Ive gone to Coach Me Fit for several years and I really enjoy it there. The space is large, there is a variety of equipment, and its clean and well maintained. Appointments are scheduled in a way that there are never too many people there, so you dont feel crowded or like you need to wait to use equipment. The staff are great. I have worked with a few different trainers at Coach Me Fit - they accommodate my schedule and work with me to develop a routine - not just while Im there, but what I should be doing for diet and exercise while Im not there, too.

Whatever your fitness goals are, this is the place to go! Since signing up, I have seen significant improvement in my strength, balance, flexibility and overall fitness. Great, qualified instructors and personalized individual coaching. Whether you are a gym novice, like I was, a gym pro, or somewhere in between, I cant recommend it more highly!

I have come 3 days a week for fifteen years! All the coaches I’ve had are well trained and friendly. I have never had an injury. I am 69 and my doctor tells me to keep doing what I am doing since it is keeping me healthy!

CMF is an awesome place to train and to be held accountable for your goals. They will also help you establish your goals. CMF has all the equipment you need and the two trainers I have used - Derek and Chris - have been awesome. Everybody there brings a positive attitude and a love of life. Ive lost 18 lbs in 10 weeks all while getting stronger. I highly recommend CMF!
