This was my first time going to this place. I have to say I’ve been to a couple places in A2 to get my eyebrows threading and this place is, by far, the best place I’ve been to. The woman who did my eyebrows was efficient and really wanted to make sure I was happy with the work she did. She was straightforward and let me know how to best care for my eyebrows. And she did a great job! I’m really happy I went here and will be returning.

Mansha and her mother, Kitty, are both amazing!Ive been going to them for haircuts, hair color changes/highlights, eyebrows/mustache threading for over 10 years now, and I seriously recommend! Youll never stop going there once you start, they really are great.Mansha also gives the best haircuts and her hair coloring technique is phenomenal. Even after 2 months, I am still getting compliments on my hair and highlights. I love my highlights so much, Ill never go anywhere else besides Manshas salon for my future hair needs. Thanks again!!

Got waxed here but the person waxing was so harsh! My arms were red and painful for a couple of days after! I’ve never had a painful waxing experience before. Do not recommend this place!

Staff fully vaccinated, great haircuts, and masks required!I went to Mansha for haircuts before the shutdown. Since then, Id been cutting my hair on my own -- to my wifes chagrin.SAFETY FIRST:A few weeks ago, I called Manshas to see what their safety protocols are... and theyre extensive.Most importantly, theyre fully vaccinated. They wear masks, and they require all patrons wear masks at all times.In addition, they require temperature checks, sanitize everything, operate at limited capacity -- and appointments are mandatory. (You call when you arrive, and they screen you and let you in.)THE HAIRCUTS:Mansha does a great job of making me feel confident and look my best.Because I feel really safe there, I can finally stop giving myself DIY haircuts -- and get a professional haircut... while staying safe.Thats huge.

The woman who threads eyebrows she is just after money and she tries to convince customers to see her every two weeks. I feel its a kind of forcing people to go to their salon. When she speaks, like she is fighting so I think she needs to learn how to treat customers. 😏 Mansha herself is okay, but her sister is absolutely unprofessional for this I stopped going there.

I LOVE Mansha and Kittys work! Such a lovely mother daughter run store. Ive been getting my brows threaded for years in various area codes and Kitty (mother/owner) is the only person whos been able to turn my brows into identical twins rather than similar looking cousins if that makes sense. Mansha (the daughter) similarly is the only one whos ever ACTUALLY listened to me when I said Im trying to grow my hair out, please dont take much off. My hair was full of dry/split ends from not cutting from April 2020 til early this month (February 2021) and she really did just remove the dead gross parts of my hair without sacrificing any length. The layers and face frame she added were very subtle like I prefer too and they demonstrated they are very skilled at dealing with very delicate, curly hair like mine. Im so relieved they exist and that theyre so darn good at their job, my tresses and brows are so pleased!

This is the best place I have ever been for eyebrow threading and everything else.

I had my first visit at mansha’s today for eyebrow threading. I had a previous experience at another salon that was terrible and I was nervous to try this place out. Regardless, I made an appointment. Kitty was very knowledgeable and accommodating to my concerns, showing and discussing with me what she was going to do. Afterwards, I was extremely satisfied with the results! I’m so happy I trusted her with my brows! I will most definitely be coming back!

I know this place for a longtime and I have been hear couple of times for threading service. Yesterday, I went for my haircut which was so painful!Firstly, I have untangled my hair just before the haircut, and the lady inspected my hair like a grass. She started combing my hair and pulled my hair right away from shoulders to the waist. I have specified the length of the hair to be cut. But she made it very very short!! I really hate this service and the whole service was very painful!! Also charged TOOOO much!! She didnt even told me about the prices earlier. Had respect towards the lady but with this incident I would not recommend this service to any friend,she spoiled my hair.

I love this salon. This is the only place I come to get my eyebrows done. Kitty is amazing. She takes her time and always does an amazing job. I was gone over the summer and had to go some other place in NYC and I was dying to come back home so Kitty could fix my eyebrows. She is amazing! I will never go anywhere else!

Worst place. I seriously don’t understand why people start a business when they don’t know nothing about it. My wife went for threading in this place. I am not big on writing reviews. But I had to write this one. I wanted to prevent other people from committing same mistake that we did. Guys, please dont go to this place. There are many nice places near by. I promise, you wont be disappointed with other places as compared to this place. I have never met more rude person than her. She dont even know how to talk to customers. My day was going very good until I went to this place. I am writing this review so atleast I can save one person from going to this horrible horrible place.

Been there a total of 5-6 times. They always ask you to pay by “cash”. If you don’t have cash, the aunty’s gonna be upset. If you haven’t been there in a few weeks, she asks you where you have been going for eyebrows and then about how ill-shaped your eyebrows have become after not going to her. Got a haircut over five times from here and not a single time paid the same price. They increase and decrease rates as they want and as the demand is. Still have a few extras left near brows. Mansha is friendly and I have had my hair trimmed before and they were pretty good . This time even the haircut was okay. Showed that it’ll be shortened by an inch but it’s at least 4 inches shorter. I’ll not be going back!

The whole place looks covid-eerie and silent but their services are great

Rude. I did not get anything done there. But when I called them to know about pedicure details and pricing, the person who answered the phone was rude and not at all concerned about answering basic details I asked about pedicure. I would rather prefer to go to place where people can behave better than this.

Kitty did a fabulous job on my eyebrows. it has been over a month and they still look amazing. very little make up needed for shaping. I barely use concealer anymore because of the natural lighting. Make an appointment with Kitty! Im about to call now.

I never ever leave reviews nor do I leave poor reviews.I could have done my nails better than them. I wouldn’t say anything and still tipped them $10 on $40. It’s too bad because I’ve been too tired to do my nails and now I have to redo them :(They were nice though.

