Our family has been seeing Dr. Yen for the last 12 years. I’d highly recommend her. She runs a skilled, competent, calm office. She explains procedures throughly prior to doing them. She takes the extra time required to do the job perfectly if something presents more of a challenge than anticipated. She truly cares and only hires those with matching demeanor and ethics. She makes it as easy as possible to get in a dental chair.

I called Dr. Yen’s office to make an appointment for pain in my jaw. They were able to book an appointment for the next day and then called a little later to let me know they could see me the same day. Helena who took my call and arranged my appointment was very friendly and professional. Th office is immaculate- very clean, organized and very well maintained. The design. Was also very well thought out - as this is the first thing you notice when you first walk in, I immediately felt welcome and at ease. Dr. Yen came in shortly after I arrived and did a thorough exam and spent time talking to me and listening to me about the issue I was having. I have to say this was a very pleasant experience. This seems to be a very well-run and professional dental practice and it the pride Dr. Yen takes in her work and business shines in every aspect from the people she has in her team, to the way the office is maintained and the service provided.

Amazing experience at this dental practice!! I came in over 5 years ago as a 40+ adult with massive anxiety and phobia around the dentist due to all of the work I had to have done in my childhood and teen years. The whole team at Imagine Dental made me feel so comfortable and helped me through a TON of dental situations including something like 6 crowns, lots of fillings, and more. The cleanings are so painless and easy, the staff is so friendly and accommodating. If you have any dental issues, this is the practice for you. I just got a cleaning even during COVID and they are following ALL of the restrictions and I felt totally comfortable and like everything was super careful and hygenic. HUGE KUDOS!! Dr. Yen and her entire staff are always professional and completely focused on their patients. They go out of their way to make everyone feel like a personal acquaintance. In these uncertain times, needless to say I had some apprehension about proceeding with an elective procedure. I was very pleased at how things were handled and I felt safe and protected by the precautions taken to deliver my dental care. Everyone in the office performed according to the current standards of care to prevent COVID transmission. Thanks to Dr. Yen and all her staff for an excellent job.

My son and I just went for a cleaning, exam and 1 filling. As always we had a great experience from working with Karen at the front desk. She is always so on top of things. Sonia the hygienist was gentle, fast, thorough and friendly. And Dr. Lenk is fantastic. She too is gentle, thorough, fast and friendly. She also has referred us out over the years to fantastic specialists. My son started going there at 20 months. They have always made him very comfortable.Also, in the time of COVID-19 they have taken all the precautions and we felt safe during our visit.

The office staff, hygienist and Dr. Nguyen-Lenk were very conscientious of using safe practices in regard to Covid-19. Air purifier in waiting room and at each treatment chair, total PPE and hand sanitizer and mouth rinse for patients.

Dr. Yen was highly recommended to me by my periodontist for crown replacements, cosmetic dentistry and other general dentistry care. Over the past year Dr. Yen replaced about five crowns, realigned my bite line, corrected mismatched color on my upper teeth and performed additional work. I couldnt be happier with the results, my smile now reveals symmetrical and even teeth and consistent tooth color. Dr. Yen is the utmost professional—carefully analyzing what needed to be done and reviewing her recommendations with me for a long term plan of care and improvement. Now after a couple of years my teeth look great and are structurally sound. Did I mention she is also very gentle in administering her care? I havent had a better dentist!

Ive come to Dr. Yen Nguyen-Lenk & her team for all of my dental work for many years since she first opened her dental practice in Alamo. Procedures have included dental hygiene, fillings, caps, a root canal, and treatment of an infected jawbone fracture, along with placement of a molar implant. Dr. Yen is a pleasant, savvy professional with a calming presence. This past visit I had to get a filling on one of my upper molars. In previous experiences, this procedure has been extremely uncomfortable for me; the pain and the noise that usually comes with it made me dread it. With Dr. Yen, I didnt even have to get numbed and there were no irritating noises. The procedure was just a few painless minutes out of my morning. Great experience. I would highly recommend.
