Ive been going to Hair Club in Albany since they first opened in this area. All the stylists that Ive seen have been great. Karen regularly does my hair and I appreciate her dedication to detail when cutting my hair.Katie and Danny are a pleasure to talk to when scheduling my appointments and when I visit the office.Ashley and Amanda have always taken great care of me.I cant say enough about this place. I have my hair back and I get a great experience with every haircut.

I have been a client at the Albany Center for over 20 years. Brenda is my stylist who I have been going to for over 20 years. Brenda truly cares about me and the way my hair looks. Katie and Dan at the front desk are always welcoming when I come to the Albany center. All the staff are courteous and professional. I highly recommend the Albany Hair Club!!

I’ve been a member at the Albany location for almost 20 years. The service has been extremely good over the years and I always enjoy going to my appointments to see everyone. Aimee, Lindsey, and Claudine are my main stylists and their talent is incredible! Katie and Danny are fun to talk to and always accommodating my schedule. Amanda and Ashley truly care about what works the best for me.I’ve been getting my hair done for over 30 years and I’m glad that I took a chance and tried Hair Club. My hair is a big part of my life and my look.

Love coming here. I started initially with brooks who was fun to talk. Lately I am seeing Aimee and I enjoy my time with her. Everyone in staff is very courteous and really helpful. Katie at the front desk is great.I have one thing to suggest . You should go back to giving at lest one to two items that you used to do especially considering amount of money paid by clients

The entire staff has always been wonderful! Claudine has been doing my hair for the past 12 + years and she has a great personality and superior talent.I am very fortunate to have found Hair Club. Losing my hair completely changed how I felt about my appearance. I now have the ability to be confident in my look again!

I have been a member of Hair Club in Albany for a few years now and I have to say these are the most amazing, friendly people, they are so personable and always ready to help. They have made me feel so comfortable from day one not to mention their hair products were life savers! My stylist Brooke is awesome, we have a fun time during my visits we laugh a lot! She makes me look great shes the best :) The crew at the counter are also amazing, Katie, Dan, Ashley, Amanda also great people! I have been a Hair Club member for over 20 years and they have been wonderful to me. Over the years I have had hair difficulties that they immediately helped me overcome. There have been many stylists who worked on my hair, and they were all terrific and good at what they do. Many of my friends never suspect that I have a hair system, and still arent aware. ItsI great not being bald, and looking years younger than I am. I would recommend HC to everyone who likes feeling good about the way they look.

The staff is friendly,efficient and always willing to go the extra mile for their clients. My stylist, Brenda is awesome...love her sense of humor and easy going attitude. Any problems that have ever arisen were addressed in a timely manner with complete satisfaction on my part.

HAIRLESS CLUB OF ALBANY NY. After 3 weeks of using services and products my hair starts falling out by the hand-fulls daily. When I call to speak to the supervisor she says Too bad, our cancellation policy says you have 3 days to cancel to get a refund I informed her that this didnt start happening until 2 weeks after I started using the products. Too bad you only have 3 days.Caveat emptor, buyer beware, if you read the fine print you will see you are screwed. Your credit card company cannot help you. You loose your hair and they steal your money. DO NOT GO THERE!

The whole staff at the Albany HC is wonderful. Always friendly, helpful and go out of their way for you to make sure your appointment is awesome!!I can’t say enough positive about my sylist Karen! She always makes me look great but above all listens to my suggestions. Hers ideas are better💕. Dan does wonders accommodating my schedule and the fact I commute almost 3hrs Once I had to bring my husband who has advanced Alzheimers, Dan even watched him for me until our son arrived. What a great person. Ashley is the nicest sweetest person too along with the rest of staff.I know this sounds redundant but I give everyone an A+ or a5+. They are that good.

Everyone is super nice. Its expensive, but you get what you pay for in this world, and here youll get a lot. Isabelle my stylist, and she is so happy and bubbly, its almost sickening... But no, really, shes a delight... AND THEY HAVE FREE SNACKS! Cookies and coffee and tea, oh my!
