Dr. Alanis is the best!! I drive from Dallas to come see him, it’s worth the drive! The staff is always so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend

Everyone is super nice and patient. Just with the pandemic going on, when you guys do the call back for appointment confirmations, warn us that we need to stay in our vehicle/outside for us walkers when we have arrived. Other than that, they are wonderful, thank you.

I have taken my kids to Alanis Dental since they were little, except a few years when we lived out of state. We moved back and went back to their clinic. They are awesome and the Dentist is amazing. My kids feel so comfortable with him.

They are really great! They share wifi with us, the doctors are quite nice and are professional. The receptionists at the desks are quite good as well, they do their job based on the circumstances and remind me of my appointment. Along with the fact that if a doctor would be there or not.

Staff and Doctor Carrales are incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. I personally have dentophobia, but they made my visits incredibly comfortable. Dr. Carrales made me feel at ease, explained the entire treatment process, and was incredibly gentle during my visits. The entire experience from scheduling an appointment to getting the treatment done was a smooth process. I highly recommend Alanis Dental Clinic for your next dental visit.

Had an appointment and at the time that I arrived they said that they couldnt see me because I had not signed some papr work required. which the lady should of checked before calling me twice to know if I was attending my appointment. such an inconvenience drivking from Mcalleb to this place!!! would never set up an appointment here again!!!!!! also the lady was very rude!

Worst office Ive been too! The Doctors are really good but the ladies in the front make it a horrible experience! When I first starting going to their office I asked if I was in Network they told me yes! I later find out after a ton of visits I was out of Network the WHOLE TIME and they have been over charging me!!!! I wasnt the only one they did this too, they did it to my mom and sister (we all have different insurances) . The last visit did it for me! I dont like the dentists or doctors visits. I schedule an appointment to remove my last 2 wisdom teeth (my nerves were not at ease). I cleared my work schedule from Thursday-Sunday to give myself time to heal and in case something goes wrong. They called the day before my visit to confirm my appointment and I made sure we were gonna remove my wisdom teeth they said yes! Next day I walked in and ready to start the producer, they called me in and I sit down on the chair. Another doctor comes in not my normal one I seen, my normal doctor wanted to do the producer since I had a few issues the first time I remove my wisdom teeth. I asked where was the doctor? She then tells me he was out of town and she was not gonna remove my wisdom teeth just do a cleaning!!! I walked to the girl that schedule my appointment and asked her why in the hell did she call me the day before and confirm I was gonna have my producer done if the doctor was not going to there!! Of course she didnt take ownership of her mistake. Every time one of the girls would make a mistake they would act like they never said anything and l never talked to them. I would never recommend this office to anyone because of the front office ladies they just dont know what they are doing!!!

Best dentist in town! Professional office staff and my children felt very comfortable. Great dental experience!
