WOW! They are the Chic-Fil-A of doctor offices. As a new patient, I was prepared to be there all dayyyyyy. Not the case. I was signed in, taken to the back, saw the nurse, saw the doctor, was diagnosed, checked out and in my car all within 30 minutes. It was an amazing experience to be able to be seen and out of the doctors office in decent amount of time. They promptly sent my prescription in and I was able to pick it up the same day. Just amazing from start to finish. Did I mention, they were able to see me the same day I called to make an appointment!

I wasnt pleased with my visit I was told there was nothing else I can take for my facial hairs which was some cream that cost 182.00 which is not covered under my insurance. That price comes from goodrx plan. I know there is something out there because their was a customer that was seen at my sisters job and she was from Macon, Georgia who is taking pills to help her and it actually works. So I know there is something out there if someone would take the time to research to assist their customers and not just collect fees. I wasted 75.43 for a visit and was told to come back in three months but for what. The cream only slows it down but thats too much to pay for medicine to only slow it down. It should stop it for that price. Im not satisfied at all. I doubt if I return in Nov. Im getting a second opinion. Kevin Bush is really nice guy and I enjoy how he treats his patients. However I need help.

It was my first visit there and it was so nice the people made you feel like theyve known you forever like youve been a patient ever The doctor that came in I cant remember his name But he was fantastic He was funny and he was very hospitals laugh and talk with me like we was good friends that made me feel good about my procedure and I look forward to seeing him again nursing staff was very friendly and warmer like the neighbor next door and nowadays this better than I need the next doors but I really enjoyed my visit I give them thumbs up it seemed like a great place to work it definitely was a great place to be taken care of

Trying to get a recommended procedure scheduled was a joke. I had to talk to 3 people after being placed on hold for each and the 3rd person you couldn’t understand.

Quick and efficient. Could see changes already on the affected areas, hopefully the affected part clears completely by my next appointment

We go here monthly for my daughters acne. They get us in and out pretty quick, even with having to do blood work. All the ladies are very nice and the Doc has helped my daughters skin look 100% better.

I awoke with a severe rash . My wife had me to call and try to get an appointment with the Dr. I was able to secure an appointment for that very day.. I saw Kevin Bush and he prescribed an ointment that cleared up my rash in a couple of days. Very well pleased with entire staff.

Ive been a patient of Kevin Bush PA-C for more years then I can remember. Excellent bedside manner. Alway seems to be the happiest person in the world. I wish all my doctors were like him.

I was extremely disappointed with my visit with Dr. Greenfield. I have a horrible rash, and she did not even look at it or ask questions. She just asked me what medicine I wanted and wrote the name of a medicine down on a piece of paper for me to research. She then gave me the name of a women to email with my medicine decision, told me to come back in two months and charged me $110. I still have this horrible rash, no relief, and Im not going back!

Since my very 1st visit to the office to have a spot on my arm looked at and it being diagnosed with Melanoma and having to come back to have a body scan and have some spots removed in the office , I always feel very confident that Dr. Bass will take excellent care of me. An excellent staff from receptionists to doctors. They listen, learn your condition, and provide valuable information on treatment. The online system is great from making, to confirmation, and reminders of your appointment. A great group.

I have to say that both of my appointments went good & pretty smoothly. Including the check out. Wait times are very reasonable, office is always clean. But there are two important improvements that I feel need to be considered & made. #1 Im disabled & have to use a walker, & on my last appointment I needed to use the bathroom. I tried 2 different bathrooms & both of them I could not get into & turned around to close the door. Plus the door would not close at all with me in the bathroom stall. So Im suggesting that they take the time & moneys needed to update their bathroom to what the legal regulations are for the disabled. #2 You put out pamphlets & small products samples for the patients (us) to get if we are interested in the possible products, but want to test it out 1st before we buy the bigger size. Well I have gotten some pamphlets & a few samples on my way to check out, only to look up & see the expressions on some of the employees as if I was stealing something. Which I had asked for permission before hand if I could get a few & was told: Yes, thats why these are there on the counter, for the patients to try out. When I looked up & experienced that type of non-verbal reception after being given permission, it was very extremely embarrassing/humiliating. So I feel like if the product samples are put out on the counter for us then (us) patients should not be receiving any type of negative reception from any of the employees, especially after we(patients) ask for permission first. But otherwise my experiences were of the positive nature!

