I just got my hair cut here today and had an amazing experience! I’ve been to a few places in and around Ann Arbor and have never had as good of an experience as I did with this place. I’ve finally found a salon I want to go to regularly, and my stylist Michael was extremely competent and helped me decide what would look best for my face shape. He was also very kind and friendly. Great atmosphere with a diverse crew and wonderful seasonal decorations. ❤️❤️

Had a wonderful time getting my hair done by Randall!! Felt like I got the works done on me. Eyebrows, Malibu treatment for hard water, a trim, and highlights done. She make me look so fresh and natural! I cant wait till next time!

I came in for a dip powder manicure with tip extensions. The nails I left with... while the dip powder was gorgeous, the nails were horrendous. They were so thick and tall, poorly shaped (almond), there were divots and dents on the sides of almost every nail where the dip and polish were not filled in and missing, they did not look natural at all. The service was around $45 which means I guess you get what you pay for. One nail broke off 4 days later and I went to get it fixed and it was wayyyy longer than all my other nails and I only realized after I left. My tech was very nice but not talented in nails, and they didnt even offer any designs. The nails crumbled off my fingers not long after getting them done and were separating from my nails for several days before I just had to peel them off. I would never go back here for nails. Not to mention they hired hair stylist Randall which is another reason I will NEVER go back. About 6 years ago I went to her to get my hair lightened and highlighted, she fried my hair so bad it broke off and fell out. She never apologized or tried to fix it. The salon fired her and gave a full refund because it was so horrific.

I have had both my hair & nails done here.I’ve gotten just a basic pedicure, as well as, a hair cut with highlights.Thorough job, & I leave loving it!

First experience here at Karin & Company Salon - and it was wonderful! Cheyenne gave me a gorgeous icy balayage just in time for fall. Very happy!

I was looking for a friendly place that would color and cut my hair how I envisioned it. Many stylist do what they want or think they know best; my outcomes were never what I expected. I came across Karin & Co and was blown away by the friendly atmosphere and consultation Hailey provided me. I love my hair and will continue to use Karins from now on. Deeply disappointed that my outgrown pandemic cut made me feel more beautiful than my cut here. I asked for a simple layered cut. Without exaggerating, the back of my head looked like a shaggy dog and the front did not even match it. Im pretty sure my stylist knew she screwed up since she took a whole hour on the back and maybe 10 min on the front. Im giving it two stars because she kindly tried to fix it after i told her i was unsatisfied. I would have avoided such a review if she responded to the text i sent her saying i was in tears asking if she could squeeze me in to just chop off the layers.The website is great, makes it super easy to schedule, but my stylist basically had side conversations with her colleagues, leaving me in the chair a couple of times to help them out with the register.I went to a different salon to salvage the cut, ended up with over 7in cut when i was just hoping for 3-4in.Edit: found the horrific photo i took in the bathroom.

This was my first visit after a bad experience at a different salon. Hailey did an incredible job at fixing my hair and gaining my trust through her showcase of skill. I will definitely be back!

I got my hair cut and colored at the salon. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Randall did my services and it is very apparent she has passion for what she does. Any and all questions I had were answered and completely put me at ease. The attention to detail is second to none. 100% recommend!!!

This salon is great!!! It’s in a great location that is easy to access, and the salon is beautiful! I got to see Hailey and she is amazing! Highly recommend seeing her for your service, she is professional, and makes you feel beautiful! She is quick so you dont feel like you’re sitting in the salon all day but also like you were taken care of and weren’t rushed through! The salon has great products and is reasonably priced!

I followed Chelsea from her previous salon because she does an amazing job with my hair and my daughters hair. Shes attentive, friendly, personable, professional and a great stylist. Karin & Company is a beautiful salon and I would recommend it to anyone. Its very clean and beautifully decorated. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional.When you walk in you just get that feeling that you know youre going to leave with a great look.

Hailey just made my week! Her knowledge and professionalism were Top notch. She had me instantly at ease when she started my Service and I was instantly sure that my hair was in the right hands. The Salon is stunning and very clean. They were cleaning and disinfecting and following all social distancing protocol. But it was still so comfortable being there. I will definitely be returning.

This was the first time Ive visited the salon. Wow! Amazing! The salon is emaculate, products are displayed eye catchingly. Staff is super friendly, with plastic partitions are in place and feels very covid safe. If youve never been here, you need to. Very upscale salon with prices comparable with JCP salon.
