Just left bjs, ck my account and noticed a weird name. By the help of a family member, it was bjs that took 60 from my account for renewal. Told by an employee, its called early renewal. Email is sent. Well my email no longer exists. Now when I was there recently taken care of some business I wasnt told I was up for renewal. Oh I am not up until end of June. Spoke to a manager and he of course blamed the computer. Sir stop it... so people BEWARE keep money in your account for BJS or youll be embarrassed if your account is low. Oh then they send you through a song and dance to get a refund. This happened to other people I know. Stop ripping your customers off and let them know they are subject for renewal so they can make sure money is in their account. We deserve this much.
