Love Dr.Powers and her nurse, Alison! They are professional and caring! And it looks like the office finally has a decent front desk receptionist, Emma. I didn’t feel any of the previous ones were helpful, but Emma is nice and does a good job- I can finally call in with concerns and have my message delivered to the dr and nurse!

I like Dr. Pugh but the office is not professionally run, people who answer the phone are rude or, even worse, do not answer the phone at all.

Dr. Powers is a good dr, but the office staffs are stupid. Especially the one who answers phone calls always hangs up on you, has no idea what she’s doing. Super difficult to get a hold of dr. and deliver messages! So frustrating!!

Under staffed. They say they will call you back because they cannot provide answers or schedule the necessary test per the Resident Neurologist at the ER. Day 5 and still no call back.

If it wasn’t for the pediatric neurologist at Albany Medical Pediatrics I would have never known what was wrong with my daughter brain function and what was causing her seizures, they are an amazing team
