Lance is among the gold standard of family medicine doctors. He always calls me personally for follow-up (unheard of in the modern healthcare system) and reviews my labs with me in laymans terms. In June, I had a disconcerting lab come back and he followed up with me, after hours, that hed read the NIH study behind the lab panel and offered expert counsel. His passion for people and his craft is apparent - he brings the human element back to doctoring. His talents are God-Given and a true blessing to the community. 10/5 stars if i could.

I highly recommend Dr. Martin to anyone of any age as a primary care physician. He takes the time to listen to you not only as a patient but as a person.

Unfortunately there are not recent reviews on Dr. Lance Martin. And if more people were to truly write reviews, the public would see more of how Dr. Martin has lost his passion for medicine. I have been a nurse for 12 years and when Dr Martin first started at Seminole hospital he was full of life and truly seemed to enjoy what he did. He went to battle for his patients and the hospital there and he stood up for what was right. I sent my entire family to him when he moved to Amarillo because of how he was in Seminole. Unfortunately his passion has died and his bedside manner has become ruthless. You never tell a patient when they are sick, “What do you want me to do for you so I can get back to seeing my other patients?” This was said in a very rude and sarcastic way to my mother who is sick. She is not the first one in my family to tell me they aren’t going back to see Dr. Martin. I am ashamed of how he has become and I regret ever sending my family to him. When you lose your passion for medicine and helping others, it’s time to take a different route.

Dr. Martin is the best doctor I have ever seen. He and Connie make you feel extremely comfortable while expressing any issues you are experiencing. The care received is thorough and what should be expected through any provider.

Dr. Martin is an EXCELLENT doctor that takes the time to make sure he answers your questions. His staff is excellent as well. I highly recommend him as your primary care doctor.

He is a really good doctor who doesnt give up until he finds out whats wrong. Then he fixes you. Also he is very sweet and friendly.

The DR. is good but his new receptionist is so rude, not only that now you walk in they give you a time slot and you have to wait till then. a waste of time.

Great with people of all ages. Our baby girl loved him.

Wonderful care for adults and children. Totally worth the drive from Hobbs, NM. Highly recommend!
