Although the staff was friendly, my nails turned out absolutely horrible. I asked for a long stiletto set and yet the tips of my nails are rounded out, which I specifically did not ask for. I continued to try to explain what I wanted and I ended up with the complete opposite. The acrylic was laid all bumpy and uneven. The design is not what I entirely asked for. I got so annoyed with trying to explain that I just left. Will definitely not be going back. Waste of $60 since I’m just cutting them down.

Wait time is some times extended even with an appointment but definitely worth it! The staff are all very pleasant and welcoming and the salon is always very clean.

The experience was fanfuckingTASTIC! I got a gel pedicure from Bobby. He’s the reason I’ll be going here from now on, he was extremely polite and patient with a smile. He took his time and held a great conversation. If you wanna feel like a princess this is the man for the job!

My nails looked great and have stayed on without chipping for so long. Everyone was super friendly and I was seated within 5 minutes of walking in with no appointment. Definitely will be coming back!

For the prices they charge one might think they have great fast service no they are slow as ever . 40 min wait to get in chair hour on hands

Dip lasted for one week, I came to get to get it removed and regular manicure with just clear polish and they charged $30.00. Total rip off, don’t waste your time! Upon regular manicure did not even push back and trim my cuticles. I think they were just upset that I wasn’t going to spend another $45 on dip to last one week, so charge $30 for regular manicure...disgusting!!

Lovely place for a manicure, kind staff, very clean, COVID updates. My manicures (Gel) stay on for a solid 3 weeks. You are able to walk in most of the time, but I do suggest making an appointment or calling ahead.

Went here because I needed my acrylics removed. They literally used another nail to take them off. They practically ripped them off. My nails are soo brittle and bad now 😭 I wish I had to the time to do it myself. I would of soaked them and taken them off properly. They probably do great work for nails but not when it comes to removal. I had to cut my nails after this picture because they were soo brittle and broke off.

I’ve been here numerous times and never really had an issue except this last time. My nails have never looked this bad, went back in for a fix and my nails are still atrocious. Service is forsure lacking now, definitely wouldn’t recommend. Don’t waste your money, go somewhere that actually cares about the quality of your service!

I received the absolute best shellac manicure service today by Jimmy! He really took his time, applied several coats of color/top coat, and was extremely gentle which was huge for me as Im very sensitive! I will definitely be back to request him! Thank you so much!

Friendly Staff. Clean and serene. They autoclave their instruments for sterility. Always happy with how my nails look with the shellac and how long they last. The only reason I give 4 stars is because of the wait time. Make an appointment for sure. They should have more technicians there on the weekends and evenings. Otherwise I would highly recommend. Beats all of the other nail places in Ann Arbor by far

Best salon around! Been going to Kim for about 4 years now and she does an impeccable job every time. The rest of the staff is also great and well trained.. the few times someone else had to do my nails because I showed up without an appointment (oops!) Her salon is beautiful and super clean. Call ahead and make an appointment! Its just the right thing to do with any business. :)

Ive visited Heaven Spa Nail Bar three times for a pedicure and each time is better than the last. It was a relaxing environment. The lady was able to do an appointment the same day I called in. The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to! My nails last to ~4 weeks or more. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Love this place! Its very clean, the staff is really friendly, and they have a wide variety of services. They offer the powder dip, which is similar to gel manicure but for me it is a bit thicker and lasts about a month! After coming here, I wont go anywhere else - best in town!

Recently I looked into other nail salons close to my home and I tried it out. Its an amazing environment! They have a ton of colors to me choose from. My technician is so sweet. The pedis were supposed to be put on very perfectly. This will definitely be my new salon :)

Great service! Estheticians were attentive, kind, and good with their hands. Felt very cared for. Clean establishment, good atmosphere, bright. Ill be going back. I received better service here than the other nearby places. My daughter who is 7 was also treated well. Thanks.

