This is totally not the case for Maryam. The deep tissue work she does is amazing. Maryam also asked throughout the massage how I was doing to be sure she was meeting my needs.If you want a massage that makes you feel transformed when you are finished, then look no further. The value delivered exceeds the expectations for the cost.

I had my first appointment with Maryam today, for a lymphatic drainage massage (face) following a laser lipotherm on my chin and neck. I went in looking like a puffy old toad, and came out feeling lighter, with a sleeker neck. The massage was gentle and soothing yet rejuvenating. Maryam explained things as she went along, which I appreciated since I really didnt know what to expect. I will be going back to Spa Jina!

To put it shortly, Maryam is the BEST! I arrived and was welcomed efficiently and while I was filling out paperwork we were able to go over my problem areas that I would like to be focused on during my massage. Not only did she support this, she gave me education behind why these areas may be present and also gave me a couple or stretches to help my posture! The massage was amazing abd she focused on everything I had asked for. She is very accommodating and she is the first person to actually “work” on my problem areas, which of course means at times the trigger points caused some irritation or some pain, but this is what I asked for to basically “do what you need to to alleviate the tension” in my problem areas. It is a day after and I am feeling so much better and lighter and am booking my next appointments with her!!I also got a facial in regards to my concern areas (I have rosacea) and she is very knowledgeable about skin types to where she picked out safe and supportive products and methods to support my skin and not burning it or making more damage. Maryam is the best and myself along with my partner will begin to consistently and only se her for our future massages and myself for her facials! :) 10/10 experience!

Went to see Maryam for a Swedish massage. I hadnt had one since 2019 due to COVID19. She was fantastic and worked exceptionally on the tension and knots that had built up over the last 18 months. Already scheduled my next session. She definitely knows what she is doing!

I had my first appointment with Spa Jina/Maryam this week and the experience was outstanding. Definitely recommend.In the past, Ive had occasional massages for my neck, shoulders, and back. However, I really havent had any type of regular massages since COVID started. That being said, Ive spent the last year a lot more stationary/sitting than I did before, and that causes all kinds of aches and pains.Maryam was very communicative in asking about problem areas -- and that helps, especially when seeing a new massage therapist for the first time. You could tell that she was putting extra effort in on the areas that I mentioned.One of the things I really appreciated is that she has the ability to apply stronger pressure. Ive had plenty of massages in the past where I know the massage therapist was trying his/her best, but they just didnt have the strength to give a more impactful massage. Of course, Maryam kept asking to make sure that the pressure wasnt TOO much, so you dont have to worry about her overdoing it either.There were lots of other little things too -- she is careful with COVID protocols and her space was very clean. She was friendly, communicative, and the appointment started right on time.Most importantly though, I FEEL better afterwards and that is the most important thing. Ill definitely be back!
