I do not recommend this place unless you enjoy being unable to reach your doctor. There are 3 secretaries per doctor and even with that, its likely a 5% chance that you can reach anyone. Currently, I am stuck without my medication that I need and am unable to reach any contacts at this office for several days. They are open like 6 hours a day and presumably spend most of that taking lunch breaks, so good luck!

Always answer my phone calls and questions promptly. Happy with care I have been given over the years. Dr Gort goes over every thing with me on my visit. Usually there is very little wait time.

Dr Khiangte is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. I have edited my review as I rushed to judgment without all the facts. She is a very determined doctor. I have an extremely rare disease that most doctors have never heard of seen. Dr Khiangte had experience with it but more importantly she never gave up on my case. She was very determined to get the answers needed to help get a diagnosis even if it meant using doctors from Mt Sinai in NYC to review my case. I now realize how difficult my situation was and the excellent care I continue to get from Dr Khiangte.

Very unprofessional. A staff member from this facility called my office today to get information on a patient. When advised we can not give out patient info & was providing caller with info as to how properly acquire information she grew upset & said some choice things & slammed the phone down.....then calls back!!!! Grow up.

The delay in getting paperwork done is very frustrating. Whether it’s medication approval or disability paperwork, you will wait. Weeks.
