The service was timely with an appointment. The care providers were nice and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions. The facility was able to help me use my insurance when it was necessary.

Did not help me with what I needed and were very rude. If I would have known it would be that way I wouldn’t have wasted my time. I called them to get my bar removed because I had three people tell me they went there and got their birth control removed with no issues and they did not require them to do anything else. I guess they pick and choose who they want to help and who they say is required to do certain exams. Would not recommend this place also if I could give zero stars I would.

The nurse practitioners were not very knowledgeable. The staff is very rude.

Horrible place to go. Everyone there is hateful, and unaccommodating. Drove almost 2 hrs for my daughters appointment and because I misunderstood the time of the appointment and was 15 minutes late, they refused to see her. Even though the day before they told me over the phone my appointment was at 10:30. Will never go there again.

The only reason I came to this clinic was because of Ms Holly. She was the only practitioner Id seen who actually cared about my problems and tried to help. Nobody told me that she wasnt there no more when I scheduled my appointment. They lost the only good thing they had. I hope shes still around and Ill move my care to her.

In my experience everyone here has been professional, nice and, helpful. The facility is clean and easy to find. When I had an appointment I was in and out in under an hour. Even as a walk-in I got there at 8am and was out almost right 9am.

Ive been coming here for several years. Clinic staff are nice and know their stuff but they are trying to see too many people in a day now and seem rushed. Music used to be fun but is now depressing. Still overall a good place.

It is a nice and clean facility. But the girls that operate the front desk are rude they dont inform you of anything going on they are to busy online shopping to pay attention to you and. They dont smile at all that look like they hate life...top it off I didnt even make it to the back.

I recently moved to Amarillo and needed a checkup urgently. Because of my recent move, its been hard to find a well paying job. OMG! The help is amazing, and they are so flexible and willimg to work with you. The staff here is soooooo friendly! Everyone made me feel comfortable and enjoy my visit. I definitely recommend this Clinic!

Super slow and rude. The doors were not open at 8! No one has yet to been seen and its been a good 30 min waiting while they talk about everyones personal business in the back. They need new staff! These girls dont seem to understand confidentiality!!!

My daughter had and appointment at 1:30 and when we walked in their were two people ahead of her. As more people came in they all went back before her and most were walk-ins. She didnt get called back until 3:00 which is ridiculous.

Front desk staff rude and unhelpful, expecting the public to know their clinic times despite them changing and being posted anywhere accessibleI had to use some of the last gas I can afford this week to get there, showed up at four o five and was turned away. The woman had a patronizing tone and sneered at me for even thinking that i would be able to get help. No where online do they have any other time besides their closing at five.Their website is very literally broken so its not as though there are many places to even look.I wouldnt bother reviewing if she hadnt been so unpleasant, and uncaring of the difficulty i would have coming back the next day. This claims to be a clinic that helps women in need, it seems that is only true at very specific hours of the week.

I like it cuz this very well run facility was Abel two assist me.... I think it should be more publicly known of their whereabouts and the services offered..... I was checked in without insurance or income....

My first visit went okay from moving from a planned parenthood from another state and the doctor and nurses were very professional. Then the first time I needed to re-up on my prescription a year later it was like I had to pull teeth to get them to send the information to my pharmacy. I shrugged it off thinking it was just a mishap and now I really paid for it a year after that, after calling my pharmacy on Monday to re-up my prescription they stated they needed to contact the doctor to get the approval. So I waited until Tuesday to recheck with the pharmacy and they had stated they were still waiting to hear back and to check with the doctor, so as contacting and talking with the receptionist she had stated I was due for my yearly physical, I guess I was confused due to I had not had one for 2 years as she explained and could not get me in until a month later to complete this. Now to my demise I am on my last week of prescription finding this information out with no phone call to inform me of this and no explanation as to why all of a sudden I need to get a yearly physical 2 years later and never had one at this facility except for the first visit (now mind you this is not a paps physical, its a normal physical) and the doctor did state the first time i was there I would not need a physical/paps until 4 years later. I would recommend anyone new or currently using this facility to be mindful on these reviews and others experiences. I really dont want someone else with the same situation I am currently having to deal with in scrambling to find a regular physician to get my prescription.

I’ve waited 2 hours in lobby I even stayed past my break time and still didn’t get in. I called before I came, there was no one in the lobby before me someone came in and got in before I did. I still didn’t get called one time.

If it is true, the very kind and attentive nurses and doctors have touched me twice with different receptionists and they are very bad at attending, it seems that they do not like their work. They have no education to attend

The doctors are very friendly and the nurses very attentive only the receptionists are very despotic especially the Mexican brunette they should change reception staff z🤨
