The staff is always very welcoming, helpful and pleasant. Great place, very clean and a relaxing atmosphere.

The gym itself is decent for equipment and space. The staff are, for the most part, respectful and willing to help. The reason I’m leaving after many years is the restricted gym hours and being charged the same price. Covid has been around now for quite some time. There is no reason to continue to have a piece of paper taped on the front door (next to the “permanent” hours etched on the door) with modified hours. The gym already closes way too early on weekends without this restriction. The administration are clueless on how to take member feedback and implement changes to keep their members satisfied.

PLEASE BE AWARE: This gym will tell you that you need to do a personal health assessment when you sign up for a membership, and the information which they gather from it they will then sell to a company they partner with. They will not tell you about this until you arrive for an in person appointment to sign up for a membership, at which point they will tell you to sign paperwork allowing them access to your personal health information and allowing them to to do the health assesment. They cannot legally require you to do this, so you can refuse to sign the paperwork, although they will tell you it is necessary to get a membership.

This facility has many treadmills, ellipticals, stair steppers, workout machines, a running track, two pools with a hot tub, a weight lifting area, a gym and several classrooms. The center is always kept clean and masking rules are in place. The locker rooms have a sauna, steam room and hot tub. The fitness staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I was a little upset that theyre requiring masks again so I expressed my feelings. They were extremely rude back and as we were working out continued to helicopter us to put the mask over our nose. I know many people feel that this is the right thing, but Im not one of them, and thats the beauty of being in a FREE country! There are several studies that show the masks do NOTHING. Actually do your own research people instead of following what the mainstream media says!

I havent been to a ton of different gyms....however....the ones I have been to dont even begin to compare to this facility!!! The staff are amazing....everything is well maintained....the amenities are top notch!!!! I could keep going on and on....I was nervous to go back to the gym after covid closures....however when we went back I quickly realized again why we love this place!!! There is a covid screening process and temp check everytime you walk in....which seems to double as a contact tracing tool....all staff are wearing masks...plexiglass where its needed....hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes are at every turn....they have removed some of the cardio machines AND blocked off others so everyone can socially distance....I was also excited that theyre still offering classes!!! A sign up is now required to take the class....to maintain class size...but that is totally fine with me....all these procedures add up to me being able to GET healthy while STAYING healthy!!! If youre looking for an outlet to work on yourself and feel great doing it....check them out!!!!

No mask requirement if youre vaccinated. Still not as busy as it was pre-pandemic.

This is a great gym but the hours suck. Currently, they seem to cater to more of an early bird crowd and close ridiculously early in the evening. This is especially true on weekends.

Started my membership again. I figure walking and working out will be better than drinking.

Hands down, this is the best gym in AA! Not only does it have all the cardio and strength training equipment that you need, it’s never super-busy...even at 5:00 PM on the weekdays. Moreover, the custodial staff keeps everything spotlessly clean, and Sabrina and Vlad at the front desk always greet me by name. Keep up the great work, WCC HFC Team!

Most likely it’s a Library or jail rather than a gymphones, assistance, chatting, listening to music or making any normal noise all are not allowed and also rude employees. In fact it’s a perfect environment to study or sleep

Great facilities with lots of light so you do not fell caged in like other gyms. Love the diverse machinery. Have had no trouble getting on a machine I want in a reasonable time. Steam room is wonderful.

Fantastic gym! Wide range of equipment available, great indoor running track. Excellent locker rooms stocked with body wash, towels, steam room, hot tub, mouth wash, etc. They have a pool, volleyball (might need to sign up on a team or something, didnt look into it), fitness classes, and personal training. Ive been to a fair number of gyms, the only thing I think comes close to WCC is Lifetime Fitness.

