Dr. Pena provides a great calming chairside manner and fully explains the eye exam process and optical findings. Definitely a professional eye doctor!

A very good experience. My son and I were able to get our visit done in about an hour. Friendly and helpful staff. The reminder and check-in process online was a little annoying, as the times did not match what we had scheduled a year ago. Calling in was much easier to do.

The ladies at In Focus saved my week/month! My glasses BOTH broke around the same time, and because of the pandemic, I hadnt been able to update my presciption. My usual (now former) doctor left me hanging and told me they wouldnt help me. I was worried Id be unable to work or drive, and I was so upset. In Focus really saved my skin in a bad situation! The contacts I ordered for my astigmatism came very quickly, and my glasses should be available for pickup soon. Thank you!!

I have been to 4 optical places in the past 3 months. They couldnt help me with the insurance forms and the computer issues I was having as an older individual. (That needs new glasses) while the other optical shop employees snickered and laughed at my frustration and I got up and left and went to Target with a nasty attitude expecting the same treatment...BUT!! THESE PEOPLE AT TARGET DID EVERYTHING FOR ME. Called my insurance and a younger person came over and sat by me patiently as I navigated the computer. IM SENDING EVERYBODY I KNOW HERE.

Felt welcomed and at ease. Pena was quick and precise. Everyone was fantastic.

The staff were very nice and pleasant. They looked like they were busy, and I was a little worried at first that I might not be seen at my scheduled time. But the 4 associates that were working knew what they were doing, got me in, and I was walking out within an hour. I feel like I got a great price on a new yearly supply of contacts and glasses. I was worried about what it was all gonna cost without vision insurance, and was surprised at how much less it all was vs. what I thought it was gonna cost. Target Optical has pulled through yet again. My family and I are going to continue visiting this location for future eye needs. Thank you Target Optical!

After receiving my new glasses, I wanted to update my review. The staff at this location are beyond friendly. I waited for maybe a minute before getting called in. The technician performing the scans and preliminary tests was friendly, quick and knowledgeable. After she got my results she met with the doctor and I was called into her exam room moments later. Dr. Ramneek Mangat showed me the scans of my eyes (make sure they are healthy) and did the regular eye exam with ease. She has clearly done this a lot, and really knows what she is doing. Everyone here takes pride in their job. After the exam and finding out my prescription I was able to choose my frames, and I was fitted for them as well. I had questions about costs etc., and the lovely gal explained everything to me and was happy to. I was told my glasses would be ready in about a week and I was able to pick them up exactly one week later. I love them! I am so grateful for their quick, kind and amazing service, because they have given me the ability to drive at night with confidence! Thank you!!!

My daughter, Eva, had her kindergarten eye exam today. It was her first time having an eye exam. Dr. Rocio Pena was amazing! She was friendly and welcoming to Eva while very gentle and kind in her approach. She was patient and explained everything to Eva in terms she could understand. Evas experience was so positive that my other daughter is now asking for an an eye exam with Dr. Pena. It is very obvious that Dr. Pena enjoys providing the service she does. Thank you Dr. Pena for a great visit.

Very easy process, everyone was super helpful and the Doctor was great.

Dr Malik was outstanding as were the staff. However, their computer systems were down so I couldn’t get my order for new glasses placed. I was told I would receive a call back between 12-5 the next day and never received one. I attempted to call myself but the phone just rang and went to a voicemail that said the memory was full. I’m still waiting to confirm my new glasses order 2 days later.

Dr. Malik was amazing! Not only did she take the time to answer all of my questions and concerns she was extremely knowledgeable and informative (even on a rare ocular condition I was born with). Ive had multiple eye Dr.s over the years and Dr. Malik is one that Ill stick with for the foreseeable future.

I was early for my appointment and Dr. Malik was able to see me quickly. She was efficient and professional, but warm with a great bedside manner. I will definitely come back to see Dr. Malik for my next appointment!

Came in on a busy morning. Doctor checked me in while staff were attending others which made things go quickly. Ive been going there for my annual exam for the past three years and never had a problem. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff there is really friendly and courteous, Dr. Amna provided great customer service and was easy to talk to. She make sure she did all the tests correctly the first time, the initial appointment takes about an hour and half. I dont need glasses or contacts but the staff seem knowledgeable and the store had many sales.
