Clean and good selection of colors, but the nail tech doing my manicure cut one of my cuticles too close and made my nail bed bleed. She also didn’t file my nails properly so some of them are uneven. Probably won’t come back here, certainly not for a $40 gel manicure.

I highly recommend Annie Vo as the person to go to at Azalea! I have been going to her for a while and every manicure/pedicure LASTS! If I have a broken or problem nail she finds a way to make it look great. I am a real estate agent so always in the public eye. My nails matter and she is truly the best. Whenever I am out of town and use someone else the manicure/pedicure never lasts. She is quiet but the best person I have used in 30 years of having mani/pedis!

I stopped in and expressed that I only wanted nail removal and nothing more. The nail tech asked at least 5 times if i wanted: fill in, pedicure, eyebrows, fill in, full set. I kindly said no each time and when it was time to pay I asked why I was being charged $15 instead of the $10 thats on the menu. I was told the prices on the menu are not for new clients. I paid the $15 because I did receive the service but I think is absolutely ridiculous to charge me $5 more because that was my first time there…nowhere was that listed at all. And I also did not like how pushy they were with trying to pressure me to get other services. Wont be returning

I came to enjoy a Sunday of self care, 9/27/2020, and woke up 9/28/2020 so sad. The lady (who’s name I forgot) waxed my eyebrows and burned me on both eyebrows. I have been here many times before which is why I did not expect this to happen. I’ve enjoyed the times I’ve come in the past, but I was not treated really nicely after my services because I did not tip a lot. I was told that I was unkind because that’s what “nice people do after receiving services.” I did tip, but I guess it was not enough, and I did not see that it was policy to tip. It was not a requirement.Anyway, I will not return because the trust has been broken. ☹️

First time back since COVID. Although they seemed a bit overwhelmed when I arrived for my appointment, service was wonderful once it was my turn. I got the milk and honey pedicure, which was amazing. So relaxing! I forgot to ask the name of my technician for future reference, but based on the list online Im thinking it was Nguyen. He was great, very attentive, taking his time and asking questions along the way to make sure I was happy with how my nails turned out. Very happy with the outcome.

If there was an option of no stars I would give it. This place did not have a good color selection, options were either gel or powder. When asked if she could match this color in a non gel color she brought me a different color. The nail tech rushed to do my pedicure and the paint job was sloppy.(The lady beside me started before me and when I was done her nail tech was still on the cuticles of one foot). I legit felt as if I got a color change and not the pedicure I paid for. She did not do any cuticle work, allow my feet to soak or properly shape/trim my nails. When I asked for another coat she told me I would need three hours to dry. This place definitely will not get my business again.

It was my first time at this salon and I went on 7/30/21 and I got a dip mani. It started chipping the next day which should not happen. The photo is from last night 8/2/21. The nail tech cut my cuticles down so much and one is very swollen and super tender. I even asked her to stop cutting them during my appointment and she said I needed them cut because they were in bad shape. They weren’t. Still looking for a good nail salon in this area. Le sigh.

This was my first visit to the salon but it will not be my last. Hannah greeted me on entrance. The establishment had a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere from the time I stepped through the door until I departed. It was very clean and all of the staff was very friendly. Hannah was awesome and so personable. She was very attentive to my needs. She went over and above in her service. She made sure that everything she did was to my liking. I was very pleased with my pedicure, manicure and the relaxing massage! This is my all time favorite place and I will return for Hannah’s outstanding service!

Excellent gel manicure. Since I moved to the area, I have been trying out different salons and had not found one I would really go back to. I decided to try this place on a whim since it was so close to my apartment and I think Ive found my go to nail salon. The gel manicure lasts me almost a full 3 weeks, although I try to get there before then. The gel is applied thin and carefully done. Ive been to salons that apply such a thick layer of gel which makes it chip easily or apply it carelessly to where the gel goes over the cuticle area which also makes it chip.

They do a great job @ acrylic nails 💅 and pedicures

It was my first time coming to get gel nails polish. Nice and fancy place .Joanne was wonderful. She took time to make my nails look perfect.You get a choice of champagne, wine, tea or coffee with cheese and crackers then you get a quick back massage to finish.Will go again .

Amazing service, Sunni is my go to, she is amazing for all services needed! Spa Treatments, Facials, Mani and Pedi! Cant wait until they start serving wine again, that will enhance the mood!

Manicure, Pedicure and eyebrows were done by an Excellent Nail Technician Jenny. She did an amazing job!!! Observation: to tip her, you cant add it to the card. You must have cash with you. Also, take a sweater..cause, its cold in the place. Very, fancy place. Overall, will highly recommend it.

They have tons and tons of beutiful nails to select from , staff is super friendly and always positive every time I get my nails done . The nail salon is super clean and organized . The staff member name Lucas is so patient with me when it comes to making sure my nails look fabulous 😍👌. All staff member is amazing too .

I use to like this place, but the last few occasions have changed that. I typically book with Sunny, she is great and listens to your needs while meeting them. The previous time I booked an appointment with her, they over booked her by 3 people! I was highly upset, but the lady that assist was ok.Now today. The pictures are about 15 minutes after I left, but looks like it has been a few days due to the gap. In addition, my thumbs are extremely lumpy! This is gel... my nails were very long, the tech did not ask how short I wanted to cut down until after she already cut my pinky nail short “is this ok?” If I said no you can’t undo the cut you just did. Also, did not ask what shape I wanted. Since she cut it short it is an ok shape. She did not open new tools for me, which I believe it states if not there is a credit or something, but I can be wrong. I am highly upset, for the price paid with the tip is ridiculous. Should not have given her a good tip. Only pleasant thing about her was she is very nice.Lastly the receptionist. She is very pushy and rush. She was in a rush to get my friend and I into a sit to start the process. I told her ok please give us a few, while we were looking at colors. She insisted that we can do that in the sit. We know that, but we are also discussing. I should have taken that first hint from the rush and left.Lesson learned. I wont be returning. Sorry sunny I’ll have to find a new tech.