What a great facility! I recently joined and so far I think its a fantastic gym. They have pretty much everything you want at a fitness facility, in addition to giving you the feeling of being pampered - shampoo & body wash in the showers in addition to a steam room, a sauna, and a whirlpool in the locker room. Q-tips, mouthwash, and hairdryers too. The thing that really solidified for me that this is a great place, though, is the smell. It sounds strange, but I love the way this place smells when you walk in!Its a little pricey, but in my opinion, when the facility is so amazing that it motivates you to go to the gym, thats an accomplishment and well worth the money. My health and access to people and tools that can help me reach my fitness goals are worth the monthly cost.

A clean facility with wonderful staff! Someone is always greeting you and keeping towels and cleaning towelettes stocked. There is always someone drying/mopping the bathroom floor so it makes it easier for everyone to walk and not slip out of the showers. The equipment is really great. I have only had one issue with one treadmill after using this facility since 2013, and that says a lot about the facilities upkeep. Well done, thank you as always!

This is easily the best fitness center I’ve ever experienced. Strongly recommend for those that may be considering membership, and just drop in for a facility tour to see for yourself.

Facilities are great. They do a great job keeping things clean and in good repair. A wide variety of equipment. Lots of classes and the instructors are great. The front desk staff are not very helpful if you have questions.

I have been ruined for all other gyms forever. I would be here every day if I could. No one has what they have or offers the same atmosphere. Its just too flippin expensive. I have started and stopped my account here several times because I could afford it for a few months and then couldnt. Being able to put your account on hold once per year has been handy, but the monthly dues and initiation fees are not cheap. If you can afford it, I recommend it. If you cant, sorry, youll have to settle for Planet Fitness and lower your expectations.

I love love love this gym. It is absolutely amazing. Its clean and has super nice equipment, the classes are awesome, the locker rooms are amazing, and the pools are well kept! Lets not forget the steam room and sauna. Im not a fan of the whirl pools but they seem well kept too. The staff is super friendly! My only complaint is the price and hours. I wish they were open longer on the weekends closing at 6 and 7 is so early. I honestly wish they were 24/7. The thing is the price Ive never been able to afford an actual membership. I get monthly guest passes in the summer and when Im on break at EMU. Maybe if they were open 24/7 it would be worth my while to get a full time membership but Im a broke college student except for in the summer. Their hours and price is why I couldnt give that last star.

Love the gym! It never seems to be too overly crowded when I go (5-7 pm on weekdays, mid morning weekends) and the facility is always clean. The price is a bit more expensive compared to other gyms but all classes are included and can be attended whenever desired without signing up prior. My wife and I particularly enjoy the spinning courses. The indoor track is also great for those runs where you just dont feel like going outside nor going on a treadmill.

Really great place!Trust me, I was at Equinox in NYC for years, and also at Liberty in Ann Arbor for a while. This is an awesome gym. Best thing is no children! 👍🏼The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because their hours on Fridays, Sat and Sun are hard for me. Wish they stayed open longer those days.

Its working as well as it can, due to the recent festivities. Everything is clean, the machines are well spaced, the air vents are working.

Always clean. Never over crowded. They have an abundance of personal trainers who are honestly there to HELP, not to pressure sell you. I go here 3-4 times per week for over a year, and I have NEVER had them try to sell me anything, but they have offered help on occasion. The equipment is well maintained also. I have never seen anything broken down.The membership dues are a bit pricey, but I think that contributes to why the place is so nice. They seem to actually put money back into the business. As of November 2015 I noticed they are adding more equipment and have a small construction project going on.My only complaint is the cafe. The people that work in the cafe are awesome, but the hours are not that great, and there is normally only 1 person working, so if there is a line it takes a long time.Also one thing I find odd: there is a hot tub in the mens locker room, but it seems to be the norm that all of the men sit there nude. I asked about possibly enforcing a swim suit dress code, but management said no. They do have a hot tub out in the open, where obviously there is a clothing policy in place, so if i want to sit I just go there.

One of the luxurious gyms I have ever been. Lots of caucasian beautiful women there which is perfect view during your workout ;) Antiseptic wipes and sanitizers in every corner. 3 group classes room. Acceptable quality soap, lotion, and so on. However, I do wish that they provide antibacterial soap instead of regular one. Person training prices are still a little bit over priced even if you buy lots of sessions. I would have given 5 stars if I didnt got fungal from here on my elbows and knees, parts of my body that I use mostly during workout.

