My first trip to Glam A spa was a wonderful experience. Everyone was very kind and professional. Drinks while we waited. Beautiful environment! I had a gel manicure done by Vicki and my friend had hers by Rose - absolutely fantastic jobs by both ladies! Not only were the manicures perfect, but they also included a shoulder massage which was heavenly. I will certainly be back!!

Stop by this place after leaving the gym. I walked in awaited for someone to acknowledge my presence……..NOT ONE OF THESE PEOPLE OF THE ASIAN PERSUASION said a word to me!!! The inch high little guy in there stood right in front of me with his back turned to me and talked to the Caucasian situation, if you know what I mean! Finally I say to the Inch high little guy “DOES ANYONE IN HERE TALK TO BLACK PEOPLE ?” Inch high says to me, “If you don’t have an appointment, we are not taking walk ins!!! His little counter part, Mrs Inch high, says something in their language and walked away! I BEG NO ONE TO TAKE MY MONEY! IWILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE!!! I am looking for a black owned nail tech to give my money to!!!!

So I called ahead to make an appointment at 6:30pm. Upon leaving the house, I realized they tried to call me a few minutes after 6pm, so I called them back. The guy that works the front desk told me they were ready for me earlier... but since I had an appointment I told him I would be there in 8-10 minutes, which put me arriving at 6:35pm. Once I got there, I had to get the attention of the guy at the desk (since he was on his phone he didnt even notice me enter the salon), and he told me to pick a color, and then said he wanted to do the checkout process. I said Id rather wait until after the service to pay (since thats the normal order). He then told me to have a seat and that the wait wouldnt be long. I asked how long and he refused to give a definite time. I looked over and could see that the girl who my appointment was scheduled with had just started someone elses manicure, even though I made an appointment in advance and communicated my exact ETA. So basically they gave my appointment away, and once I realized that (and that dude man at the desk wanted to charge me BEFORE I realized this) I left. The guy at the desk tried to defend himself by saying they were waiting on me, but that was at an earlier time I had not agreed to. This place is nice, but its definitely more expensive than other salons. I dont mind paying a premium for a excellent service, but giving away my appointment time and making me wait an extra 20 minutes when Ive got a baby at home whos on a schedule falls well short of that expectation.

I went yesterday and got their ocean spa Mani/Pedi package. It was amazing! I usually hate pedicures because my feet are very ticklish, but Im 36 weeks pregnant and cant see my feet, let alone reach them. Lol. Holly took her time, was careful of my ticklish feet and really pampered me! The package was not cheap, but well worth the money to feel like a princess!

Love this place. No TV, its quiet and quiet, calming. They get to know you... it might cost a bit more but each nail treatment ends with a neck massage.

I was part of a large birthday party, one of the last to arrive - waited for a long time while the rest of the party was serviced. Decided on the Ocean Pedicure which is more than I normally pay for my nails and feet at another spa. I sat for a long time in the water it eventually became cold waiting for someone to start. When finally the technician sat down she was less than friendly, seemed rushed - she kept looking at her watch - and she made me feel very uncomfortable. This morning upon further review of my feet My toe nails are cut so badly I could have done them my self as wall as the polish which is thick and looks horrible. Very disappointed!!

The gel manicures are a rip off, I was told it would last two weeks! In about 4 days the polish was chipping and peeling off. What a waste of $55!!!

I went to this shop for many years and BEN was absolutely wonderful and always did a great job! However the owner LEO, TERRIBLE!!! I was leaving out of a dental appointment THIS morning and he approached me stating, You, your husband, and daughter did not pay the last few times you were here, I stated huh?, I dont know what your talking about, and LEO stated Yes.. you do, I have YOU on film, I then stated that NO you dont because I have not been in YOUR shop for over a year, I dont have a husband nor a daughter AND you better get away from me!!!! I got in my car and drove away. I then got home and called LEO, I was truly hot!! I told him how dare HE approach me and he was lucky that I did not sock him in the face. I told him I am a child of God and furthermore I DO NOT go anywhere and receive services and not pay for them! I told him that his actions were RACIAL PROFILING and if he EVER approached me or looked my way I would contact my lawyer.. As a matter of fact I told him if you see me on the sidewalk, go the other way. I advised him that NOT ALL African Americans look the same! IT amazes me that LEO keeps increasing his prices, and how HE has always treated other customers in a more friendly way than the African American clientele.. Another example of racial inequality.. HE WILL NEVER have to worry about me coming to his shop and I am reaching out to EVERYONE I know and let them know of this experience this morning!!!

