I have never been so disrespected in a doctor’s office before, and that is saying a lot! After waiting for an hour for Dr. Heuer, he came into the room, brows furrowed, didn’t look at me or apologize for running very behind, and began belittling what I said immediately. I was attempting to establish care with him. The worst possible bedside manner ever! I wonder if this would have happened had I been a male patient.In addition to this, he put in my after visit summary un true events as to cover up his horrible lack of professionalism. He did not note in his summary how he had carried on about no one wanting work because of unemployment benefits. He did not note that he stated that I was not going to get a response to issues that were not important , or how I actually said “I think this isn’t the right fit, and I’m going to leave, I’m sure you are happy about that.” Mind you, this was a new patient visit, to establish care. People who need real care beware! This is not the practitioner for you, and frankly for the Samaritan system either.

These MD/DO’s, PAs, and PHD/psyD’s have literally saved my life.

Great place to go if you have to do anticoagulants. They are very helpful and quick to get to you as well.

Dr.corso is amazing.she treated me like a person .she was super nice and I didnt feel uncomfortable like some places make you feel places are so judgemental. But she is one of the best physicians there is!!!

Scheduled an appointment to get my birth control out Idk who or what they scheduled me for but I showed up payed wasted my time just so they could tell me the procedure room was closed and literally just poke my arm to feel the nexplanon I wanted it taken out and that’s what I asked for I’m already broke so I had to miss work for this and they could even do a 10 -15 min procedure next time I’ll be more clear if possible what I need so I don’t waste my time

The great experience started at the front desk and continued all the way to the examining room. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and put my concerns at ease.

I was in the laboratory they took my blood it was wonderful the nurses hand was beautiful it did not hurt or I felt absolutely nothing I loved it every time I have a study I will come here again

Bethany Miller ignores what you tell her, won’t get back to you in days knowing your in severe pain. She’s only there to hear one thing and will not hear other symptoms, believes she has quick answers then apologized after finding something was wrong and she made it worse by not hearing the whole story, tries to make it ok by saying she was busy. Spent 5 minutes tops with me, charged over $300.00, Not a good doctor what so ever.

The Urgent Care is quite good. The front desk personnel are personable and professional. The wait time is comparable to any other urgent care I have experienced. The care and concern I received from the resident doctor was positive and compassionate. I would recommend this Urgent Care to anyone needing quick and top notch professional medical care.

They don’t consider PTSD paired with severe anxiety an exception to having to cover your face against your will. Being able to breathe isn’t a priority to these “care providers”. Will only “provide care” if you are willing to put yourself through a panic attack and restricted breathing.

Terrible place, and very unprofessional. Watch out for your privacy, too. Too many inept people working at this place that need sensitivity training along with organization and professionalism. Very small town, no manners or skills.

If you dont mind an hour wait past your appointment for the doctor to show up and then being rushed to leave, its not bad.