I was at a shop next door and walked in to this place just to check it out. I had recently moved to the area and wanted to find a threading place closer to home. The owner was available and said that normally she doesnt do walk in but since I was new, she would fit me in and next time I was to make an appointment. This made me raise my eyebrows at her attitude to new customers but I decided to wait anyways. I also asked if they took credit cards as I didnt have cash and she said yes no problem. As I was waiting she was working on someone who from the conversation seemed to be a repeat customer. During the 15 minutes she was working on her, she critizied the girls hair style and color and when the girl mentioned that she had been meaning to get it cut and recolored but hadnt had the time, she pushed the cut and color services provided by her ( the owner) daughter. Which is a completely normal thing for a business to do, but what irritated me was that the customer said multiple times that she wasnt sure what she wanted to do yet and that she didnt have time today, but the owner kept pushing and pushing. They finally finish, and the owner moves on to me. As shes doing my brows (which hadnt been done in two months and were completely overgrown) shes complaining that whoever did my brows previously had completely messed them up and that I was no longer allowed to go anywhere else but was to come see her every two weeks. I couldnt help but roll my eyes. I also have an area on my left eyebrow that is naturally thin and doesnt grow hair, so I pointed it out just to make sure she doesnt start removing too much hair thinking the bald area is my actual natural eyebrow line. She asks me how I fix it and I told her I just fill it in with a pencil. She was like and if I make the hair grow there? I laughed and said that would be a miracle that hasnt happened in 30 years! She then finished my eyebrows and showed me in the mirror how she fixed it. Essentially she didnt clean the hair above the bald area and didnt trim the longer hairs next to the bald area and gave it a comb over so it looked like there was hair there! 😂😂 While she was working on my eyebrows she kept up a steady stream of chatter about how poorly my eyebrows had been done, and how if I came to her regularly, she would never mess my eyebrows up so badly, and so on and so forth. She also tried to get me to thread/wax my upper lip. Now normally, I do get my upper lip threaded, but after watching her work the previous customer and push services to the point of awkwardness and discomfort, I decided I wasnt going to do it. I told her I never did my upper lip and it was super sensitive and I was allergic to most waxes. She tried to convince me she would be extremely gentle with the thread and I wouldnt even feel it, but I held firm and didnt go for it. In the end, my eyebrows were done fine, they werent amazing but they also werent ruined. As I went to pay she asked if I had cash and I told her no Ill be paying with card, I asked you before I sat down for the service if you accepted credit cards. Shes like oh yeah thats fine, normally we charge $5 service fee for credit cards (which she failed to mention before) but since your new here, Ill waive that. I was charged $15 for the eyebrows (which is more then I paid at my previous place and quite steep) and was told if I came regularly ever two weeks, the price would be $10. I just smiled, said thanks, and walked out. On my way out, I noticed that the customer who was getting her eyebrows done before me was in the middle of a cut and color and was looking extremely nervous. Somehow she had been convinced to get her hair done even though she wasnt sure. Poor girl just wasnt able to stand up to the pressure from the owner! If the owner wasnt so pushy and overbearing I might have considered going back occasionally as it was close to home, however, just watching her in action, I know I wouldnt go back even if I was desperate! Id rather walk around with jungle brows then deal with her!

I have never gone to a place that truly cares about how my eyebrows look, how they grow and about me as a person other than at Manshas. I recommend this place to everyone I know. The prices are reasonable but try to bring cash if you can, they take card but cash is a preference.

I have been going to Mansha Salon for 7 years. They have done a great job with my eyebrows and my hair cuts. I have also done a few facial which was really relaxing and my skin always felt great after my facial. Kitty and Mansha has always been kind and friendly. I would highly recommend Mansha Salon😊Usha

I go to get my eyebrows threaded. Its cheap $10 for touch up and $15 for first time styling. The lady, Macha, is pretty great and although shes almost 40 minutes away from me, the trip is worth it.

Just went to this salon with my mom from out of town! They were polite, clean, and gave us advice on how to keep up with our eyebrows and what not. My mom isnt going to go anywhere else! Great job. My brows are looking gooooood!

I have been going to Kitty to get my eyebrows threaded for years now. I love the work she does on my eyebrows. She makes them look so natural, full, long and beautiful. Manshas has great prices and be sure to check out the eyebrow threading, its worth it!

Terrible terrible job at eyebrows by the daughter and I am not even particular about my eyebrows. I usually get clean up only. From my left eyeBrow there are parts missings from top and they are so uneven that even friends around me have noticed it . I did show the daughter the unevenness and she said she could see it and next time I should get them done from her mother . In my 15 years of doing eyebrows from other places and being really low maintainance about how thy are done overall , ths is the only time I have had problem with someone. all in all terrible experience. Stay away .

Disappointed at the really brief(less than 25 minutes for shampoo, cut and dry) and not personal hair cut. Really miss my previous hair dresser who gave so much love and care to my tresses

They’re so rude and unprofessional, they put you on hold when you call them and they send you back in a very rude way when you go in without appointments. I don’t recommend them at all. Go to briarwood mall, they’re a bit more expensive but you would get the treatment you deserve and they’re way cleaner!!

Owner and daughter are rude and have bad customer service. They have no filter and say whatever they want without thinking if it’s socially acceptable or kind. I will never go back after going twice.

Under staffed!! Who wants to wait 30 minutes to get their eyebrows done? Not me. I even called ahead and she let me drive all the way there just to tell me it will be a wait. Wish there was more brow shops in the area....

Do your self a favor and DO NOT GO HERE. The last two times I’ve gone, she has over plucked my eyebrows even though I asked her to stop.

Cuts hair well but way too rude. Has told me comments before along the lines of: “what kind of shampoo do you use? That dollar store stuff” “you’re gonna go bald by the time you’re your moms age”