I love this place! Ben always dies a fantastic job with my nails! Everyone is really friendly and always says hi and talks with the regulars. They give a massage with every nail service (my favorite is the shoulder massage while waiting for my nails to dry 😁)!! I recommend this place to anyone who is picky like me or who loves to relax!

I stopped here randomly on New Years Eve to get a quick manicure and it turned out to be the best manicure ever. Amy took care of me and did a great job on my nails. Id absolutely have her do my nails again in the future.

Always a 5 star experience! Caring and accommodating staff, exceptionally clean environment, every color imaginable, and opulent ambiance. They have outstanding selection of manicures and pedicures that last a long time, as well as other spa services with complementary drinks.

This is a very nice place. Not your average neighborhood nail place. You will not be in and out... expect to take your time here. Nice variety of beverages, busy but spa like atmosphere. Lucie is delightful and truly attentive. It is more expensive than other local salons but you get what you pay for! Will be back.

I love the experience of going to Glam Day Spa. I and both of my daughters have been clients for over 10 years. From the moment we call for an appointment to the second we step in the door we are treated like we’re the only client Glam has. Their staff are exceptional at their craft and customer service is front of mind from everyone. Thank you Leo and to your whole team for giving us beautiful nails and 60-120 minutes of relaxation.

I have heard about this wonderful place for years. Our experience was amazing. The atmosphere was soothing and tranquil.We had the VIP room and our party was more than pleased. Lucie, Jenny, Ben and Mary Made us feel so relaxed. We felt like royalty. I live out of town, but would gladly make the trip over and over for Glam Day Spa. Thank you for a glamorous appointment.

This place is fabulous! The environment is pleasant and welcoming, the extra massages are so relaxing, and my nails always look great after a manicure here!

I am absolutely heartbroken - I have been going to Ben at Glam for years. I tried to book my first mani-pedi since quarantine in March, and was just told that he no longer works there!!! I am so upset!! :( I made an appointment with Jenny instead (she and John are both also great and have been there for a long time). Overall, Glam is great and definitely worth the extra $$$ - if you like free wine with your pedi, and a free massage with your mani, you’re not going to find a better deal! - but I am so so sad and disappointed about Ben.

I LOVE this spa. I always call ahead to get an appointment. They do take walk-ins though.I tend to get liquid pink and white nails (like a natural French manicure) but they do every kind there is, even the powder-dip that everyone is talking about these days due to Pinterest.I get my nails done and usually also get a pedicure too. My favorite pedicure is the Ocean Spa. Its very relaxing. Ive fallen asleep several times. Ha!Everyone is very professional and so nice. They offer you free soda or water or wine. The pedicure chairs have massage features built-in if you want some extra relaxation.I keep meaning to get my eyebrows waxed and get a massage, but I have not done either yet.At the end of getting your nails done, they give you a mini neck/upper back and hand/forearm massage. Its heavenly.This has been my spa for over a year and I have no plan to change that.

I was able to walk in and get a pedicure. It was a bit more than I was expecting to pay, but I was very pleased with the staff, service and cleanliness of the place.

Their many and pedi are amazing. The staff is all very nice, the tools and spaces are very clean. Im quite picky about sanitation and I can say loud that this places is just perfect.

