When I was looking at frames there, I was told they and the prescription lenses would be fully refunded by my major vision insurance plan. I ordered them, but in the end, only $65 of the $300 was reimbursed, because Eyeq.ity was considered an out-of-network provider. If you have vision insurance, please get permission first to use an out-of-network provider before making this purchase and maybe youll get more refunded. I ended up paying even more because I pay more than $65/year for vision insurance, so no benefit applied in this purchase in the end at all. Thankfully, I love the glasses and wear them every day. Just wish I had accurate information from the start.

I went in for a pair of glasses and Clint helped me pick out a pair that fit perfect with a unique style. He was very knowledgeable of the must haves for daily use and suggested a couple different options because of the comfort issues I had with my former glasses from a different place. Saved my life! They read my old script off my old glasses, made new lenses, cut, shaped, and put them into new frames I picked out all within two hours. Literal life savers. It’s now 9pm they are wrapping up for me (after close 😭) and I have to work at 5:30am I would not have made it or completed my shift blind. Seriously thank goodness these guys are here

Ive had nothing but great experiences with this company. Their lab could use some improvement, as this is the second year in a row that my glasses have been delayed due to lab errors, but that said - they have always made it right and their glasses are totally awesome and at a great price. I will return - as I said, mistakes are always made right and the staff are totally apologetic. They are a young company and Im sure this is a bug that will get worked out.

I got glasses from here on black friday and i love them! Shawn was great, helped me find a pair of glasses that fit my face shape and gave great suggestions. I was also amazed that they have a tool and are able to instantly get you prescriptions from your current glasses, especially because i didnt remember my prescription. Ive been wanting new glasses for a while but were always too expensive at other places, eyequity had amazing prices, not even just on black friday but in general. I will definitely be coming back the next time i need new frames.

Phenomenal service! I called from out of state to inquire about fixing my moms eyeglasses . I spoke with Sarah regarding the situation as my mother lives in assisted living near Briarwood mall. She said they would take a look at the old frames and try to repair them, but also recommended getting her an eye exam with a new prescription to have on hand if and when we needed to replace the old frames. Recently, we did need to replace the frames and Sarah handled everything flawlessly. She brought several eyeglass frames to my mother to try on. The eyeglasses were ready within a few days. She delivered them herself and even sent me a picture of my mom in her new glasses. Truly amazing service I highly recommend Eyeq-uity.

Great products and excellent customer service.On Tuesday, August 27th, I took a quick trip to Briarwood Mall in search of jeans for the fall. As I was walking past the EYEQ.ITY kiosk, I was greeted by the store manager Marcus. A quick conversation transpired about the cool bike display next door and I was so impressed with his knowledge that I had to visit his shop. To make a long story short, he found the perfect frames for my face, the price was excellent and there was a short waiting time for the lenses.Overall, this was a phenomenal experience and the assistance I received was top notch.
