Went here due to being closer to home and 4.5 star review. I was told I had something viral and to keep taking over the counter meds. A week later I got a second opinion with an actual diagnosis and antibiotics. Would only suggest this place if you want to be sick longer than needed.

The doctor and nurses here were great, its too bad the rest of the staff cant keep up. My first visit was fine, long wait but they were busy. I wound up having to make phone calls to the clinic and pharmacies playing tag for a week before my prescriptions finally got filled, and at that point were at 2 pharmacies in 2 different towns. I was scheduled for a follow up and showed up a month later WITH MY CLINIC CARD SHOWING APPT TIME AND DATE, to be told I was not in their system, they couldnt fit me in and had to reschedule. After a phone call from my husband, he was told that if I went back in with my appt card then they would fit me in. I already did? I dont think so..

Had to wait one and a half hours for nothing!! There was no other people there except employees talking. Very poor care and the nurses running it are not qualified to be on their own.

The employee that covid tested me and my baby was so sweet. She explained everything to me and then was gentle with my 9 month old and even consoled him afterwards. Quick and friendly experience!

Very Unprofessional office staff. Especially the one who calls herself Office manager. Maybe Janell, not sure what her name is. I also dont care too. She is unlawfully and intentionally withholding my sons lab results due to the fact that I have a bad attitude. She has been telling me and my husband multiple reasons or stories more like, as to why she is not able to give us his results. My husband called a second time and was told that his wife has a bad attitude and that is the reason why we will not be receiving our sons results. I love having Dr. Mayberry as my sons physician but her mother is single handedly running her practice into the ground.

Very professional staff. They all work hard to make you feel comfortable when you are hurting or feeling terrible. Clean office. Would reccommend them for all your urgent care needs. Kayla and her staff truly care about their patients! Have been a patient several times and very satisfied each time.

Ive been to a lot of different doctors offices and this is by far the most wonderful one. The girls in the front are so sweet and quick. I never have to wait long to get back into a room. Then there are the MAs who always take care of business quickly and with such kindness. And last but not least is Kayla, now this woman is beyond amazing. Ive literally been to this office a handful of times and she is the greatest. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Always has a smile. I never leave there having questions or even a doubt that my kiddo and I didnt just receive the best care. I recommend this company a hundred times over. They make you feel like family. Thanks AMARILLO STAT CARE! You guys are great!

Such a great medical facility for PCP or urgent care! I couldnt be happier with the way I was treated in Amarillo Stat Care, they know exactly how to take care of their patients!! The staff and Nurse Practitioner Kayla are such wonderful caring individuals :) The office really sets a great comforting and welcoming environment to get any kind of medical care! Definitely will be stopping in whenever I need!

The greatest urgent care Ive been to! Kayla is great! She made my kids feel right at home. The entire staff is very welcoming!! The fur babies are pretty amazing too!! Highly recommend!

Best care in Amarillo hands down, Kayla ran some​ tests on me, very gentle. I didnt even feel the stick! She got the results the next day and SHE called me and discussed my options. Best bedside manner Ive ever seen. Extremely knowledgeable and professional! I will be recommending everyone I know to go see Kayla STAT !!

They were awesome!Very rare to have an Urgent Care actually care and not try to rush you in and out for numbers.Even though she pretty sure what the problem was, since it was the weekend she couldnt do some of the lab work and had to send my father to the ER but she felt bad about it and didnt charge me for the visit.Totally would recommend this place.

We were headed on a trip and I started to feel a bit down. Wanted to insure I was not going to be sick in the middle of vacation so I went to see Kayla. The great thing about Amarillo Stat Care is that you can view her as family. It is no longer a quick as possible in and out, she talks to you and takes in your needs and worries. It is like telling your mom you have a soar throat and need help. Kayla and Amarillo Stat Care is Great, Dipped into a little bit of Awesome Sauce.

We were passing through Amarillo as we made a military move from California to Virginia. Unfortunately I needed to visit urgent care, but couldnt have been more pleased with my experience there. The office was very clean and the staff was AMAZING! I cant say enough great things about this place as well as the pharmacy in their little shopping center. They made me feel so comfortable! Makes me proud to be from Texas!!

