THEY HAVE A REALLY GOOD PLACE OF STAFF OF PEOPLW HERE THAT ARE VERY HELPFUL TO YOUT NEEDS. HELP STARTS FROM THE VERY MOMENT YOU WALK THROUGH THE DOOR.

First of all I waited one hour and 28 minutes for Dr. Greenfield. She came into the room spoke did not acknowledge the horrible wait time. She then read the notes looked briefly at my skin issue. She did not touch me she was there for 7 minutes recommended some over the counter cream with an expired coupon and told me to follow her instructions and return for a follow up in two months. I wasn’t given a chart or anything but instructed where to pay which was expensive. I complained to the Administrative clerk and she totally understood my frustration and was very nice. I will NEVER return to Dr. Greenfield I will travel outside Albany if necessary. I do not recommend anyone spend there time or money with a Doctor who could care less about her patients. If I could rate her less than a one star ⭐️ I would.

After waiting nearly 4 weeks for an appointment for my son with severe acne, we waited more than an hour before we were seen by Dr Greenfield. It was his first visit to her office and she spent no more than 3 minutes in the room with us, never touched him or even really took a close look at his face. The only thing she wanted to know was what medications he was taking and what he was allergic to so she could write prescriptions for medications. She gave brief instructions on how to apply the meds as she was walking out the door, and said to come back in 2 months.I am a nurse and am well aware of how a proper exam should be conducted, and good physicians examine their patients and inquire about the history of the illness/issue before diagnosing and prescribing drugs. I will most definitely not be returning, and would not recommend Dr Greenfield to anyone.

My father is a patient here and he is 90. He is in good health. He doesnt need any help walking but he said the walk from his car to office is a long way. Maybe you need someone to assist these special patients.

I will never recommend Dr Greenfield nor anyone in her office to anyone! Its sad my family and I have to travel hours away from Albany to recieve superior care. I would give this office 0 stars if I could. They are horrible!

This lady is totally incompetent !!!!! Put a cream on my 8yr olds eczema that burned her skin. I will drive to Tifton ...... would advise anyone to go else where.

Diagnosed my condition right away,and prescribed what turned out to be the perfect medicine.Great Dermatologist!