This was by far the best pedicure Ive had in a very long time. The technician took her time and made sure I was relaxed thru the whole appointment. The atmosphere is very serene and clean. Definitely enjoyed myself and will return!

I love this salon. Sunny and her team always go above and beyond. This is a well-kept salon, they offer beverages, snacks, and adult beverages Every staff member is friendly and professional.Whether you want a relaxing pedicure, facial, wax, a simple or a fancy manicure, they cover it all. I come here all the time and nails last 3 sometimes close to 4 weeks long.I would highly recommend this salon.

Azalea Nails and Spa has been my BEST pedicure experience. I had CC (short for Carina) and she did an incredible job! CC was the first person I talked to when I walked in the salon. She was both patient and kind while answering all my questions. The brochure of options can be overwhelming, but she made me feel comfortable just asking instead (despite the fact I could find all my answers in the menu provided). CC also asked Sunny when she was unsure herself. I admire when people admit they don’t know, and seek out an answer for you from somebody else. CC was evidently passionate about her work. She took her time and payed close attention to detail - cutting/shaping my nails, fixing my cuticles, ensuring that the quality of my nail polish was better, and giving me the best massage! She typically works on Wednesday’s and weekends. Because of her, I’ll definitely be returning! HIGHLY recommend. I love my pink sparkles ❤️ Thank you CC!!!

Great place to have nails done before a wedding! We did make a reservation and they were ready for us. The bride had fake nails placed with polish, toes repainted. The person taking care of us did an excellent job. Prices were very reasonable and we enjoyed the mimosa. They were very nice to the bride, who was a bit nervous. Would definitely go back!

I came here for an acrylic refill. My nails were beautiful in the end but this was not a good experiance. First when i was getting my nails filed down with the drill, my technician cut me on two nails. This happens a lot since it is such a little area to work on so im not mad about that. But when they used some oil/chemical, my two nails and fingers started stinging and burning. I tried to communicte that to the technician and asked to go wash my hands but all they did was spray my finger with water. My fingers continued to hurt but not as bad anymore. Then when the were filing and paintng my nails, they were bending my fingers in the most uncomfortable way. I underdtand that the angles are hard to get but it should never be painful. i tried moving the rest of my hand and arm to accommodate the painful position and when i would do that they seemed mad. I also believe that i paid way too much for a refill. at other locations a refill is $20 ish so thats what i expected but then at the end i was told there were all these little charges even though i only got a refill with regular polish. My nails were very nice in the end but not worth what i went through.

Had to drop off my phone to be repaired, so I decided to get a manicure while I waited. Walked in and was greeted promptly. Sunny was my technician and she did a good job. She even helped with choosing a color that complimented my skin tone. Her work was very detailed and the end result was awesome. The spa was clean and they have a small bar in the back AND they give you a mini shoulder massage, What more can you ask for in a nail salon. Will I be back????..YES!!!

I love this salon!!! The best one of have ever been too! Sunny is the best! She goes out of her way to make your experience very enjoyable and relaxing! Today when she was doing my nails and as they were soaking she gave me an amazing massage, after a very long and tiring week that is just what I needed! Super happy with the service, cleanliness, and options. Well worth the $$, this is the first time I have ever been able to go three weeks before a fill/repaint, quality is awesome! I cant wear any colored nail polish, they used a clear gel (looks like glass), flawless and durable, highly recommend.

I don’t typically write reviews but I always look for them so I figured it was time to pay it forward since I noticed Azalea has no reviews yet. I went here today for a SNS manicure ($50.00) and an eyebrow wax ($12.00). My tech, Joanna, was amazing! Very clean place and they go above and beyond for their customers. They charge a few more dollars than your average nail salon but it is worth it as they are not average by any means. I highly recommend this place!

I found this place randomly one day after fleeing from a different terrible nail place. The atmosphere is so relaxing, they play wonderful music and it’s usually not overly crowded. That, coupled with the complimentary glass of wine is the reason I keep coming back. Both nail techs I’ve seen have done really good jobs. My only concern is that the first tech cut me and while I was bleeding a lot she couldn’t find any antiseptic to put on the cut. She asked me to come back the next day to fix the nail once it was done bleeding. I appreciate the professionalism but I was a little concerned about a possible infection. Nonetheless that didn’t happen and I’m confident in making this my regular spot.

At one point another customer even came up and complimented her on the last manicure she got from Tiffany. I highly recommend Tiffany and I will be back to see her!!

I was going to the shop faithfully for 4 5 months, I really enjoyed the environment. But my last few sessions were with one nail tech and she repeatedly cut me and used the drill excessively causing cuts and pain. I removed the gel from my last session and noticed a yellow cast on my nails, this has never happened before but I have found a new shop and I am slowly repairing my nails and cuticles.

Have 3 broken SNS nails after 4 days. Not well done.

The establishment is nice, service is ok, but they really didnt do good on my nails they were to thick. My daughter had a bad experience with her lashes being done, they got glue in her eyes which caused an infection.

The atmosphere of the spa is calming/relaxing. Im glad I was a walk in a few weeks ago and have now become a regular customer. Joanna does beautiful SNS nails and Tiffany is great on pedicures and shoulder chair massages. They both pay close attention to the details. Customer service is great; personable. A pedi with a glass of wine makes for a nice start to the weekend. Id recommend making an appointment with Joanna or Tiffany because SNS is not done by all technicians. You wont be disappointed.
