I went to this facility for pelvic floor pain for the full course of therapy. It did not help at all. I was given a discharge note and quick goodbye when they realized their efforts were unsuccessful. Then the head Nurse, whose name I will not mention, recommended pain management and gave me several phone numbers: none were correct. Since then I have found a book of exercises for male pelvic floor pain for less than $20 and this has helped much more than any of the treatments.

You don’t have to live with pelvic floor problems! I developed weakness in my pelvic floor after my pregnancy, and felt embarrassed about the issues I was having. Fortunately, I made an appointment at the Pelvic Health Center at Samaritan Hospital. My physical therapist, Kaylee, was and is exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. She educated me on how common these problems are, and how I could take manageable steps to improve my strength. Kaylee tailored my course of treatment to me as an individual, and I am positive that it was this personalized care that lead to my improvements. I cannot help but be grateful for the Pelvic Center’s professionalism and empathy during my treatment. Thank you!

I highly recommend St Peters Pelvic Health Center! I worked with Kaylee over 4-5 months and would work with her again in a heartbeat. She helps you feel comfortable and seen, and does a great job of normalizing whatever you have going on. Shes knowledgeable, empathetic, and helped me achieve great results.

So after waiting for a little over a month and a half to start, which I know is normal, I had a first appointment, Therapists was wonderful but have been unable to attend anymore sessions because my last 2 appointments disappeared. Last week I understood because of the new system, however I confirmed while I was on the phone that I had an appointment this week. Showed up and once again there was no appointment for me. The staff did finally make contact and get me in with a different therapist.

Honestly going there was a waste of time. I had one therapist that would talk for 20 min or less and show me a 3 min exercise and then show me the way to the door.The second one was a little better but did not do much either. My app times were cut shorter and shorter. I was not benifiting going here. I was spending more time traveling than my actually appointments.The front desk were not the nicest and they actually messed one of my appointments up that I made. Instead of apologizing, they said I made the appointment wrong. Im ocd so I repeat my app 3 times to confirm before while and after putting in my appointment book thats how I know I was not wrong.If You want serious help and someone that is honestly going to educate you and help you seriously get better. And set you with goals to help with recovery I highly reccomend you go to the green room physical therapy in troy. They will help you manage and treat the cause of your problem.When I went to this place I had no faith in pt for my pelvic floor and ic ( bladder pain syndrome. I thought pt was a joke but in reality it was just because I did not I have a good physical therapist.By going to the green room physical therapy in troy, I can now say I have faith in managing my chronic pelvic pain and problems that contribute to this.