I religiously come here every 3 weeks.The team is amazing it doesnt matter who I see.Typically, however, I see Amy who does amazing things with my nails. Its to the point I show her a photo from Insta or Pintrest and she replicates it with her own twist!!For a Pedicure I see Franky, Who. Is. Amazing.Ive had treatments all over the world and the massage he gives is truly believable!!!!This place is amazing and there is no one in the area who even comes close.

Be very careful to check the price of what you request and what they charge you at the counter. I requested a peppermint pedicure (which is $90). At the counter they told me $120. I told them that cant be correct and to get the binder. The man behind the desk said it is $120, wouldnt grab the price binder (that is in the store) to check told me to check the website (which didnt work that day). It was $90. Then the polish rubbed off less than two hours later even though I sat under the dryer. Although I went back and they fixed it, time and money were wasted.

Everyone is wowed by the fact that they serve wine, but when it comes to what they actually should be able to do, they fail completely. Rule 1 of cuticals: If the cuticals are intact and uncut, DO. NOT. CUT. THEM. The lady I saw cut them all off jaggedly and horribly and made my fingers bleed. She kept staring at my fingers, confused when they started bleeding. Let me make this clear: once you cut the cutical, you destroy it’s attachment to the nail. I lived my whole life taking care of them and making sure that they remained intact. They were beautiful. This lady comes along and tears them. You cannot repair a ripped critical. I’m now stuck with ripped cuticals for the rest of my life. I have absolutely no idea how she didn’t know not to cut an intact cutical. I was very proud of them and now they are ruined forever. She destroyed what I worked on my entire life. This is basic knowledge that she somehow didn’t have. As for the paint job, she kept smudging it as she ‘worked’ and ended up pretty much giving up. It looks like a child did my nails. I wish I could give negative stars. Never come here.

Excellent service. Their prices are subject to increase on 11/1/16... But i got the base package, a glam manicure and pedicure and paid $45. Lisa was my technican, she was attentive and detailed in trimming my cuticles. Bonus that you get a legit neck massage with the manicure and a foot massage with the pedicure. The spa is well organized, clean, and spacious. Theyll also serve you a drink (wine, softdrink, juice, or water). Will return!

Possibly the best 30 min massage Ive ever had. Just went in to see if I could relieve some persistent back pain Ive had, during my lunch break at work. I asked Hannah to focus on my back. All the while I was sure somehow I was being coaxed into an hour long massage, wondering how she could possibly be doing so much in only 30 minutes. When we were done, I checked my watch and low and behold only 30 minutes had passed. The place smells like fresh lemons!

I have been getting SNS for 2 years at different places and the quality I received at Glam was poor. My nails usually last 3 to 4 weeks. After 5 days my nails looked like I had them done two weeks previously. My cuticles were not touched.The SNS was so thick and was not smooth. I was told the day before that I should come in to get then redone. I returned to the shop and was told my nailsl grew. They will not redo or fix the nails. Very disappointed. They do not guarantee their work. I really wanted to like this place but I should not put out $80 for my nails to look like this after 5 days (with tip).I even recommended them from previous visits. No longer will I recommend.

I went there with some gift cards i got, just cause it was for free. Happened that I was attended by an awesome very sweet and competent girl called Katie. Katie did ine of the best mani-pedi jobs Ive ever had and gave me an excelent massage on my neck and arms after getting my nails done and on my legs after the pedi service, with no extra charges. I will definitely go back. Oh, the place has water, sodas, juices and wine, so kne more extra point on them!

Took my elderly mother to have a mani/pedi. They were very attentative to her needs and ensured they took great care to do exactly what mom wanted (does not like anybody messing with her feet). When finished mom was very happy with the work that was done. I selected one of the spa mani/pedi packages.Even though we were new, walk-in clients, we were treated the same as every other client. Every client was treated as if they were on the VIP list, the staff focused on their client and did not spend time talking to other staff or involved in other activities.This was our first trip to this spa and it will not be our last. Mom wants to see Vivi when we go back, and I will definitely make my next appointment with Tommy.All this and the cost was very reasonable.