I was told to come in, due to no wait, but when I was sat down it took a nail technician almost 20 minutes to even start. I felt pressured to get Shellac when I just wanted a simple fill and color. I had to tell her more than three times that I did not want shellac. She still did a poor job at coloring my nails, and it looks like I had my nails done a week ago. Then she charged me $10 over the normal price for a simple fill and color.

Friendly, kind, and attentive staff, and they do a good pedicure! They were also so great about accommodating my latex allergy. I’m so glad I found this place!

If you can, call for an appointment! I love the aesthetics of this place, trendy and calming. It is also very clean and the nail techs are so very professional. They go above and beyond to make your nails look wonderful. My favorite place to go in Ann Arbor

I was in need of a new set and stumbled onto Heaven Nail & Spa yelp page. The technician was so perfect! She listened to and could deliver the quality I were looking for. The color is not broken after 3 weeks. I cant recommend her enough! And reasonable prices.

The place looked clean and serene, the staff was pleasant and professional, and I enjoyed my pedicure very much. I especially liked the hot stones. I took off a star because they didnt have massage chairs and I like massage chairs.

Great business! Grab a Starbucks and get your nails done! Calling ahead and booking your appointment is recommended. They do take walk-ins but if you are tight on time it can be tricky.

Staff is kind and helpful, all of their tools are sterilized in an autoclave, they do great work. I love their dip manicures.

Have been to two other nail salons in this area but very disappointed until I saw Heaven Nail & Spa. And it was an amazing place! He helped me to choose color for suit my lifestyle. Beautiful and spacious nail salon. I honestly could have let them go another week frequently.

My experience has been so bad. I first tried this place just over a week ago. 2 days after initial shellac manicure I had a chip missing from one nail. I thought no big deal, its happened once before at other places Ive gone. I went in and they fixed it with out fuss. The NEXT day I get a chip in a different finger. I go back in and this time I didnt get the friendly vibe and felt like I was inconveniencing them. 2 days later... Two chips in one nail and half the polish gone from other nail just from getting ready in the morning. I promise I do nothing unusual with my hands more than the average person yet I get to work with these 3 new chips! Just in 1 morning! THATS 5 CHIPPED NAILS IN 1 WEEK!! Im confused how this place was filled with seemingly happy customers yet my experience has been terrible.

They won’t listen to the customers will..I went for theFull set for my hands and toes and I don’t need pedicure..but they did pedicure..The front lady with angry face ordered one of the worker to do pedicure..Iam still saying I don’t need pedicure!!They charged me for that..Nails are not at all impressive!!They are talking in their own language loudly like shouting and eating snacks in front of customer..worst experience ever!!even I paid a lot of money!!No respect to customer!! I believe every human being needs a little respect irrespective to their physical appearance and financial status!!!

I walked in and wasnt greeted by any of the four salon workers that stood at the front desk. Moments after two other customers came in and were warmly greeted. I then was addressed and told Id have to wait 10 mins which turned into 30 mins. A 3rd customer came in requesting the same service as I did as a walk in, this customer was greeted,seated and promptly serviced. I gathered my things and proceeded to leave the nail technicians all looked but no one inquired on whether or not they could assist. Extremely poor customer service. I guess thats how they treat customers with darker skin tones.

Just got them done and they look like they are almost ready for a fill. Also not happy with the shape and nail polish that got on my real nails at the cuticle was not taken off so it look sloppy... they are ok...

I enjoyed my time here and the woman that did my nails. However. My nails. I get dip nails and i know that they can be challenging. I said i do hair i need my nails to to pull hair. Sure enough, 6 days later they are pulling. Giving them the benefit of a doubt i called and asked to have them fixed. She barely filed them, added some of the top coat and thats it. Run my hands through my hair when they were dry and instant pull. Im a great customer working in the same industry. I tip beyond what i should. I am disappointed. So im filling them so that i dont pull peoples hair. $50.00... Not happy. I hoped they would fix it correctly. Pretty place nice people bad technique.
