I waited in one waiting room for thirty minutes, then next moved to the next holding pen for fifteen minutes. Then I left, just having wasted forty five minutes. When leaving, NOT ONE person seem to particularly care. If this is the general attitude at the front end at Advanced Dermatology, clinical care has to just as bad. Stay away from Advanced Dermatology. Phoebe has real MDs. And at the front end, those who know how scheduling works. Note to Advanced Dermatology: scheduling has been around for a while, it is not rocket science; but you treat humans as ATM machines.
