I have been seeing Kelly for a little while now to have warts on my hands treated. She always squeezes me in because its a quick, 5 minute treatment and Im on my way. I am absolutely disgusted to learn that they charged me $175 for this FIVE MINUTE appointment. Whats more... the same treatment, billed to my current insurance plan which is fortunately a much better plan, was adjusted down to just $55. If you have a high deductible plan or no insurance at all, beware. Its a disgrace the level of robbery to those who are not fortunate enough to have reasonable healthcare coverage. Needless to say, I will not be returning and have shared this feedback with several other patients who are now seeking treatment elsewhere.

Great service and staff. I was running a half hour late to my appointment and called in advance to let them know I was going to be late. They kindly let me know I was going to be too late for an appointment. Instead of charging me for a missed appointment as I should have been, they quickly rescheduled me for a couple hours later in the day. Phenomenal customer service!

Fine treatment for my husband and.myself. Doctor is thorough, careful and kind. Just had an excellent telemedicine experience with him and his office.

Had to wait 4 month for the first appointment for my mother. Dr. Pan wasnt at the office that day. Nurse practitioner, while being very nice, didnt seem experienced. Mom had a few skin tags which needed spraying. The result was not satisfactory. We returned to the office and tryed to get an appointment but were rudely turned away by the office staff. We saw Dr. Pan in the office but he was oblivion to the situation. What a shame!

Rude and dismissive staff. Poor follow-up. Misdiagnosed by Dr. Pan. I recommend going elsewhere for your dermatological needs.

I like Dr. Pan. I think he is a very thorough doctor, he takes pictures of freckles and moles to keep an eye on them , his exams are complete and I think he is a nice guy. I really would recommend him.

Overall it felt like a rushed appointment and Dr. Pan didnt try to listen to what I was saying. I addressed a concern about my scalp, but he didnt want to acknowledge it and dismissed it.

Dr. Pans office address is 105 Everett Road, Albany,. NY 12205. There is no Ext. on the address. if you use Everett Road Ext. you will get incorrect directions to our office.

Way to long of a wait. Its Sept I could be seen in March
