I have gone here since 2015. They are honest and do not tell you that you need expensive work that is unnecessary. As an example: today I had my biannual cleaning & exam. I was told I have a small cavity that hasnt changed since my last visit. There was no attempt to schedule a filling. I was told as long as it stays the same, theyll keep watching it. I love that I feel like I can trust them when they tell me I have a problem that needs to be addressed.

I have known this dentist Liang so many years, very good dentist! The nurses are also very nice, and the office is beautifully moved to a new place!

Ive been coming here (Kimbell Bridge Dental) for a long time, and have continued for over 10 years since moving to Tampa, Florida. I had a lot of bad experiences with other Dentists wanting to perform unnecessary procedures and constantly trying to sell stuff that wasnt needed. This place has always delivered high quality care, respects patient rights, delivers that old school professional and personal service. The torch has been passed to new ownership but nothing has changed. I intend to continue to come here for all my dentistry needs. See you around Memorial Day and Thanksgiving next year!!

I went for my annual cleaning a few weeks back. (let me say I have always loved Dr. Kai) since the change in locations things are not he same. I think there are too many patient being scheduled at the same time...and theres only one DR. I had many x-rays that day and was given no results. I am now having pay out of pocket to get my teeth cleaned, as i had someone play with my teeth for maybe an hour. I literally saw Dr. Kai for....maybe 2 minutes. He did call me, but that will not get the time back that i took from work, and the upcoming time i have to take again for a new dentist. I wish you luck! Slow down....see less patient...

I am changing my original 1 star review to a FIVE STAR review because of the amazing follow up customer service I received from Dr Kai himself. After I posted the review he himself called me. Never did he dismiss my initial issue. He listened to my concern and THAT is why he is successful. He was professional, kind and helpful. He himself called to verify my insurance and called me back. Unfortunately my insurance is not in network for his office but I am grateful for his follow up. I now see why his office receives rave reviews. I am going to hang on to the hope that my initial experience was rare. I appreciate all of his help.I see this place has fantastic reviews and I really hate to be the first bad one but I am going to be. I am brand new to the area and am looking for a new dentist. I just called the office to see if they accept my insurance and was told and I quote it would be easier for her and me if I could figure it out myself. I am not used to this type of service so I wont be trying to even find out. Ill make the 2 plus hour drive back to Auburn and that will be easier than dealing with a staff member who asks people to make her job easier for her. I am sure this post will be overlooked due to all the other ones but I could not in good faith not review my experience.

First of all Thanks to Dr. Kai for taking me in on a Saturday early morning. I was suffering from severe tooth pain and calling everyone I can find on google. No one responded well and they were giving appointments after 7 days 10 days and suggested me to go to emergency room. Dr. Kai responded at 7 am and immediately asked me to come @7:45 am. He was very friendly, reasonably priced and very good at his work. He pulled my teeth and with in 2 days I don’t feel any pain. He is the best. I strongly recommend Dr. Kai to everyone. Thank you Dr. Kai.

Experience in the chair was ok but after 3 days my face is still very swollen and Im in more pain than before my appointment! Not sure if it was the aggressive stabbing with the needle or the relentless drilling and grinding but the only time Ive experienced this level of post procedure complications was the last time I visited this dentist. I have one last visit and I will NEVER be back!!

Dr. Kai was absolutely my favourite dentist before, 5*, the absolute best, but now in his new location everything changed. First of all, no one told me there was even a new location, I had to call to find this out when I arrived in the area (thankfully it wasn’t much further from his old location, since I drive out 30+ minutes to see him.) His new staff is a mess, I was asked for my insurance 3 times, after having provided it to them 2 times prior, no one sent clear covid-19 instructions (thankfully I carry a mask, otherwise I wouldn’t have been allowed in) and my teeth weren’t polished. A big benefit of Dr.Kai’s mom and pop style dentistry before was that he personally did the cleanings and they were amazingly detailed. I also called them to complain about my gf’s issues with an appointment, and they dismissed the issues and told blatant lies. She provided them with the insurance in early May, they apparently didn’t take it since April, but only told her the day before her appointment. She had requested this day off for this appointment, and it’s hard for her to request days off. I’ll be looking for a new dentist, I understand what he did, it’s simple capitalism. But once you become a corporation, that mom & pop feel is gone, and the situations described above happen. Best of luck in your new endeavors Dr. Kai.

Great first experience with Dr Liang. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a professional and efficient dentist.

Thorough COVID-19 Prevention measures were used. Text messages weren’t clear. I was asked to take premedication. It meant a release form. Nothing was said until I walked to the door about calling to signal my arrival and waiting in the car until I was summoned. For no stated reason my teeth weren’t polished which was disappointing. They were thoroughly scaled. My insurance is no longer accepted so I will find another dentist.

The staff is very efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. Doctor is very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable and facility is clean and modern.

This was my first visit to Alpharetta Creek Restorative Dentistry and the first trip to the dentist that I didn’t tremble and cry through. Dr Kai must be the kindest man on earth. He was gentle and thorough and took the time to explain what he was doing as He did it. He doesn’t know this, but He turned what I would normally view as a nightmare, into a calm productive encounter that I practically danced away from. I now have a beautiful new tooth and I’m proud to smile.

Dr. Liang is the best -- I have never had a better dentist! He cares about his patients and their well being. His staff is just as great! As for dental work, I have had quite a bit done including implants and again, he was very attentive after the procedure, calling me himself to follow up on how I was feeling.

