Worst dentists EVER. Avoid at all costs. I went for a cavity filling, they said they did the job, and the tooth would be sensitive for a while. Months later, i feel some tooth pain and make an appointment for a checkup. They say the cavity was growing underneath the filling, and made it seem like it was my fault. They said they’d just redo the filling. AGAIN, the filling wasn’t feeling so good, so I had to go back and they redid the filling. “If this happens again, you might need a root canal.” This wouldn’t have happened again if you did your job correctly - now i have to go to a new dentist and have them fix the EXTREMELY PAINFUL mistakes the doctors here started. On my way to the emergency room now because there aren’t dentists open Sundays. Ranted to 2 of my friends and a family member about the incident and they ALL had similar experiences happen to them at this location too!! Seriously, you’re better off picking out your own teeth than getting them fixed here.

I was so happy to establish my 87 year old father with the Dentists, here. They took very good care of him, he was laughing and joking with the staff. The dentist shared the information, and x rays with me, and explained thoroughly, the process of the procedures she would take to fix my Fathers problem. He will have several appointments with them to repair his teeth issues, so I will update the review as we go. Im actually so pleased with them, I have an appointment with them to get my teeth cleaned and checked.

Well let me start with when went there two weeks ago The Doc and helpers there were very nice. In front desk not so nice now this time i call to ask about my ins. The lady very unprofessional about herWas just asking her why was it taking so long to get an answer from ins. Co and she said that that the way they did it by mailing the infro to my ins. Co i to e-mail it and she said that if i didnt like the way they did it to take my business some where else. I dont think thats was right. I went there because my sisters go there and alot of P.S.J.A employee go there.So i will take my business somewhere else

I really wanted like this dentist, the atmosphere is nice, but as far as the exam, my tooth was hurting for 2 months after. I went back and they were more than glad to help, which was nice. They filed down my filling even more, told me it should help. I was prescribed amoxicillin for tooth pain - THAT IS FOR INFECTIONS, not pain lol. another 2 months have probably passed and my tooth is still aching. I will never go back. Also, theres not really any privacy.

Dr. Bec and his staff are in a class of their own! Great place to walk into, relaxing, and feels right at home. Dr. Bec and his staff did a great job of walking me through what was found in the exam, on the xrays, as well as what my next step was with his recommended treatment plan. I hightly recommend for anyone in the San Antonio area.

So unprofessional, I was waiting outside a little before they opened at 8am and they never opened, I waited a whole hour till 9am and still nobody showed up to open. Dont bother with them if they cant even stay dedicated to there hours they specifically have on there doors.

Dentist is very professional...but office manager called me with an attitude and asked why was i am not making it to the appt. basically saying that i was a liar...So unprofessional ..i will no longer go back