Amarillo stat care has been our go to place to take our family when we need quick, compassionate, professional service. Everytime we have visited there the environment was clean and friendly. Short wait time and the staff was beyond friendly! I highly recommend them!

I would have loved to give Stat Care five stars. I have visited 3 times and the staff is wonderful - super caring and considerate. I have even recommended Stat Care to my friends. However, 2 out of our 3 visits there they have failed to call in my daughters’ prescriptions. The first time I figured it was a fluke and took it as a simple, one-time mistake. However, today we visited the office at 8:30 and my daughter’s prescription was supposed to be called in immediately. At 12:00 I called Walgreens to see if it was ready for pick-up and they hadn’t even received it. I called Stat Care and they apologized and said they would call it in right away. An hour later Walgreens still hadn’t received it. I called Stat Care again and it still had not been sent. They were unable to give me an explanation as to why they had not sent it in. In spite of their convenient location, short wait times, and compassionate staff, we will not be back. Who knew picking up the phone to call in a prescription could be so difficult?

My husband went for some GI issues. Staff was nice, however I dont think they have much experience. His blood pressure was elevated but they did not take a repeat blood pressure.The doctor said she wouldnt prescribe any medications until the results came back. No one called my husband back with results until over a week later. Luckily his symptoms cleared and it wasnt a big deal, but it was just a waste of money for the lack of care he received.

Amazing, and I would use them again. I arrived with a miserable case of poison oak...arm and face swelling, scary. I was breathing ok... Wonderful people, competent and confident in their care. From diagnosis to treatment excellent care!

Dont go here waste of time. We are from out of town, I called needing to get my husband in they told me that they could do it and when my husband arrived they said they couldnt. They waisted my husbands time and now my husband wont be able to go to work tomorrow.

Walked in and was seen within 15 mins. Copay is so much cheaper than going to any urgent care. Staff and Doctor were very friendly. Would recommend this place.

Fearing appendicitis I went to STAT care where the staff wasted no time shuffling me off to the ER on Soncy for a CT scan. Good call! My appendix needed immediate attention. The red headed woman at the desk and who took my vitals was also very friendly and super helpful in getting me pointed in the right direction.I will be going back for other care soon. Thanks ladies! Great job!

Nice staff and clean office but I’m not sure the nurses have much experience. We went in to have my son tested for strep and decided to get our flu shots while we were there. We get them every year ( never got them here before) and have never had a problem, or reaction other than the normal stiffness.Me and my 3 kiddos that got the shot all have huge swollen painful injection sites, and the only thing I can think is it must have been the way the nurse gave the shot, she didn’t really seem like she had done many before. I’m not very happy and have been a nervous wreck today, watching and trying to make sure my kiddos are okay. We’ll probably only return for sick care that doesn’t involve shots or anything like that.

I went after having strep for days, took 10 minutes to see the doctor. She called my meds in and I was gone, whole process was maybe an hourm. Very kind people, very helpful. Will be going back when needed, plus with no insirance you cant beat the price.

I went to see Kayla to get a vaccinations and get some blood drawn for varicella titer. I am not real big on needles, but she was super gentle and I hardly felt it. (I almost passed out before from getting blood drawn) Her facility felt more like a home. I scheduled my annual check up with her and decided to make her my primary care provider. She got five stars with me!

Kayla Mabery is the best NP in Amarillo and her office is always pleasant and efficient.

Called ahead said no insurance they said it was $55 visit plus lab. When I got there they asked for my insurance I told them I dont have insurance only an emergency plan...they ask to take a look at it, then tell me my plan covers it in their office. So I wouldnt pay anything. 1 month later I get a $310 bill. I call and they avoid telling me the reason. I get that they charge insurance more...but why would the office person tell me its covered when they had no clue!!!! I should have paid only $98 and now Im stuck with this huge bill. They charged me $280 visit instead of the $55 just because they asked to see the card...thats a 400% increase. Skip this place.
