I am very disappointed with this physician and her staff. MD was very thorough the 1st visit, but after that everything changed. I have seen the NPs more and all times a waste of time and money. Basically diagnosing myself and them agreeing. I went in with a friend for a hospital follow up and the NP never listened to his lungs or heart. Basically told us to call his other physicians and follow up with them. Then told him to call his insurance company to find out what medication he could take after they diagnosed them with diabetes!! Then they started him on a diabetic medication without any diabetic education!! Im a nurse myself and this is not how you treat a patient!!! Office staff is not helpful and make you feel like you are a bother when you ask for assistance! Tip for you Dr. Clark: your office staff represents you!! Even how they answer the phone!! I was taught that by a physician I once worked for and that has stuck with me throughout my career!! I am not writing this because I am upset! I had been to this physician before and then stopped for multiple reasons but thought I would give her a try again. My mistake, I observed this office and things havent changed but are worse. I will not return nor will I recommend anyone to this doctor.

Dr. Clark is always thorough in providing care. She listens and offers options in care. Her staff is helpful and efficient. I am very happy I found her!

So disappointing that Dr Clarke does not accept new Medicare patients. She came highly recommended from multiple friends. What a shame

I have enjoy the doctor and her NP for 3 years, but since they’ve changed location staff does NOT want to help people. Every month, getting a refill is a disaster. Usually, they state they are “not sure” if they can fill it and then my prescription gets sent to the wrong place (even when I inform them where) or it does not get filled at all. Staff acts incredibly inconvenienced and annoyed to help over the phone.

She is wonderful and supportive the whole staff is amazing.

Dr. Clark is a very caring physician. She listens and cares about her patients. She is willing to go the extra mile to ensure you live your best possible life. I highly recommend her and her staff!

RIDICULOUS!-The very first phone call I made the staff who answered was RUDE!!! With a Capital R! I simply asked about paperwork to fill out because Dr.Clack was assigned as my new Primary Care Physician she CUT ME OFF as I was asking my question and told I first needed to make an appointment to be seen before anything and the earliest I could be seen as a new patient from today 4/16/19 was 8/2019 in 4 freaking months to even see the DR! Good thing I’m not dying or in need of a DR immediately or anytime soon! What a joke. I’ll be asking for another PCP from my health insurance ASAP.

Dr Clark has always been very punctual with my appointments. She listens, really listens, to me and is very involved in trying to find solutions for health issues be they pharmacy related or physically related. I recommend her to my friends and family.

I called to make an appointment. I described my issues. I was then asked what type of insurance I had. I stated that I paid in cash. I was then told the doctor was not taking any new self-pay patients. I was given a name of a nurse practitioner. I hung up and became curious about the reasoning. I called back and asked why this was. I was told that it was just the doctors policy. She was only taking patients with insurance and her existing self pay patients. Asked asked again, I suppose for what I felt was a better reason. I dont know what to tell you is the last reply from the receptionist. I suppose I was looking for a more valid reason.

To be honest, I was not to excited about having a new doctor after years of having Dr. Bechtol. However, Dr. Clark is very nice and takes the time to explain and truly listen. I have not had any issues when it comes to my medical treatments. Waiting for a call back about lab work is a bit frustrating, when you have to call 2 or more times before they finally call back. Overall I would recommend Dr. Clark to others.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Clark today. Very informative and cognasin of my needs. Took her time explaining everything in detail and very friendly. I will be a client for life! Highly recommend!

Went in for a routine check-up and was told they would clean out my ears for free as it would be considered preventive care. However, I received a bill for more than $60.00, after calling the doctors office to voice my complaint. Will not be visiting Dr. Kathleen Clark ever again.

HAD AN APPOINTMENT ON MAY 18TH - THEY TOOK MY CC AND SAID IF I WAS A NO SHOW THEYD CHARGE ME. I CALLED TO CHANGE APPOINTMENT TO GET IN EARLIER MAY 3RD. RECEIVED CALL THIS AM AND SAID DOC HAD EMERGENCY. PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 4 1/2 MINUTES AND NEVER ONCE CAME BACK TO SAY ANYTHING LIKE SORRY FOR DELAY WE ARE WORKING ON GETTING YOU APPOINTMENT. I DIDNT KNOW IF I HAD BEEN HUNG UP ON OR WHAT. CALLED BACK AND THE LADY WAS RUDE AS COULD BE WHEN I ASK WHAT WAS GOING ON. SHE CAME BACK AND SAID THE 29TH WAS SOONEST I COULD GET IN. WHY WOULD I CHANGE AN APPT. TO 3RD FROM 18TH AND SETTLE FOR 29TH. ILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

Every visit she takes the time to ask how Im doin and if I have ne concerns. She is the absolute best!!!

The front desk women are rude! Dont try to ask any questions to the front desk. It seems like its a big deal to ask questions. I run a business myself and I would be embarrassed to have those women working for me. One of the names I caught was Andy the other I didnt catch.
