Noth Albany medical center has great doctors nurses and staff members there are great at health care and the enviorment is clean and pleasant
Quick, clean. Kind and efficient staff
We brought our son in for an ongoing pain issues. The doctor provided verbal advice but did no testing, treatment or prescription, but provided us a referral which we did not want (received via mail after). We received a bill for over $400. I dont understand how this can be a non-profit organization and slander the term Samaritan in their name. The service was not bad, but the bill is simply outrageous even after a insurance and coding review was conducted.
Amazing receptionist, nurses (Linda being one of my favorites), and Dr. Latta; which she was amazing! They took amazing care of me while I was there with excellent expertise. Helped me heal my wound within 6 months. With an auto immune disease and with a low immune system! Great work ladies!
As a busy family, between school, and work, they are unable to work with you to accomplish a time that works for you. They almost make it seem like you need to work with them. Trying to get a appointment there is impossible, families have events that pop up, or they get called into work, or have to go to school to do a test that popped up. Being able to work around families should be a priority for Samaritan, but for this Samaritan clinic it all has to do with there time. I will be taking my daughter somewhere else. The 1 star really reflects the customer service as well as the time they have for their patients.
I absolutely love my pediatrition. She takes her time and is thorough. I appreciate this place!
I did not say I hated it there....
