This hospital stole NEAR 700 dollars from people of color citing it is for TAXES. however, the taxes calculator states it should be around 150 or so. They took this amount from my FIRST pay. No, thanks. Equal Rights or else I am GLAD to be LEAVE AND THEN TALK.This is the best form of disrespect, take the back of both hands.If you are a person of color check to make sure you are getting equal pay. I asked a woman there, and she pointed it out for me FIRST. There is something wrong with this hospital. Be Careful

It was such a wonderful place

My mother has been a patient in Reynolds Tower ICU for 11 days. In that time we have never seen or been consulted by a doctor. Instead we, the family, get cryptic messages from PAs and Nurse Practitioners. Those giving us the messages don’t even consult my mother’s charts or ask for current updates before spouting information, which at times, has NOT been consistent with what was actually noted in her chart. There are so many different people coming and going into my mothers care that it seems one doesn’t know what the other is doing. The way they, PAs and Nurse Practitioner, speak negativity over their patients and share that with family members is as though they are not treating people but sending product down an assembly line. If the patient doesn’t respond as quickly as they wish it’s as if they are ready to write them off and free up a bed space for someone else. Thank God for the nurses, they’re the ones doing the real work and really seem to care for my mother. My suggestion, avoid this hospital as much as you possible can.

The nurses were friendly and helpful. All of the doctors were professional. I have had various appointments and been a patient in this tower. I have no complaints.
