Not very courteous and not customer friendly at all. My son got scared the way they were talking,only allowed him to try 6 glasses to try but since his current glass was broken ,I had to take one

Dr. Markson, and the staff here are amazing! Very professional and informative. I have only been able to wear my contacts for years because I could never see clearly with glasses that I purchased from other Vision places. I happily can say otherwise now thanks to Dr. Markson! I highly recommend this location!

Brilliant store.great choice and selection. very very big.have a dedicated escalator for your cart.buses run to and from from the university and downtown very easily and quickly.

I received an exam and purchased glasses at this location in 2015. The doctor and sales associates were very helpful, in particular Patrick who helped me obtain the correct forms from my company for prescription safety glasses. I have since moved across the country, and called today for some information. Unfortunately I was rude and belligerent and downright unreasonable. Despite this, Patrick remained professional and courteous when really he should have just hung up on me. I did apologize to him over the phone, but of course that does not make up for my behavior. I really appreciate Patricks customer service skills and do recommend this vision center.

My experience with the optrician was horrible. He was very rude. I gave this a 3 star because although the Dr. Is very rude and acting borderline racist his staff is quite excellent, especially Patrick. He made the experience alot better... It may be time for the old doc to consider retiring. His outdated views are starting to become very transparent.

Wow... Site to Store is horrible here. I should have read the reviews first. Ive done it 3 times and waited at least 30 min all three times. One time I waited for over an hour. I would always go up to another register and ask them to call someone and no one would come! I pressed the stupid credit card machine 500 times.

Better than most walmarts in NY, very big store, good selection. But! Still suffers from typical set of problems, such as long lines, retarded staff, dirty floors, and such.

I accomplished what I needed at the service desk it was a miracle.

In addition to the soul sucking fluorescent light decor of this store, they sell a wide variety of crap, 99.5 % of which is made overseas. The only reason I visited this store was to see if I could actually find anything that was still made here.

Your Web site says you are open today. Your phone says you are closed and to call back during regular business hours BUT does not say what they are. Guess Ill have to change my optician!

Their hours for Sunday say open from 6am-12am so I called and the message said they were closed.
