Ive felt very rushed with other doctors Ive been to in the past. Dr. Nifong has always been so patient, and actually takes the time to listen. The nurses and ladies at the front desk are always pleasant to be around too!

I have gone to Dr. Nifong for over 20 years even though it is a 30 minute drive. I am shocked to read some of these reviews as he has always been a great dr who listens and takes his time. I love Dr Nifong!

First I would like to say I have been a patient for over 15 years. Over that time I have seen ALL three of the providers. My experience with Ted was a miss diagnosis of Colin Cancer. Which is told me to brace myself for the MRI because No ONE who smokes doesn’t get it.Then there is Alexis. Who can’t take time to review your file prior to your appointment and doesn’t call in prescriptions for day sometimes. Then makes it appear to be your fault for calling it in too early. When her. Staff ask that RX be called in 24 to 48 hours prior.I don’t get how they have stayed in practice as long as they have. I will not continue yo give my money to these two.

No youre not - if you were youd do something about it. is not an acceptable response when a patient tells you that they feel so bad that theyre at the end of their rope. I was begging for help, they just took my money and sent me away. She was right, though. When youre desperate youll try anything. Ive had to start starving myself to minimize my pain, but since Ive already lost 130 pounds I didnt want to resort to that. Considering the weight loss, calling me a hypochondriac was a little shocking, too. If only youd thought it was better to help me than let me die.

Warning-Hidden Fees: The people were nice and helpful (though I was there longer than I expected), but when you get the bill, the smiles are gone. Plus, since the billing is outsourced, they cannot even answer your questions themselves. I went there to save some money with my company, instead I was charged an extra $120 in hidden fees and will not be going back!

I’ve never liked going here. It was close to my house so if I got a little cold or something I didn’t have to go far. My most recent experience was the worst by far. I went to Dr. Fulk to finally talk to someone about my anxiety, during this visit she was compassionate and really seemed to listen and understand. She gave me two prescriptions and didn’t really explain why I was taking the second one. I went to my follow up, her nurse got a urine sample, and I waited for Fulk. She came in the room with an attitude, I had recently had strep and was also following up for that, which she was rude about. Apparently one of my medications wasn’t in my urine, even though I had been taking it. She told me this, didn’t really say anything else and left. I tried to message her about the test and if I needed a follow up for one of the medications and she stopped responding completely, I couldn’t even get through when I called the office. She’s completely unprofessional and has always made me uncomfortable with her attitude. She threw anxiety medications at me and left me hanging. I’ve found a new doctor who is lovely. I will not be returning to Cedar Creek Family Medicine.

Ive never felt rushed here, and it is so easy to get an appointment any time I need. I especially love the new physician there, Alexis Fulk. She took the time to really ask how I was and truly listened. Such a lovely, personable person. I will continue to go there until I no longer live close enough for it to be feasible.

Dr. Ted Nifong is the perfect combination between a caring physician and competent professional. With many years of emergency room work, he has hands on experience with nearly every kind of condition. He has literally been a life saver to me. Tim Carter

This place is a joke! Dr Nifong nor Dr Faulk have no compassion for their patients. All they want to do is push pills without trying to help the patient. I took my brother for a physical who is on Medicare. Dr Nifong didnt even listen to his heart yet probably collected hundreds of dollars for a physical from Medicare for nothing!

First off Shirley Sweet you are right. This place is a Joke.First visit I thought finally a doctor that cares and is going to help with my back. Wrong! But my main issue is: I went with pain in my hips and legs. On each visit Dr. Fulk seemed to get more aggrevated with just seeing me there, instead of checking out my legs she kept telling me she thought I needed to see a.therapist. After several visits she put steroid shots in my left hip and that helped it. Then in June 2017 I went with severe pain in right hip. Prescribed two rounds of prednisone with no relief. I kept telling her it felt like the pain was in the bone. She never examined my hip.She did two steroid shots in my hip. I was to return iùn two weeks if no relief.By this time I had a terrible limp and walkedwith a cane and had spent five days where I could not walk on the right leg. Upon returning in two weeks she greeted me with these words Oh! What now. I explained the pain was no better. Asked me what I wanted her to do,that she had done all she could. Two shots and thats what she knew to do.The next thing she asked if I wanted to know what she thought my problem was? She said I think youre just a chronic pain person. She was saying the pain was in my head. This was July. Today the 30th of Jan.2018 I got a.diagnosis, Avascular Necrosis. Which is the ball in my hip joint has died due to a blood restriction. Due to her lack of professionalism I now face surgery for a hip replacement. Eight months of pain and now walking with a walker.I can think of alot more things to call this place other than a joke. Choose your doctor wisely, I know I will.