I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. I was a patient before Dr. Kai took over, and had always been satisfied, so I was concerned when a new dentist was taking over. I had nothing to worry about! Dr. Kai is component, kind and caring. He fully explains whatever needs to be done, has a very gentle touch and is good about answering questions. His staff is wonderful and they really go out of their way to make you feel important and cared for. Audra is fantastic and is a wonderful assistant. The office is decorated beautifully, is clean and has all the latest equipment. The parking is literally right outside the door, which is important to me as I am handicapped, and I have never had to wait around to be seen. I reached out to the office via email because I was experiencing pain in my tooth. Alpharetta Creek called me the following morning to get me in ASAP for an appointment. Let me tell you Dr. Liang is the BEST he made me feel so comfortable including his assistant as well. In addition, I would like to thank the office for taking safety measures of the COVID-19. I feel fortunate to have Dr Kai as my dentist. He is extremely professional, patient, friendly, and competent. He worked around my schedule for a lengthy filling/crown replacement for multiple teeth. His individual attention was outstanding - he personally performed my routine cleaning. He flexibly worked with my dental insurance company, and he personally phoned me after each procedure to ensure I had no problems. I have already recommended him.

I was in desperate need of a root canal, and many of the dentist in my area were closed by the time I got off work and also on Saturday. However, after searching I found this dentist office that closed at 6pm and was open on every other Saturday or so. The staff is great, Dr. Kai is amazing at his profession and gives you great solutions for your dental issues. I was given a cleaning after my root canal and a treatment plan for the rest of cavities. They also worked with me on a payment plan for what my insurance did not cover which was such a great help to me. I would and have recommend Alpharetta Creek Restorative Dentistry to anyone looming for a great experience at the dentist office. I will be going back for more work soon.

I was skeptical about going to a new dentist because I had been with my dentist for over 11 years now and in my search for finding a new dentist I ended up experiencing one of the worst experience. I located Dr. Liang vida Google search and read a lot of reviews about other patient experiences and was impressed. I still was skeptical because I did the same thing for the dentist I went to a before seeing Dr.Liang and they turned out false. I was in search for a dentist that had Saturday hours so I scheduled the appointment and because I was in a lot of pain. From the time I walked in everything was great. Ana, the receptionist was so sweet and so was his dental assistant, I think her name was Michelle. Dr. Liang looked at my teeth, too X-ray’s and I know my teeth aren’t the best but I didn’t even feel judged by anyone in the office, I was comfortable. Now, even though I left with the same pain I had before I had already decided to make him my dentist that day. My pain is coming from a broken wisdom tooth so my options were to get that one pulled and then wait to get the others pulled or see an oral surgeon and get them all pulled at the same time, I opted for the latter. On my next visit which was quick, the work began. I HATE dental work but Dr. Liang ensured I was comfortable and made sure I didn’t feel a thing. We had a small accident during my deep cleaning session (my front filling came out) however I was actually happy because I’ve been waiting to get it replaced because it was old and it affected my smile. Dr. Liang wasted no time to replace the filling and now my smile is fine and I didn’t have to wait until all of my work has been done😊. I definitely recommend him to anyone. He’s friendly, personable, educated and just nice!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Dr. Liang is a true professional. I was nervous at first but he made sure everything was nice and easy and it was a simple procedure for me and a great experience. Highly recommended.

I must admit, I was a little skeptical about Dr. Kai taking over Dr. Brett Harrelsons practice, who I really liked. Im not much for change. Dr. Kai explained a lot about his vision for his practice, and it perfectly aligns with what I envision my dentist to be. Its not about the numbers, its about the care and the atmosphere! His technique and manner were excellent, and I would highly recommend Alpharetta Creek Restorative Dentistry to anyone who is looking to get away from the high volume, low care practice!

I have been coming to this office for 5 years, and always received excellent care. My visits always started on time, and been handled in a very professional and efficient manner.

I had an emergency: my toothpain was awful for a week and when I had a sleepless night I decided to call to my dentist. Unfortunately she was not available on that day and I found this dentistry through the google. I was greeted nicely and after I described that I am in pain right now and need to see a doctor, I was asked to come asap. The doctor checked up my tooth, did x-rays and found a cavity under filling. He was able to do route canal, make filling. During the procedure doctor took x-rays several times to make sure that everything is fine. The best part that I am not in pain, any more. I highly recommend it because toothache is one of the worst thing in the world and you need someone reliable to who you can call in case of emergency.

I had a consultation with Dr Liang about the options of two teeth. He was so friendly and professional, spening time to exam my teeth and to explain to me in details. I was very impressed and decided to go with the option he suggested with no hesitation.

Dr. Kai and his staff are very professional and friendly. Dr. Kai performs all cleanings and preventative care himself. Thats a plus for me. He and his staff make sure you are comfortable at all times!!

I was ecstatic that after my call they took me in immediately. I found the office staff to be immensely polite and caring. This was one of the smoothest dental experiences Ive ever had. Im not very keen on dental procedures simply because metal in my mouth makes me feel uncomfortable, but Dr. Liang did the absolute best job of keeping me informed and making sure that I was in a relaxed and comfortable environment for my first root canal. I cant thank him enough and hes definitely my only choice for future dental checkups/cleanings and procedures (hopefully none). Thank you so much! 5/5 stars. Yesterday was my first visit back to a dentist in a very long time. Ive had multiple bad dental experiences since childhood which contributed to a high level of anxiety and ultimately my unwillingness to see a dentist.Dr. Kai and his staff took the time to listen and understand the events at the root of my anxiety went out of their way to help me feel as relaxed as possible.I really appreciate that Dr. Kai took the approach of building a plan that we can execute step by step together, a partnership to good oral health in smaller increments to (hopefully) lower my anxiety.A quick note about the ACRD staff - what amazingly kind ladies! After my previous dentist sold his practice, I needed to find a new one. I thought I would give the new owner, Dr Liang, a try. I had a crown put on and he did a fantastic job. Am glad I gave him a shot. They were in network too.
