I have never been more unimpressed by the knowledge and customer service I experienced during two visits to see Garner. Even the billing receptionist had no clue what to charge and what to bill. All could have been avoided with a simple call to my insurance company. I guess thats what you get in a small town where everyone lives in a bubble. Step outside my friends, life outside of Albany will blow your mind especially in the healthcare arena. Wont be back, instead Ill have to go somewhere else to get my prescription right. Never had a doctor ask me what I want my prescription to be... Isnt that your job? Go do yourself a favor and take some continuing education classes and broaden your horizons.

ITS PLAN TO SEE THAT THE CORPORATE OFFICE FOR THE EYE ASSOCIATES DO NOT KNOW THAT THE MANAGER WENDY AND THE FRONT DESK WOMAN ARE PREJUDICE, AND THERE ARE EMPLOYEES THERE LIKE TERRENCE THAT SEEM TO THINK THAT CUSTOMERS WHO ARE YOUNG LADIES IN THE STORE FLIRTING WITH HIM ARE MORE IMPORTANT THEN 5 YEAR REPEAT MULTIPLE PAIR OF GLASSES BUYING CUSTOMERS THE STORE HAS THE WORST EYE DOCTOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN OR HEAD.