Customer service was great. The only problem was the wait. I have never sat in the office this long. But overall the visit was great.

The staff was really nice, polite and very helpful. Dr. Bass was very patient and answer all my questions. I did wait a hour before I was called to the back, maybe because it was my first visit. But I will recommend to others.

It was great! My appointment was a follow up on a dark sunspot on my cheek that Kevin had prescribed some cream to fade it and it had not worked. Kevin froze it along with a skin bump behind my right knee. The bump behind my knee is gone & the sunspot is peeling & fading.

Whenever I have a dermatological need, my preference is ALWAYS Christopher Bass. Hes always friendly and professional. His assessment is always on target. He LISTENS to you concerning your symptoms and responds accordingly. Hes the BEST!

I have been coming here for years in reference to dermatology problems. Brought my son during his teenage years and my husband and I have been coming for 25 years plus. We loved Dr.. Kevin Bush. A very busy place, book your appointments well, well an advanced. There is most likely to be waiting time on your appointment as well.

I love how you don’t have to wait all day to be seen by the doctor. Everyone there is so nice and friendly. I don’t mind driving a hour to get excellent customer service.

Waiting time way to long, after signing in. Did not receive the information tablet upon arrival, more time wasted filling in the tablet. Again more time waiting before seeing dermatologist. I suggest a better sign in process and better patient schedule.

Albany Dermatology has a very warm and inviting atmosphere with a kind and welcoming staff. They care, they listen and they help. I always feel at ease here ... Very much enjoyed the staff; not so much the doctor. I am a senior citizen and visited the office (Dr Curry) for a wellness check. His question what do you want me to look at? Well, wouldnt you think since I was there for a wellness check that would mean a complete body check. How many people have died because they could not see the spot that needed a look at? Yes, I could have asked for a more complete body check but I want a doctor who cares enough about me to want to provide me with the service I need. My advice, do your own complete body check then go see Dr Curry and pray you didnt miss anything.

Kevin knows his field and I appreciate the excellent care he provides to me and my family! Wonderful, professional staff.

Thorough exam, knowledgeable, polite/respectful, and helpful staff have always been wonderful. Bed side manner by the doctors and nurses have always been great. The wait has always been ridiculously long. My last appointment was at 2 and I wasnt seen until 3:55 and didnt leave til after 4:15.

Typical Albany service.Chris Bass and Kevin Bush are great.The front office has the people skills of a bent trash can. They over book appointments and act like it is the clients fault when they run late. They are rude to you when you question them about it. They must be part of the Phoebe network.My time is just as important as theirs. Actually my time is more important than theirs. Ill be taking myself to someone else.

I am VERY disappointed with your service. I had two spots biopsied and was called with bad news from a nurse or office worker....they provided absolutely no information. And bedside many was terrible. I asked to be referred to my personal Surgeon and he provided me with a wealth of information and he is not a Dermatologist. I will never use your services again and with suggest my personal doctors not reccomend you again to their patients.

Horrible management and horrible PA’s. I went in to get seen for acne and the Pa was in and out in 10 minutes. He didn’t diagnose me with anything, didn’t run labs, just touched my cheeks and sent me home to come back again in a month. The manger told me she couldn’t do anything if the P.A. weren’t good and couldn’t even apologize she could only talk to them. Then gave me a story about how some doctors are nice and some are mean.

If you want great care, come see Kevin Bush! You won’t be disappointed

I am new to town and this was my 1st Time at this office, I read the reviews before choosing this office and one thing that stuck out was their Great office staff and boy were they Right On 👍ESPECIALLY the Reviews about KEVIN the P.A.! My main reason for seen a dermatologist was re: my hair but I also had a small list of cosmetic requests as well… so I wasn’t sure if seeing a PA was who I really needed to see I was kind of hoping for a doctor SO I THOUGHT..but after speaking to the receptionist and reading the reviews about Kevin I decided to go ahead and see him AND BOY I’M SOOO GLAD I DID!!! He was such a good listener & Extremely Knowledgeable & ordered an array of lab work & answered all my questions not just about my important issue but my cosmetic ones as well.. I walked out with a handful of prescriptions as well as A lot Of New Important information that My Degree from the University of Google did not provide me! Thanks KEVIN & ALL the Women @ Albany DermatologyPS. I know Time is Important to most & I went in on a Wed @ 2:30 my wait time was 10/15 min So A+ for Wait Time as well!!!