The atmosphere is great. I love the upstairs track to run on instead of running on treadmills all the time. Also the locker rooms are wonderful. They have a sauna, steam room and hot tub to relax in. They also have a really nice basketball court and swimming pool. The only downside is that it is quite expensive, but you definitely get your moneys worth.

Exceptional staff. Great knowledge about fitness exercise so one does not get hurt. Warm saltwater pool and classes. Clean place.

Ive been a member for 3 years. The staff is always available and willing to help. They have added more equipment for free weights this year which is awesome. Someone is always cleaning and keeping up with the locker rooms. 5 stars to the staff for service and cleanliness!

We really like it at the WCC Fitness Center! It is kind of like LA Fitness or Lifetime without the cost!Since going there, we get a benefit through our health insurance, and have cancelled our membership, but the locker rooms were always clean, machines in working order, and my wife liked the classes that they offered!My mother and step also work out there.

My favorite gym I have ever been a part of! Once I even saw multiple off duty employees working out here on their personal time when some sort of code was called on the speaker and they both immediately stopped mid-workout and sprinted to the pool area to help the person in need. You get what you pay for with gyms and you get the best here.

Pricy over $60/month. Staff is kind and the facility and various classes make this gym unique. They have hot dry and steam sauna which I love. The water temperature for shower is SO COLD. Sometime it gets really hot but most of the time water is cold for shower. Often, water suddenly gets cold and then gets hot. Notified staff but it didnt get fixed yet for 3 months now. Finally got a cold. The locker room floor is not that clean.

The facility is very nice, clean, etc. but the staff is generally unresponsive. I tried to cancel via phone, email and in person before the 20th on the week that they were closed for cleaning and they still charged me for the next month. The only response I received to my requests for cancellation was a curt email from the accountant. I also thought it was unfair that they charge members for the week theyre closed. Their hours are pretty limited, particularly on weekends and evenings. Anyway, the facility is nice and most of the classes are pretty good but overall, I wouldnt recommend becoming a member here. You can get more for your money elsewhere.

Ive been a member since 2007 and though the membership has increased and the floor is often crowded at certain hours, Id still give the place high marks. The staff is friendly. The locker rooms are reasonably clean. Issues with faulty locks on the lockers have been addressed, and the exercise equipment is well maintained. Fees are higher than many other places, but the facilities, hours, and opportunities are worth it.

Amazing awesome, clean and no kids. I love the price for the amenities its a bargain. The 18+ lets you workout without teens and kids slowing down your routine with horseplay.

Too expensive if youre a college student just trying to play basketball there. I paid 170$ for just a semester(3months) and they only have 1 court, in which half the time youre unable to play on the court because of yoga classes & volleyball @ very inconvienient times(middle of the day). Do NOT go to this gym to play basketball. The court is very dusty, theres only 1 court, and Youre NOT even allowed to dunk..... Worst place ever to play basketball. Id give it a 0 out of 5 for the court and its very large rule book on the wall and the gym itself is very crowded with a limited amount of equipment so the gym at best deserves a 3 out of 5. Too expensive for what they provide, plan and simple.

Not enough free weights, and is occasionally dirty. Carpet is a bacterial nightmare and shouldn’t be there. But the staff are friendly, pools are awesome, and it is cleaner than powerhouse.

Clean, state of the art gym with an indoor running track and good locker rooms/showers. Not cheap, though. Youll be paying $80+/month.

I want to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service. I have a busy and stressful life (made easier by the comfort of a health and fitness center so close to home) and I sometimes forget things!! I have forgotten my locker location more than once (I now mark my locker with a tag so I dont forget). I recently left my ipad at the facility, which put me into a mild panic. In all of these stressful scenarios, the staff have been more than gracious and patient. THANK YOU for being such a nice and relaxing facility, and for finding my ipad and keeping it safe until I could retrieve it!!!
