Exam was in person and personalized, and he spent the time with me that I needed, not rushed. Front end staff were attentive and helpful, and Conner always provides excellent service. No more heavy sales pitches, which I greatly appreciate. Its expensive enough, even with insurance. Hopefully Im as satisfied with my new glasses when theyre ready.

I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen, but everyone was very pleasant. The updated technology was great and very effective. The doctor was very friendly and took his time to make sure I had the right contact options with several types to try (rather than just try this one type and come back).

Great eye exam from Dr. Julian Gutmaker. He was thorough and very pleasant. I highly recommend him!I didnt get glasses from the store (yet), but they had a nice selection to pick from.

The doctor was great and it was a quick exam but I was unable to get my PD without purchasing glasses in store. I’ll need to buy frames online due to pricing so not receiving that info even after spending almost 90 dollars on an exam means I won’t be returning to a LensCrafters again.

The girl at the front desk who took me in to do the eye screening was INCREDIBLE! She was so sweet and thorough! What a breath of fresh air! The doctor was amazing, too! He was patient and I am extremely happy with my lenses.I made the GRAVE error of trying to go to Visionworks. After yesterdays experience, I will never go anywhere else. The doctor I saw seemed uninterested and had no “bedside manner”. At one point in my eye exam he suggested that “maybe reading wasn’t my thing today” because of the difficulty I was having seeing the chart. I was there to have my prescription checked because I was having issues seeing at work especially. The next day I called back to inquire because the prescription written down was far less then what I had before and was equal in both eyes. My left eye has always been weaker since I started wearing glasses and contacts 30 years ago. When I called back he was dismissive. I now have to go elsewhere for another exam because I am confident this is wrong and I cannot afford to order contacts to confirm that. I will never recommend anyone to this office

The optometrist fantastic. Took plenty of time to explain and teach.

A dead loss of money and time. Incompetence seems rampant:* the intake questionnaire repeatedly fails to ask its questions clearly or intelligibly;* examinations of both my spectacles and my eyes utterly failed to catch my strabismus or its correction until I raised the subject;* the optometrist failed to introduce himself;* on paying, an employee asked me to sign a statement that I had received a copy of the stores privacy policy, when I had not, and then when I asked for one, she did not know where find it.I plan to start over with a competitor.

Very happy with my experience especially since it was my first time and i was a bit nervous!

Walked in with a pair of damaged but functional glasses. Walked out with glue on lens causing me to get replacement lens. Monica the store manager was kind enough to glue my glasses together and managed to get it all over the lenses now I am struggling to get this fix due to the fact she claimed no responsibility. She said” yeah they we scratched when they came in.

My examination with the doctor was equal parts quick and easy. He also explained thoroughly what I needed for my vision. As a first time patient, and a first time wearer of glasses, I would highly recommend Lens Crafters for your first or fiftieth time!

The gentle man doing some of the test seems to have a had a problem with operating each machine never explained the procedure clearly which may have resulted unsatisfactory test results need more training

The person conducting the eye exam would not listen when I explained I was struggling with the exam because the lenses were fogging due to COVID precautions. He kept pushing reading glasses on me when I explained multiple times they were not much of an improvement at all. He then ended by putting the scare of god into me by mentioning eye pressure (which had already been recorded as elevated in the past) could be the onset of glaucoma and ran other test. Ill be getting my eyes examined somewhere else next year.

Just wow. Wait time was minimal and service was amazing! I was done in 40 minutes with an exam and frames picked out. It was pretty busy but youd never know it. Pretty sure I was helped at some point by every staff member and everyone was fantastic. They even offered to straighten out my current terribly bent frames before leaving! All this while still dealing with the pandemic? Ill never go anywhere else from here on out!

Someone greeted me and started the check-in process as soon as I arrived.The doctor was excellent in communicating all elements of the exam and explaining the diagnosis and recommendations.

Abby was great! She really seems to know all about eye care and helped me pick out frames using my insurance. The telemedicine appt in the exam room was awesome to experience. It was an entertaining eye exam! Loved it!

Everyone was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to speak with. I was amazed by the teledoc technology! The only room for improvement I would suggest would be punctuality of appointments. I would give 5 stars however I was not seen until over 1/2 hour past time of my appointment. Otherwise the service and selection of frames were great!

I arrived early to my appointment with required the printed sheet of information so I was able to choose my lenses before following a staff member to examine my eyes. I returned to the waiting room but it wasnt long until the Doctor pronounced my name properly and directed me into his office. He was polite, informative and helpful. I was able to use the new retina photograph and I was impressed. I also found the person who checked me out to be friendly and honest. Will definitely return.

I was first appointment 10am, store just opened. Welcome reception was super pleasant and organized. Store Manager greeted me as a returning client. Doctor then saw me next, everything extremely timely. Being the first customer of the day, Wow everything went very smoothly. Out to pick out my new frames, I was happily assisted and had my new frames selected, sized, ordered, and paid for in a very courteous manner.Thank you again to the entire team.
